Win a match in any mode.

Wild West
Win a match with every Western Conference Team (any mode).

Eastern Travels
Win a match with every Eastern Conference Team (any mode).

League Love
Win a match with every team (any mode).

There are 30 teams across both the Eastern and Western Conferences. You will need to do a season with a team from each conference. For the remaining 28 teams, set the quarter time to 1 minute and the difficulty to rookie. You can keep track of which teams you have won a match with as doing so unlocks an specific mascot or superfan of that team. Additionally a rosette will appear by the team’s icon in team select.  

Clean Sweep
Win 4-0 in the finals of a Best of 7 [Season or Tournament Mode] (Can’t be simulated).

After either winning the Eastern or Western Conference, the team will make it to the playoffs where they’ll have to play four rounds of best of 7. In the final, make sure to win the first 4 games winning the best of 7 in a clean sweep.

Players Only
Complete and win a Tournament [Tournament Mode] (Can’t be simulated).

Play any tournament mode competition and win, can set the other team to 2nd player for easy wins.

Blowout
Win a match by more than 25 points, any mode.

Set the difficulty to Rookie or play against a second controller. You may want to increase the quarter time to make this easier also.  

Take the lead
End a Quarter while leading by more than 10 points.

Set the difficulty to Rookie or play against a second controller. You may want to increase the quarter time to make this easier also. 

Team Spirit
End a match with a Mascot or Super Fan as the highest scoring player.

After winning a match with a team, either a mascot or super fan will be unlocked. In the next match, add that mascot or super fan to the team and make sure they are the highest scoring player in a match.  

Best in the West
Rank 1st in the Western Conference during Season mode (before the Play-in).

A season is 82 games long. Make sure to get a good headstart and then simulate games. If the second place team begins to catch up start playing matches and get a win streak going again and some distance between 1st and 2nd place.

Beast of the East
Rank 1st in the Eastern Conference during Season mode (before the Play-in).

Championship Ring
Win an NBA Finals series (Season).

After winning a season, the team will automatically be placed in the playoffs. In the playoffs are four rounds of best of 7, winning the first four games will advance the team to the next round. Win all four rounds to unlock.

Inside man
Score 100 2-point shots during matches, across any game mode(s).

Will unlock naturally as you play through 100 matches. 

Three-point Land
Score 100 3-point shots during matches, across any game mode(s).

Will likely unlock naturally as you play through 100 matches. If not play against a second controller and make sure to shoot outside the three point line. 

Posterize
Score 100 dunks during matches, across any game mode(s).

Will unlock naturally as you play through 100 matches. 

Make it Rain
Score 1000+ points during matches, across any game mode(s).

Will unlock naturally as you play through 100 matches. 

Backcourt Bucket
Score from behind the half-court line during a match, any game mode.

It will take a few attempts to get right, but hold down Square while still inside the opposing player’s basketball line and release in the middle of the yellow part of the power bar, or if you have it green. Best right around the halfway line.

Ballin’
Score 30 points or more in the 1st Quarter, in any game mode.

Set the difficulty to Rookie or play against a vacant second controller. You may want to increase the quarter time to make this easier also. 

Clutch
Score 10 buzzer beaters, across any game mode(s).

Start lining up a shot at around the 2 second mark, release the shot and the buzzer should go. If it scores it will count. 

Dropping dimes
Successfully complete 100 passes during matches, any game mode(s).

Will unlock naturally as you play through 100 matches. 

Hot Hands
Score 3 consecutive shots without breaking the streak during a match, in any game mode.

Will likely unlock naturally as you play through 100 matches. If not play against a second controller and make sure to score three times without conceding.  

Lob It Up
Score 5 alley-oops during matches, any game mode.

Will likely unlock naturally as you play through 100 matches. Press X to pass to a teammate as they are jumping and waiting to receive a pass to alley-oop.

Swats and Stuff
Complete 100 blocks during matches, across any game mode(s).

Will unlock naturally as you play through 100 matches. 

Fake!
Complete 50 shot-pass during matches, across any game mode(s).

To shoot, press the Square button and while the shot power bar is going up, press X to pass. Repeat 50 times to unlock. 

Crash the boards
Complete 100 rebounds during matches, across any game mode(s).

Will unlock naturally as you play through 100 matches. Includes collecting the ball after the opponent’s team shoots.

Brand new
Create a new avatar.

From the main menu, go to player, then Create New Player and make a Superstar.

Party time
Win a match in Party Mode.

Party Mode is one of the game modes, a match will have special rules which will randomly change each quarter, such as a moving three point line, or more circles where if you shoot from additional points will be awarded. 

Made it to the League
Complete the Rookie and Pro practices.

Complete both tutorials. They can be accessed from the Practice menu.

Feeling Fresh
Add/change an item from each category when editing or creating an avatar.

From the main menu, go to player, then Create New Player and make your Superstar. Make sure to press R1 and change all aspects to ensure the trophy unlocks.

OT
Head into Overtime in any match.

Easily done with a second controller, start a pick up game 1 minute per quarter and let the game run out of time to get to Overtime. Trophy will pop immediately, therefore either score and win the match to count towards winning a game with each team or quit out.

Court Enthusiast
Play a total of 100 matches (any mode).

Set the match quarters to the least amount which is a minute. This trophy will take 400 minutes to complete. You will play a lot matches playing both Eastern and Western Seasons and Tournament modes and winning matches with all 30 teams. 

Triple Double
In any match, have a single avatar reach 10+ of the following: Points, Blocks, Steals (any mode).

Best to select one player as that team’s mascot or superfan, change the quarter length to 12 minutes (5 will be enough against second controller). Then play a game either against AI or with a second controller if possible, and make ten steals and block and score ten points.
