Stage 1 – Play through the Story.

Turn on the tutorials at the start of the game. You will be searching and collecting resources, constructing buildings, assigning settlers to different roles, and exploring the map to find Scrolls and rare plants. Read through the information for something new when it is unlocked as this will help you to prioritize and utilize your time more efficiently within this game otherwise the game can be way more tedious than it needs to be. It is important to keep your settlers happy with a house and all the supplies that they need. You can check this on your own house’s Sign. Make all the buildings as they become available and search for all the Scrolls so that you can finish the Runes as quickly as possible. This will allow you to unlock new technologies and buildings for your settlement. Also, when trading becomes available you will need to be purchasing items that you cannot get otherwise and items that will take you too much time to complete on your own.

Notes:
1. Make use of the Teleportation Stone to fast travel around the map.
2. Improve your quality of metals that you mine so that you can make more durable and stronger tools and weapons.
3. Make sure that your settlers that are assigned to buildings that require tools, that you are providing them with the highest quality of tools that you can.
4. The sea trader will be at your port every other day early in the game, but then this changes to every few days later in the game.

5. Build all buildings, especially the production ones so that you can have assigned settlers doing the tasks of collecting wood, metals, and plants.
6. In the current version of the game (as of August 1, 2026), when you are able to raise cattle, there is a potential glitch that you can have happen after you buy younger female cows for producing milk and manure. The female cows will produce milk and manure extremely rapidly and if you harvest these items from the chest in the cow building, you can use these to buy almost all of the trader’s inventory every time he comes to your port.

Stage 2 – Trophy Cleanup.

After you defeat the last enemies from the expedition map, you will have completed the story of the game. However, you can continue after this point (skip credits and continue the game) to finish and obtain any trophies that you still need to earn.

Viking Legend
Earn all other trophies in Viking Frontiers.

Congratulations on your shiny new platinum trophy!

Let Them Kneel
Defeat all clans on the expedition map.

You will need to successfully finish all of the possible expeditions in the game. Also, at the Expedition Table, you can equip your Warriors with various weapons, shields, and clothing to increase their abilities and stats. See the pictures below for more information.

Potion Enjoyer
Be under every potion effect.

There are 7 potions in the game.

These are the potions that you will need to have:
1. Berserker Fury.
2. Darklvision.
3. Efficiency Decoction.
4. Mead of Poetry.
5. Survival Instinct.
6. Troll Skin.
7. Windspeed.

You will need to make all of them and then take all of them at the same time so that you are under the effect of every potion. After you taking them you will see a status effect icon appear on the right of your screen, just keep taking the next until all are consumed. See the pictures below for more information.

The Best In Everything
Max out every ability.

You will need to get the maximum of each of the 20 skills (abilities) in order to earn this trophy. Quite a few of these will require you to make or complete a certain action over and over again. There is criteria for each one and how to level up each to maximum. This is very time consuming and will most likely be one of the last few trophies you earn in the game. See the picture below for more information.

Potions Expert
Craft every type of potion.

You will need to craft all 14 of the potions (some are under the potion category, but they are healing items or medical items you can provide the settlers with) in the game. It is highly recommended to build the Alchemist’s Workshop and assign settlers to it so that you will get a constant supply of plants. Also, some ingredients will require you buying the items from the tradesman at your port. A few of the plants you may need to find somewhere on the maps of the game. You will also need to build the Alchemist’s Workshop where you can craft potions or assign settlers to make the various potions that you require. See Potion Enjoyer for more information.

More Luck Than Sense
Kill a bear using only a stone knife.

You will need to kill a bear using only a stone knife and no other type of weapon. As you progress through the game there will be bears in areas beyond the first area that you have access to at the start of the game. There is also a bear that spawns fairly close to the Bridge or in the areas beyond the Elevators.

The best technique to use is to strike the head of the bear with the stone knife as you circle around the bear so that it never has a chance to bite or swat at you with its claws. This can be done rather early on in the game if you have the area near the Bridge available to explore.

Viking Kitchen
Create every food and drink recipe

There are 24 food recipes that you can make in the Farmer’s House. There will be different recipes at kitchen workshop (10), oven (4), brewing station (4), and the brine barrel (6). You will sometimes need to make a few recipes like different flours that will then allow you to make dough which can then be used in a different recipe to make different foods. You will need to have milk, eggs, various crops, etc. so you will need to either produce these with the various animal buildings or trade the tradesman for various items. You will need to unlock all of the various technologies later in the game so that you have access to all of the different buildings and the animals that live in them to produce the items you need for the recipes. However, you will need to exhaust the list of available recipes. See the pictures below for more information.

