Stage 1 – Complete the game
The platinum trophy for Jack ‘N’ Hat only takes around 30 minutes and is straightforward. Do the following:
– Complete the first 4 levels
– Collect the crystal in each level
– Enter the boss fight
There are a few misc trophies, refer to them below.
Platinum
Get all the trophies
The End Of The Beginning
Get the Crystal and clear one level.
Each level has a crystal in them. They are on the main path and can’t be missed. Collect a total of 4 to reach the boss required for the platinum trophy.
Just Getting The Hang Of It
Died 5 times.
Die a total of 5 times.
First Aid Training Paid Off
Used a Medicine.
A medicine can be found in a special box. Make sure you take some damage, as it will spawn the medicines quicker then.
Good-old Head Stomping
Defeat 5 enemies by jumping on their heads.
Defeat a total of 5 enemies by jumping on their heads.
Hat Swinger
Throw your hat 40 times.
Throw your hat a total of 40 times.
Explosion Chain!
Cause a TNT explosion chain.
You will encounter a few TnT chain possibilities during your visit to the 4 levels. Trigger a TNT and wait for the countdown to hit 0. It will trigger the other TNT’s that are nearby, earning you this trophy.
Eager To Learn
Read 3 hint signs.
Read a total of 3 hints. You can read the same sign 3 times, it will pop the trophy.
Beam Me Up, Expo!
Warp into a level 4 times.
You’ll need to complete the first 4 levels in order to achieve the platinum, so you’ll get this notheless. You could warp 4 times into the same level and it will trigger the trophy.
Hat Beats Gun
Defeat a Green Gunner.
The Green Gunner is present in level 2, 3 and 4.
Crate Breaker
Break 100 crates.
Break a total of 100 crates, present in all levels.
Boss Encounter!
Get into a fight with Echo.
After you complete the first 4 levels, you’ll be able to reach the boss encounter. Stand on the platform in the base and look up. You don’t need to defeat the boss for this trophy.
Treasure Hunter
Get 100 diamonds.
Collect a total of 100 coins.
Rest Easy
Activate a Check Point for the first time.
Activate any checkpoint once.
Hat Brawler
Defeat 5 enemies by throwing your hat.
Defeat 5 enemies by throwing your hat, which is a range attack.
First Jumps
Jump 25 times.
Jump a total of 25 times.
