Chompian Collector
Collect all Medals in Rextro Bytes Back.

There are 8 Arcades, 1 in each of the 5 worlds and 3 more in Rextro’s Arcade in Hivory Towers, accessible after opening the 1st pagie door and located next to the 2nd pagie door. Each Rextro Arcade game has 3 medals to collect, 2 to be found during gameplay, and 1 automatically earned for completing the level.

Play Coin Locations:
Tribalstack Tropics -Below Arcade Machine in a cave
Glitterglaze Galcier – Inside Icymetric Palace – Room after Arcade machine, containing false Play Coins – Correct one on the right.
Moodymaze Marsh – In a pool of water left of Arcade Machine, inside a floating crate, opposite Dr.Puzz and near 2 tube entrances.
Capital Cashino – Earned from completing the fruit/slot machine left of the Arcade machine.
Galleon Galaxy – Island on the left with pigs and Shovel Knight, use flight to gain height, shoot the balloon holding the chest with sonar.

Skele Tour
Find all pirate treasures.

Each of the 5 worlds has a Pirate Skull to find. Finding them all will unlock this trophy and some cosmetic items that can be equipped via Vendi.

Tribalstack Tropics – Left of the map, under Rampo’s temple, above the tunnel.
Glitterglaze Galcier – Behind the Icymetric Palace entrance, use flight berry to fly around.
Moodymaze Marsh – Above ball challenge building, buddy slam pipe to activate air flow to gain height to top.
Capital Cashino – Earn Mollycool from the fruit machine near Dr.Puzz. Transfrom in a helicopter and fly to giant dice above the level entrance, the skull is behind it.
Galleon Galaxy – Recommended to have at least a couple of energy extenders purchased by Trowzer with Quills. Using flight Berry from the tome entrance area and fly up and to the opposite end of the map, over the lighthouse and passed the ship, on top of the globe above the ghost plinth is the skull.

Out of Business
Defeat Capital B at the end of the game.

Once 120 pagies have been collected it is possible to open the door to the final boss fight, located opposite the tome for Galleon Galaxy. The fight consists of 3 phases.

For the first and second phase use the exploding bee hives against him to knock him down. By hitting them towards him, then attack him until the stars around him disappear, then back away before he gets up.

The 2nd phase is really the only one that can be challenging, but made easier if purchased all health extenders and some energy extenders. Try to stay in the air as long as possible, avoiding the shock waves. This helps with jumping on the heads of enemies. Even jumping and hitting Cap B when he is lying down is advised. Be sure to grab a butterfly when you see one, which appears after every 5th enemy has been killed.

For the 3rd phase get opposite the missile and make Capital B stand in the way of it, eat the potion to make Yooka large, hit Cap B when he is down, stand in the way when he gets back up and hit him again until you return to normal size, rinse and repeat until the end.

Vendetta
Kick three Vendis in Hivory Towers.

There are 3 Mini Vendi dolls hidden around Hivory Towers, meaning none are found in the worlds.

1. To the right of Hivory Towers entrance, opposite the giant gold statue of Capital B, behind the switch that Dr.Quack presses, jump on the containers in the toxic waste. Just touch the mini vendi to auto kick.
2. After opening the 1st pagie door, to the right of Glitterglaze Glacier’s tome is a route in the ceiling area. At the end, inside the bush is a chest with a mini vendi inside.
3. After opening the 3rd pagie door, past the Capial Cashino tome, knock over some giant books and on the left of the circular platform is a stack of crates. Destroy the crates; on top of them is a chest containing the last mini vendi.

If the Demo was played and the 1st Mini Vendi was found, and then the save was carried over to the main game, the trophy tracker will stay at 0/3 but will update to 2/3 when the 2nd one is found, don’t worry it’s not glitched.

Taking a Byte
Collect all 3 Medals in a Rextro Bytes Back level.

Fully Loaded
Find the prototype I.N.E.P.T.

Located in Galleon Galaxy, at the front of the ship in the centre of the map. Walk along the beam to the vfx showing a buddy slam patch, the controller will rumble when on it. Underneath is a chest hanging, buddy slam to make it drop and pop the trophy. Speak to the I.n.e.p.t droid, linked to the original Kickstarter campaign Playtonic ran for Yooka-Laylee, to unlock cosmetic headgear for Laylee.

Looking Good
Equip a complete outfit.

Complete outfits can be found in the Vendi store on the far right tab. Purchasing/equipping one will pop this trophy. Certain requirements can unlock costumes, such as completing both Shovel Knight challenges or collecting all Quills for a world. Some costumes can be purchased from Trowzer, and then equipped via Vendi.

If you follow the video in this guide to 100% Tribalstack Tropics, this trophy will be earned then.

