Welcome to the trophy guide for The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Complete the game with all collectibles.


Welcome to the trophy guide to the game The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication a Horror game published by PQube. Take on the roles of four characters, escape and face terrifying ghosts, solve tricky and surprising puzzles, and uncover a sinister conspiracy.

In this step, the story and its collectibles are in focus. In addition, the game awaits you with a few challenges, called medals in the game. Most of them, however, refer to the mostly bosses, as well as storyline. See the trophy “Master of Medals” for more information. The game has a total of 76 collectibles to collect, which are scattered throughout the game. See the trophy “Every Nook and Cranny” for a list of all collectibles in the order in which to obtain them. The game also expects you to die in every possible way. This is only possible with the bosses, see “Don’t Get Up” for a detailed list of where and how to die.

However, there are still a few semi-missable trophies, even if you can catch up on them via chapter select.

  1. Chapter:
  • *Gurgle* *Gurgle*“: Once a new game has started, go after the cutscene at the beginning to trigger another cutscene with a security guard. Go in the direction he came from and interact with the box on the right.
  • Rocking Horse by Safe Toyz“: Use the remote control in in the “Military Instructor’s Office” to distract the security guard.
  • Howdy Professor“: The Sergeant wants to take you to the school’s history room. He shows you a doghouse and then goes on to a staircase. Follow him, and once you reach the stairs, you should hear a noise behind you. Turn around, run to the doghouse, and interact with the bowl. Put the soda can you received earlier, turn around and walk a few steps until you hear a bark. Interact with the bowl again.

2. Chapter:

  • Single Life Sucks“: After getting the storage keys from A-Hai, DO NOT ENTER THE STORAGE ROOM! Instead, turn left, past A-Hai to the next door.

In this step you get the end “The Extrication“, so the last collectible can be collected.

Stage 2 – Second ending and Clean up.


In this step, the second ending “Into the Abyss” is in the foreground. To do this, start chapter 5-2. Once the heart has been collected, you have to be caught twice by “The One”, but make sure that the shield is fully charged again the second time. Just walk around the coffin the whole time until the shield is recharged. Once the lantern is broken, you can escape the room and finish the game. If a collectible is overlooked or a medal is not obtained, now would be the time to make up for it via chapter select.

Story related. This trophy will be unlocked after completing Chapter 2.


Every Nook and Cranny
Get all collectibles.

The game is waiting for you with 76 collectibles. For the trophy, everyone has to be collected. Some are also story-related. The table shows the collectibles in order of receipt. If you miss one, you can get them via Chapter select.

-Set both clock hands to 12.
-Turn the left dial to 08 and the right dial to 22.
Sausage (Professor’s Collection 5/7) Exit the Military Instructor’s Office and go right, back to Poody’s Kennel. Give him the chicken.
Skeleton Toy: Herbert (The Skull Squad 3/5)Go inside the Nurses Office and Look to the left. It’s in a tray by the door.
Bloody IDOnce you’ve discovered the hidden passage in the Nurse’s Office, step inside and proceed a short distance. You’ll find this object lying on the floor.
Old NotebookAfter exiting the crawlspace where you found the previous collectible, turn your attention to the chair situated near the barricaded doorway.

Blonde MoustacheChapter 4As soon as you assume control of Doc, avoid immediately dropping down to Richie. Instead, step back a few feet and look for the mustache lying on the ground.
Candle ExtinguisherStory related.
Worker’s ManualOnce you become separated from Richie, you’ll descend into a large room through a hole. The collectible will be located directly on top of the prominent control panel you must interact with to open the large door.
Tattered PaperFrom the previous collectible, glance to your immediate left beyond the broken wall. You’ll notice a stationary cart. To its right, on a wooden table, lies the note you’re seeking.
Skeleton Toy: Mr. Mutilator (The Skull Squad 4/5)After successfully escaping from the sergeant, you will have to go down a small ladder. Go left and then straight ahead.
Wood, Earth, Fire, Water & Metal Flag Story related.
Pigeon Conditioner (Professor’s Collection 5/7) Upon completing the flag puzzle, you’ll receive a call from A-Hai. As you continue along the linear hallway, watch for the path to branch beneath a blinking fluorescent light. Instead of turning right, proceed straight ahead. At the end of the hall, you’ll encounter Poody. Exchange the mustache for the conditioner.

