Refreshment #1:
JellyFish Trail Checkpoint
On your left, jump the tikis to find your first refreshment.
Coin #1:
Continue to follow the path. Now you’ll see some trampolines on your right. Active the button and follow the course. Kill the enemies and a coin will spawn.
Coin #2:
Riding School Checkpoint
On top of the building, check the yellow roof
Refreshment #2:
As seen from the roof, on your left
#2 Golden Spatula:
As seen from the roof, on your right.
Coin #3:
On the left of the school is a platform with a button. Active it and complete the racing course.
Coin 4:
Take the horse for a ride. After passing the rails, take a right into the fence. A coin is hidden there.
Coin #5:
Fante Fe Checkpoint
In Mante Fe are a couple of buildings. The Inn, Jail and Bank have a button on top of them. Hit those and you will be able to reach the button in the middle.
Coin #6:
On the left of the Jail button is a button. Complete this mini-game and you will earn yourself a coin.
Coin #7:
Make your way to the slingshot on top of the building. Talk to Octo and defeat all enemies. A coin will spawn
Refreshment #3:
From the coin, 1 meter behind it.
Spot:
Cacteen Hills Checkpoint
Make your way up to the hills. Spot can be found here.
Refreshment #4:
From the checkpoint, go to the wooden platform marked. From here jump downwards.
Coin #8:
Take the slingshot from the Refreshment above.
Coin #9:
Sap the Gatherer Checkpoint
From the checkpoint, turn around and jump across the water. This will lead you to the location shown in the picture. Complete the challenge and a coin will spawn.
Coin #10:
Make your way up. You will find a switch. Active it and jump the platforms.
Refreshment #5:
From here, it is on your right.
Coin #11:
Bullworm Mine checkpoint
Active the button and kill all enemies within the time limit shown.