Feather in your Cap
Collect all Quills in a single Grand Tome.

Each world has 150 Quills. They act as a currency and can be used to purchase items from Trowzer, who will be situated near the world’s tome. Collecting all 150 for any world will pop this trophy and reward a pagie.

Supertonic
Equip 5 or more Tonics simultaneously.

Tonics change the gameplay, some provide extra challenge, such as not being able to breathe underwater, or change the visuals, such as the N64 Retro model look, but most can be an aid and improve health, energy meter, one hit kills etc. Tonics and tonic slots can be purchased from Trowzer using Quills and then purchased and equipped via Vendi. Using 5 at one time will pop this trophy.

Recommended tonics are energy increase, health increase, x2 coins (Galleon Galaxy), don’t lose coins on death and quill magnet (Glitterglaze Glacier).

Costume Haul
Equip a costume piece in every slot.

Coins collected from around the game, either by killing enemies, breaking crates, collecting silver pagies or breaking coineleus can be used to purchase cosmetic items from Vendi. Purchasing and equipping an item in each slot will pop this trophy, slot being head, torso, legs, hand and item for Laylee, items are sepearted in tabs in the Vendi store.
An example would be, Sunglasses, gloves, t-shirt, shorts for Yooka and a backpack for Laylee. Equipping them all at once will pop the trophy. If following the Tribalstack Tropics 100% video in this guide then this trophy will pop then.

Feeling Ore
Complete a Kartos challenge without taking damage.

There is one Kartos track in each of the 5 worlds. Speak to Kartos to start the challenge. Complete the track without taking damage to earn this trophy. The easiest tracks are in Tribalstack Tropics and Glitterglaze Glacier. Jump over or on the enemies, or shoot them out of the way with a cannonball, it is ok to smash through barrels.

Centre Page
Collect 100 Pagies.

Pagies are earned for completing challenges throughout the game. There are 50 in each world and 50 in Hivory Towers. Bosses, including the final boss, Rextro, Ghost Plinth and Kartos reward triple pagies. Collect the pagie after completing the challenge to add to the total. Pausing the game or bringing up the logbook will show the total earned.

Ghosts Righted
Collect the Reward for finding all Ghost Writers in a level.

There are 5 ghost writers to be found in each world, but only finding them in 1 world is required for this trophy.
Below are screenshots to locate them in the first world, ‘Tribalstack Tropics’.

Each ghost has their own behavior, keep this in mind:
Normy/Yellow will be floating and easy to grab.
Ann-Gree/Red will charge at you. Dodge and then hit him and you will capture him.
Heidi/Blue will disappear when you are close, use sonar blast/shot to stun her.
Fee-Dee/Pink requires food, either kick a mushroom into his mouth or shoot him with a slurp berry, ice works but fire doesn’t.
Evie/Green will often be hidden inside a rock and will try and evade you. He only moves in close vicinity so the chase won’t last long.

Once all ghosts in a world are found, the game will show the ghost plinth and a triple pagie will appear. Find the plinth and collect the pagie for the trophy to pop.

Ghost writers for ‘Tribalstack Tropics’
Yellow ghost: As you spawn, walk down the slope towards the right. It’s found behind the crates.
Blue: Inside the garden, back-left side of the world.
Red: Near the cloud side-quest. Upper backside area of the world.
Pink: At the start of the world, walk underneath the arc and turn left. Feed it the three shrooms
Green: Opposite of pink, head towards the right. Destroy the rocks and it will appear.

Q.U.I.D.S In
Spend 10,000 Q.U.I.D.S.

Coins collected from around the game, also earned by killing enemies, breaking crates, collecting silver pagies or breaking coineleus, can be used to purchase cosmetic items and tonics from Vendi or buy a hint from Mark the Bookmark. Spending 10k will pop this trophy.

It is recomended to equip the x2 Coin Tonic from Galleon Galaxy, costing 30 Quills, as soon as you have 75 pagies to unlock the pagie door to help earning this trophy quicker.

Quillful
Collect 250 Quills.

Quills can be found in each of the 5 worlds and are unique to that world. There are 150 to find in each. They act as currency and can be used to purchase items from Trowzer. The tonic ‘Quill Magnet’ from Glitterlaze Galcier can make this trophy even easier. This trophy will come naturally while purchasing the tonics, tonic slots, health and energy extenders required for Platinum.

Page Turner
Collect 50 Pagies.

Pagies are earned for completing challenges throughout the game. There are 50 in each world and 50 in Hivory Towers. Bosses, including the final boss, Rextro, Ghost Plinth and Kartos reward triple pagies. Collect the pagie after completing the challenge to add to the total. Pausing the game or bringing up the logbook will show the total earned.

Breaking the Bank
Destroy 35 Coinelius.