Poody Pendant (Professor’s Collection 7/7) Following the credits, you’ll assume control of A-Hai in the Military Instructor’s Office. Proceed to the 1F elevator and press the button. After Poody sabotages the elevator, interact with him. This action is exclusive to the Extrication ending.

Die every way possible.

For this trophy, it is necessary to die in every way in the game.

After snatching The Dark One’s heart in Chapter 5, flee the scene to escape his clutches. This will naturally conclude the game.


Close Behind
Reach the end of the secret room.

Story related. This trophy will be unlocked after completing Chapter 4.


Through Thick and Thin
Escape from death.

Story related. This trophy will be unlocked after surviving the neckless consort chase in Chapter 3.


Master of Medals
Get all rewards.

The game is waiting for you with some challenges. You can check these in the main menu, but not while playing. There 15 “medals” in total. The following table below shows you which ones are available and where to get them:

Professor’s CollectionThis medal is obtained when you have received all the items from the dog Poody. See the trophy “Every Nook and Cranny” for more information, there are these collectibles listed.
Campus Cult*After obtaining the Reception Room Key in Chapter 3, exit the room and proceed to the far end of the hallway. Locate the staircase. Raise your lantern to spot a blue wisp. Reveal it for the symbol.

In Chapter 3, after evading The Dark One in the B2 Parking Lot section, exit the elevator and turn left. Hold up your lantern to identify a blue wisp positioned near the 2F sign. Reveal it.

Chapter 4. Following your escape from the Neckless Consort, navigate halfway down the current hallway. On your right, you’ll find an open doorway partially obstructed by a piece of wood. Illuminate the area with your lantern to reveal the symbol.
The Skull SquadThis medal is obtained when you have collected all 5 figurines of the Skull Squad. See the trophy “Every Nook and Cranny” for more information, there are these collectibles listed.
The ExtricationThis medal is obtained once the ending “The Extrication” has been reached. See the trophy “The Extrication“.
Into the AbyssThis medal is obtained once the ending “Into the Abyss” has been reached. See the trophy “Into the Abyss“.
Remnants of the PastThis medal is awarded very early in the game. After you get the lantern, there are 5 secrets to discover with the lantern along the way. These are all very obvious.
An ExclusiveThis medal is obtained once Chapter 1 is completed.
Digital DemonIn Chapter 2 you’ll face Slappy. He’s hiding in different computers. For this medal NEVER choose the wrong computer. It’s always very easy to recognize him, because the screen has a handprint as soon as he has finished dancing. He is also always alone in a red cowl in it.
The Haunted BuildingThis medal is obtained once Chapter 2 is completed.
Exorcising EvilIn Chapter 3’s B2 Parking Lot chase with The Dark One, your goal is to escape using the lantern three times or fewer. This means you must strategically cleanse only the necessary hands to advance and avoid capture.
Wilting FlowersIn Chapter 3 you’ll face the Neckless Consort again. There are flowers there that can be activated with the lantern to distract the pretty lady. For this medal DO NOT ACTIVATE any of the flowers! (One is okay, but not more.)
Da Ren MurdersThis medal is obtained once Chapter 3 is completed.
Military MightIn Chapter 4 there is a reunion with the sergeant. Yellow talismans hang on the walls, which briefly stop the Sergeant. For this medal, DO NOT ACTIVATE any of these talismans.
The TruthThis medal is obtained once Chapter 4 is completed.
Proof of ExistenceThis medal is obtained when you have received two specific items from the game. See the trophy “Every Nook and Cranny” for more information, there are these collectibles listed.

Unknown Space
Find the non-existent B3.

Story related. This trophy will be unlocked after completing Chapter 1.


Single Life Sucks
Get Doc’s surprise.

After getting the storage keys from A-Hai in Chapter 2, DO NOT ENTER THE STORAGE ROOM! Instead, turn left, past A-Hai to the next door.