Grace Of The Gods
Earn favor points from the gods.

You will have a quest where you will need to bring various items to the Altar (on the hill top) near the start area of the game. There are 3 different gods (Freya, Thor, or Odin) that you can seek grace from by sacrificing various items. There are 3 levels of sacrifices that you can do for each and they will provide a small (20), medium(30), or large(40) amount of favor points from a god. The requirements for any particular size of sacrifice will have the same items and amounts needed. You will need to earn 100 favor points from one god. You cannot spread the favor point amounts equal to 100 over the various gods. See the pictures below for more information.

The Revenge
Complete “The Revenge” quest.

This is story related and unlocks by completing this quest.

Armory Expert
Craft every weapon and shield.

You will need to build the Smithy building and the Armory building. You can assign settlers to make the various items in each of their respective buildings. You can also make all of these items yourself by using the various materials (find on map or buy from tradesman). There are many weapons and shields in the game. You will need to have the last level of technologies in order to be able to make all of the various items.

You will need to make each of these weapons:

1. Spear.
2. Arrows.
3. Hunting Bow.
4. Short Sword.
5. Battle Axe.
6. Long Bow.
7. Long Sword.
8. War Axe.
9. Reflex Bow.
10. Composite Bow.

Also each of these weapons must be made in the various metal compound versions.
There are only 3 shields to make. See the pictures below for more information.

Friends Of The Gods
Make sacrifices to all gods.

You will need to make at least a small (20) sacrifice to each of the 3 gods at the Altar. See Grace of the Gods description for more information.

Buildings Expert
Build every type of structure.

There are a lot of different structures in the game. There are various buildings that you will need to make as you progress through the game. However, there are a number of structures that are available from the building wheel that have multiple levels of items to build. You will need to make at least one of each of these items from every single category possible. You will need to exhaust all possible items under Makeshift Construction, Buildings, Infrastructure, and Decorations. This will be time consuming and it will require a lot of different materials. See the pictures below for more information.

Farming Enjoyer
Harvest every type of plant in the game.

There are numerous plants in the game and you will need to collect any new plant that you have not seen before. There are many plants that are hidden in remote areas behind rocks and other structures, so be sure to look everywhere on all of the maps. A good idea is to make the Herbalist’s Cart when you are able to do so. This building will show various plants that you can collect in the game and this is an easy method to get lots of all the different varieties of plants for crafting Potions. You will also need to make a farm and harvest every type of crop that is available in the game. The sea trader will have these seeds for sale every time he is in your port.

Expedition Points
Reach 300 expedition points.

As you progress through the game, you will eventually be able to make the Great Hall. After this is built you will be able to recruit any 6 settlers to be soldiers. You will then need to make the required weapons for them before you can send them off for an expedition. Each time you send them to carry out an expedition, you will earn expedition points. You will be more successful if you upgrade the weapons, shields, and you provide battle clothing and shields to your soldiers. After they return from an expedition you can change their equipped items so that you can increase their levels as shown in the expedition menus. You will reach 300 expedition points after you have sent them on a few and have been successful.

Technology Researcher
Research every technology available.

You will need to unlock all possible technologies that are locked behind you making all 24 of the runes, expect the first level of technologies which is already unlocked. In order to make the runes you will need to have the correct materials and the corresponding Scrolls. There are 24 Scrolls that you will need to find and each level of Runes requires 8 of them. You will find the Scrolls scattered around the map according to how far you have progressed in the game. See the video below for where to find the Scrolls. The next 2 sets of Scrolls are in subsequent videos. Thank you to @Fat_Cat_Caravan for the videos.

You will need to make all the runes for each of the 3 levels of increasing technologies. Once all the runes for a particular level are completed this will unlock your access to the next level of technologies. You will then need to buy (using silver coins) each of the individual technologies from each of these levels. The game will also prevent you from trying to unlock all the technologies as you must complete certain quests before you get access to new areas of the game. See the pictures below for more information.

Hunting Expert
Skin every type of animal in the lands.

There are 3 types of fish and 7 types of land animals.
The fish are: perch, salmon, and pike. These are found in the small ponds throughout the various areas of the game.
The land animals are: rabbit, fox, deer (female), buck (male deer), wolf, warthog, and bear. These are found any on the land throughout the various areas of the game.

Trade Master
Reach the required trade income threshold.

After you have built the port, a ship will sail into your port every couple of days. Go onto the dock and interact with the sea trader. You will need to sell and/or buy a total value of 5000 silver coins worth of goods. This will accumulate over time and does not need to be completed in one transaction.