Coinelius can be found in all areas of the game, tail twirl attack him or kick him to break him open like a piggy bank, to reveal a route of coins to collect or coin rings to jump through before they disappear. Breaking 35 Coinelius will pop this trophy and will come naturally through gameplay. They do respawn once returning to an area after going through a transition like a tome or shortcut, but there are many more than 35 in the game.

Eye Sore
Kill 10 Googly Eye enemies.

Googly eyes are cheeky little fellas that can possess other objects like letters and books. Destroy 10 and the trophy is yours. They can be found in Hivory Towers in areas such as outside Rextro’s Arcade, the library, or over the bridge after opening the 3rd page door, or in Galleon Galaxy behind the lighthouse.

Extendermate
Purchase all Health Extenders.

The are 5 Health Extenders, 1 in each world, purchasable from Trowzer for 25 or 30 Quills, depending on the world. Purchasing a health extender will automatically increase your health bar.

Crate Job
Break 100 Crates.

There are many crates around the game, break them by rolling into them or attacking them. Only 100 are required for this trophy, which will come naturally. If you see a stack of them, then use Sonar Blast by holding and releasing Triangle to break many at once.

Tastes like Butter
Eat 30 butterflies.

Many butterflies are scattered around the game, and can also appear after killing enemies although they can disappear after a time. Press circle to use Yooka’s tongue to eat them. Only 30 are needed for this trophy however simply touching the butterfly will not count, it must be by eating.

Corporate Restructure
Unlock 3rd Pagie Door.

The third pagie door is located in Hivory Towers opposite Moodymaze Marsh’s Tome and costs 55 pagies. To reach it a button near the tome needs to be pressed to activate grapple points. Entering the area with enough pagies will show a cutscene showing the door. Also when earning enough pagies there will be a UI prompt stating so in the bottom right of the screen. Simply approach the door and press X to pop this trophy.

Poultry Promotion
Unlock 4th Pagie Door.

The 4th pagie door is located in Hivory Towers at Galleon Galaxy’s Tome and costs 75 pagies. Entering the area with enough pagies will show a cutscene showing the door. Also when earning enough pagies there will be a UI prompt stating so in the bottom right of the screen. Simply approach the door and press X to pop this trophy.

Demotivational Speaker.
Unlock 2nd Pagie Door.

The 2nd pagie door is located in Hivory Towers straight after the 1st door, on the left, and costs 35 pagies. Entering the area with enough pagies will show a cutscene showing the door. Also when earning enough pagies there will be a UI prompt stating so in the bottom right of the screen. Simply approach the door and press X to pop this trophy.

Knight’s Request
Complete all Shovel Knight’s quests.

There is a Shovel Knight challenge in Tribalstack Tropics and one in Galleon Galaxy, completing both will pop this trophy.

The one in Tribalstack will be revealed after completing the Clara challenge, get to the top of the monument and grabbing the red gem, located in the top left corner. Return it to Shovel Knight for a pagie and to complete the challenge.

The one in Galleon Galaxy is on the island to the far left, same one as Rextro. Steal the keys from the pigs. The 2 that already have the key visible need to be approached using the cloak ability; hold down L1 to do so. For Eats-a-lot, roll dash into his stomach by holding R2 and holding square, then releasing square. Leaps-a-lot is on the brow of the slope, break the chest at the bottom and grab the water slurp berry, then spray her with water. The trophy will pop after the cutscene but now go inside the cave to grab the pagie, some quills and many coins.

Insert Coin
Collect a Play Coin.

Refer to the “Chompian Collector” trophy for more information on this.

Re-Replaylee
Replay a completed challenge.

After completing a challenge and earning the Gold Pagie, returning to the area after a transition e.g. doorway or tome. The challenge can be played again but a silver pagie will be earned instead popping this trophy and rewarding some coins.

For instance, revisit the first world and replay a red coin challenge.

Yooka Tasty
Eat a delicious butterfly.

Press circle to use Yooka’s tongue to eat a butterfly. Simply touching the butterfly will not count, it must be by eating.

Belly Up
Lose all your health.

Falling off a ledge will not count, the trophy will pop if the health is depleted gradually and the death animation plays. This could be by hazards in the world or being attacked by enemies.

Turning a Pagie
Open the first Pagie Door.

The first pagie door is located in Hivory Towers behind Cap B’s statue and costs 15 pagies. Entering the area with enough pagies will show a cutscene showing the door. Also when earning enough pagies there will be a UI prompt stating so in the bottom right of the screen. Simply approach the door and press X to pop this trophy.

Mark Xs the Spot
Warp anywhere in a Grand Tome.

