Welcome to the trophy guide for The Berlin Apartment. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Play all Chapters
Welcome to this trophy guide for The Berlin Apartment, which was released by developer and Publisher btf, an indie adventure game that tells the story of the residents of a singular apartment during different periods of time in German history.
MISSABLE TROPHIES
Chapter Select will allows the player to revisit the time periods 1989, 1945, 1933 and 1967.
However the trophies in 2020 are not replayable in chapter select
The missable trophies are:
“Destroyer”, “Bully”, “Rampage”, “Brotzeit”, “Intermittent fasting”
Additionally it’s worth making a back up save at the end of the 1967 Chapter when you need to make a choice between ejecting the core or letting yourself drift out to space for the Trophies “Ghostwriter” and “My book, my name!”. To cut down on replaying the chapter.
Your playthrough should look like this –
1989
Look at all points of interest at the window in Mirco’s room.
Hit your target with a paper plane on the first try.
Pour water on Kolja’s TV.
Try out all three of Kolja’s outfits.
Talk to Erich every time he offers it.
1945
Turn on the radio in 1945.
Snatch the hat from Lukas’ head.
Have all candles in the forbidden room lit at the same time.
Decorate the christmas tree completely.
Eat ten spoons of soup at the christmas dinner.
2020
Destroy a lot of the tiles with the hammer.
Throw something at Malik.
1933
Make Bismarck fly out of the window.
Take a last picture with the camera.
Interact with every drawer in Josef’s apartment.
Manage to pack all items from the list and the stone.
2020
Throw something heavy out of an empty window.
You’re skipping lunch today, dad! – Take an empty plate to your dad

Hit your target with a paper plane on the first try.
1989 – As part of the story the player needs to create a paper plane. Aim it at the window with the red arrows pointing to it, once thrown, control it and make sure it lands by their window.
East side, west side
Look at all points of interest at the window in Mirco’s room.
1989 – As part of the story you’ll head to the open wall in Mirco’s room. Look at the points listed below. Trophy pops when you back out.

Pour water on Kolja’s TV.
1989 – As part of the story the player will need to water plants, instead water the TV.
The last one
Take a last picture with the camera.
1933 – The Camera is found in the room with all the reels. Make sure to pick it up and then press R2 to take a picture.
Come on, little one.
Make Bismarck fly out of the window.
1933 – After answering the phone head back to Bismarck the bird. Keep talking to him until he flies away.
One heavy suitcase
Manage to pack all items from the list and the stone.
1933 – As part of the story the player will need to collect the following items, the issue is they will need to arrange the items correctly or there will not be enough time to place the stone after it breaks the window, as a countdown begins immediately. Use the image below as a guide, but please note the camera case also needs to be packed, merge it with the camera.
Warm Jacket – In the bedroom wardrobe
Passport – In a secret compartment in the drawer of the office table
Lucky Shoes – In the hallway use the stepladder
Pocket Watch – In the safe in the room with all the reels
Razor – On the sink in the bathroom
Journal – In a draw in the kitchen
Camera – In the room with all the reels. Also combine it with the camera case which is on the table
Stone – Is thrown through a window
Completionist
Interact with every drawer in Josef’s apartment.
1933 -There are a lot of drawers in all rooms. Make sure to open them all before finding everything on the list.
Scarcity economy
It’s not even real coffee, but close enough.
1967 – As part of the story go make a coffee. Before entering the coffee room make sure to have earned the Trophy “1967: A Space Odyssey” by walking in the corridor maze until it unlocks.

Choose to eject the core of your story.
1967 – Make a backup save before making the decision. At the end of the chapter choose “….ejected the core from the ship”

Choose to save your story over your credit.

1967: A Space Odyssey
Explore all corridors of the corridor maze.
When tasked with making a coffee, make sure to walk all around the corridors until the trophy unlocks.

Check all doors in Antonia’s corridor.
1967 – Once you stop typing and stand up from the desk, enter the corridor and open all doors. Do this before entering the ship.
Brotzeit
Now, that’s a proper lunch.
2020 -Make Malik a sandwich with 2x Bread, 2 cheese, 2 sliced cold cuts, tomato and cucumber, then take it to him. Reload checkpoint to take him an empty plate for the Trophy “Intermittent fasting”
Intermittent fasting
You’re skipping lunch today, dad!
2020 -Pick up Malik’s plate and take it to him without placing any food on it. Reload checkpoint to make him a sandwich for the Trophy “Brotzeit”
Bully
Throw something at Malik.
2020 – Pick up the football and throw it at Malik
Rampage
Throw something heavy out of an empty window.
2020 -Pick up a box and throw it out of the window with the shute.
Destroyer
Destroy all the tiles with the hammer.
2020 – Pick up the hammer and destroy a lot of tiles, each tile will need to be hit twice. Thankfully not all tiles need to be destroyed.
All I want for christmas…
Turn on the radio in 1945.
1945 – Turn on the radio on the table.
Borrowed
Snatch the hat from Lukas’ head.
1945 – After decorating the room, you’ll need to put some clothes on to head to the forbidden room. Make sure to take your brother’s hat.
O Christmas Tree
Decorate the christmas tree completely.
1945 – When in the forbidden room pick up items to decorate the tree. The medals, your fathers toys and the parts of the chandeler will be enough but you can also pick up bullet casing and a few other items.
Lights in the dark
Have all candles in the forbidden room lit at the same time.
1945 – There are two candles in the hallway and 5 in the room. They go out quite quickly so make sure to light them all fast.
Good soup
Eat ten spoons of soup at the christmas dinner.
1945 – At the end of the episode, make sure to eat 10 spoons of soup before ending the episode.