Joy, Anger, and Sorrow
Uncover Lee Yue-hong’s past.

Story related. This trophy will be unlocked in Chapter 2, after completing the mask puzzle. Place the masks in the following order:

  • 1st room: Mask of Joy
  • 2nd room: Mask of Fury
  • 3rd room: Mask of Sorrow

Return to the Future
Return back to 2016.

Story related. This trophy will be unlocked after escaping from the Dark One in Chapter 3.


Super Tough
Escape from the ghost sergeant.

Story related. Escape from the ghost Sergant in Chapter 4.


Into the Abyss
Complete the ending: Into the Abyss.

After grabbing The Dark One’s heart in Chapter 5, deliberately let him catch you to deplete your lantern charge. While your lantern recharges, keep circling the coffin with him to prevent him from escaping. Avoid leaving the room. Once your lantern is fully charged, allow yourself to be caught again. This time, your lantern will break, rendering it useless. Now, you can safely escape the room and finish the game.


*Gurgle* *Gurgle*
Find the black cat.

Once a new game has started, go after the cutscene at the beginning to trigger another cutscene with a security guard. Go in the direction he came from and interact with the box on the right.


Rocking Horse by Safe Toyz
Use the remote controller.

Use the remote control in chapter one in the “Military Instructor’s Office” to distract the security guard.


Lord of the Locks
Unlock the code in the registrar’s office.

Story related. Unlock the safe in the registrar’s office with the code “0706”.


Howdy Professor
Find Poody!

In Chapter 1, the Sergeant wants to take you to the school’s history room. He shows you a doghouse and then goes on to a staircase. Follow him and once you reach the stairs, you should hear a noise behind you. Turn around, run to the doghouse, and interact with the bowl. Put the soda can you received earlier, turn around and walk a few steps until you hear a bark. Interact with the bowl again.


Thorough Investigation
Uncover any hidden message.

After getting the lantern in Chapter 1, you can use R1 to discover a hidden message to the right of the showcase where the lantern was inside.


Power of the Orient
Obtain the USB.

Story related. You’ll receive this trophy after acquiring the Designer USB in the second chapter.


Lingering Spirit
Complete the last stage with the Dark One.

Story related. You’ll earn this trophy after collecting the Eye of the Diting in chapter 5.


Sacred Knowledge
Open the secret passage in the reception room.

Story related. This trophy will be unlocked after solving the disc puzzle in chapter 3.

  • Rotate clockwise 1x. Slide the red piece in.
  • Rotate clockwise 3x. Slide the red piece out.
  • Rotate clockwise 2x. Slide the circle piece in.
  • Rotate clockwise 3x. Slide the circle piece out.
  • Rotate counter-clockwise 1x. Slide the green piece in.
  • Rotate counter-clockwise 2x. Slide the green piece out.
  • Rotate clockwise 1x. Slide the circle piece in.
  • Rotate clockwise 4x. Slide the circle piece out.
  • Rotate counter-clockwise 1x. Slide the green piece in.
  • Rotate counter-clockwise 3x. Slide the green piece out.

Seal Breaker
Open the sealed gate.

Story related. This trophy will be unlocked after solving the shadow puzzle in Chapter 3.


Nimble and Agile
Extinguish all the candles.

Story related. This trophy will be unlocked after solving the candle puzzle in Chapter 4. The order in which to extinguish the candles (1-5) will be indicated by symbols painted on the walls.


Reciprocal Restraint
Complete the Seal of 5 Phases.

Story related. You will earn this trophy after solving the Flag puzzle in chapter 4.

  • Place the Wood Flag on the Earth pillar.
  • Place the Earth Flag on the Water pillar.
  • Place the Water Flag on the Fire pillar.
  • Place the Fire Flag on the Metal pillar.
  • Place the Metal Flag on the Earth pillar.

The colors should reflect the colors of the flags, as well as the pillars with the ribbons.


Demons Disperse
Remove the shadow one time.

Story related. In Chapter 5, you’ll encounter a demon girl blocking your path. Use your lantern to scare her away.