Mark can be found sleeping in many areas, speak to him to wake him and unlock the ability to then warp. Press the touchpad to open up the map and then hover over a bookmark. Hold X to warp. Warping cannot be done during a challenge, but text will inform so. When the map is open, if there are a lot of icons in the area, press triangle to cycle to ‘Mark only’ to make selecting him easier.

Hello Old Friend
Transform with Dr. Puzz’s D.N Ray.

In order to transform a Mollycool needs to be found, there is 1 in each world and located near Dr.Puzz. Collect the Mollycool, speak to Dr.puzz and then stand on the transform platform.

Trivia – The trophy name does not refer to Dr.Puzz. Lets just say the artists involved also worked on another game at another studio. The lore doesn’t make sense but hey, bit of fun, just like gaming and trophy hunting right?

Tonic Play
Use a Tonic.

Interact with Vendi, found at the tome of each world or occasionally around Hivory Towers or in Icymetric Palace, tonics can be purchased with coins and equipped. Tonics can act as a buff or debuff and alter the gameplay, everything from visuals to upgrades. 5 equipped at once are needed for the platinum but just using one for the 1st time will pop this trophy.

Puzzling
Collect 4 Pagie Puzzle Pieces.

Each world has 8 puzzle pieces, collecting 4 within the same world will reward a pagie and pop this trophy. They can be in plain sight or behind switches or found from buddy slamming the floor. Watching the Tribalstack 100% video on this guide will show their locations.

Red-y, set, go!
Complete a red Q.U.I.D.S challenge.

A red ring can be found in the worlds. Touching it will start the challenge, where a group of timed red coins will appear. Collect all coins before they time out to reveal a pagie and pop this trophy. The red ring will reappear if the challenge is failed.

An Open Book
Rescue the One Book.

Simply press all the switches near the One Book. This trophy will pop at the end of the tutorial cave before returning to Shipwreck Creek, however, if the Demo was played and the save was carried over to the full game, this trophy will pop at the end of the story, don’t worry it’s not glitched.

Going Green
Complete a green Q.U.I.D.S challenge.

A green coin can be found in the worlds. Touching it will start the challenge, where a trail of timed coins will appear. Rolling normally works best for these challenges, collect all coins before they time out to reveal a pagie and pop this trophy. The original green coin will reappear if the challenge is failed.

Buttaneer
Buddy Slam a buried treasure.

There will be some sparkly vfx on the ground, standing on it will rumble the contoller, buddy slam the ground using X(jump) then L2(slam) to pop this trophy and earn some coins, a pagie or pagie peice.

Making Flight
Take flight with Yooka and Laylee.

Finding a flight slurp berry box like in the trophy icon and grabbing it with Yooka’s tongue with circle, will launch Yooka in the air and pop this trophy. First opportunity is at the top of Duke’s temple in Tribalstack Tropics, the monumant in the centre of the map. There are many other opportunities and will come naturally.

Seeing it Through
Use Camo Cloak continuously for 30 seconds.

A couple of extra Energy Extenders and possibly the tonic for extending the Energy Metre is required for this trophy, all purchased with Quills from Trowzer and equipped via Vendi. Once done so simply hold L1 until the trophy pops.

Breath of Fresh Air
Glide for 15 seconds.

This does not refer to flight and no energy extenders are needed. Simply find a air vent or a vertical blowy and stay hovering in the air flow until the trophy pops. The earliest opportunity is in Glitterglaze Glacier, to the left of Icymetric Palace. Also possible in Capital Cashino and Galleon Galaxy.

Taking the Quiz
Win the Amazing Icymetric Quiz.

Located inside Icymetric Palace in Glitterglaze Glacier. You can locate Icymetric Palace from the map menu.

The area is only accessible after defeating the Breeze Block Boss, so that the ice melts in the doorways.

From the entrance head forward passed Vendi. Defeat the spiked enemy and use sonar on the platforms, go to the top right to the next room. Complete the challenge by shooting the targets with the ice slurp berry to lower the bridge. Proceed forward into the quiz room. Speak to the pagie in the cagie. It is impossible to fail the quiz so answer with any reply for this trophy.

Shellfish
Defeat 25 underwater enemies.

The Shellfish can be found in most pools of water. They can be attacked by either having the bubble active and using tail twirl, by a spin attack or breaking free when they grab Yooka. Even the ones found during the ball challenge in Moodymaze Marsh count towards this trophy when the ball hits them. Probably the best place to get kills is around Moodymaze Marsh’s tome as there are 10 in a small area.

Malicious Makeover
Unlock the door to the office of Capital B.

The door is located in Hivory Towers opposite Galleon Galaxy’s Tome and costs 120 pagies. Entering the area with enough pagies will show a cutscene showing the door. Also when earning enough pagies there will be a UI prompt stating so in the bottom right of the screen. Simply approach the door and press X to pop this trophy and start the final boss fight.
