Welcome to the trophy guide for Gore Doctor. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Congratulations on your shiny new bloody platinum!


Guts in the Pantry
Defeat the Kitchen Lady.

This is a boss fight in the kitchen area where you will be able to place yourself in an area that is near a few large wooden boxes so that you are able to hit the enemy while the enemy will not be able to hit you at all. This will make this boss fight very easy to complete for this trophy.


Showdown in the Abyss
Complete the Showdown in the Abyss location.

This is story related and you will earn this trophy as you progress through this part of the game.


Surgical Showdown
Defeat Doctor Gorberg.

After completing Blade of Terror, go to the end of the hallway and the doors will open. This is the final boss in the game where you will confront Doctor Gorberg in his lair. In this room you while find two shelves that have a few boxes of shotgun and handgun ammunition on them. There is also more ammunition on the wheelchair near the table where Doctor Gorberg was working. A good strategy is to load up on the ammunition and then go around in a circle shooting at Doctor Gorberg as the middle of the room has cabinets that you are go around. Continue to fire with your shotgun and handgun at Doctor Gorberg and end it with your axe if needed.


Chamber of Bones
Complete the Chamber of Bones location.

This is story related and you will earn this trophy as you progress through this part of the game.


Carnival of Carnage
Defeat the Crazy Clown.

After going through the hallways that have the saw blades on the floor, the floor traps, and balloons, you will enter into a room with a balloon archway. There are saw blades moving along the floor where you will find the Crazy Clown. Use your shotgun and handgun to cause as much damage as possible to the enemy and then end it with the axe. You can move around the barrels to prevent the Crazy Clown from hitting you and then attack it with your axe after dodging its attacks.


Bloody Chopin
Solve the piano puzzle.

After defeating the Crazy Clown, you will need to enter a side room where there will be a piano. The piano has puzzle that requires you to interact with the numbered keys above the piano keyboard. The correct order is: 85764231. After you enter the code and the piano finishes playing, a secret drawer will be revealed where you will be able to collect a needed key.


Dust to Ashes
Complete the game.

After finishing the entire game you will earn this trophy.


Echoes of the Enigma
Solve the discs puzzle.

You will need to solve 4 picture puzzles that are surrounding a pillar. Solving them will make a golden skull appear on the floor in the middle of the pentagram. Pick up the golden skull and place it on a small pedestal. The next part will have a rotating disc puzzle that involves rotating the discs with various numbers of dots on them. You will need to interact with them to move the discs so that it looks like the picture shown below.


Long-barreled Friend
Get shotgun.

When you enter the back of the bus, you will need to collect the shotgun that is leaning against a seat in the aisle way near the front of the bus. If you do not collect it, you will not be able to get the shotgun at all. See the picture below for more information.


Terror Frequency
Solve wave puzzle.

After you complete the puzzle with the 4 candles and pentagram, you will go out into the gym area and there will be a door that has a wave puzzle beside it on the wall. You will need the key that was on the floor in the washroom stall (See Handy Handgun on where to find the handgun). You will need to turn on the power by going into the side office where you found the fourth candle on a desk. You will go to the far back door in this room and go into the next room to turn on a power panel. Return to the wave puzzle and interact with the dials so that the two waves match up and solve the puzzle. See the pictures below for more information.


Adrenochrome Abyss
Complete the Adrenochrome Abyss location.

This is story related and you will earn this trophy as you progress through this part of the game.


A Will to Survive
Complete the A Will to Survive location.

This is story related and you will earn this trophy as you progress through this part of the game.


Descent into Insanity
Complete the Descent into Insanity location.

This is story related and you will earn this trophy as you progress through this part of the game.


Awakening
Complete the Awakening location.

This is story related and you will earn this trophy as you progress through this part of the game.


Whispers in the Wax
Solve the candles puzzle.

After coming through the air vents, you will drop down and be inside a gymnasium. There will be a room to the left with a pentagram on the floor and will require 4 candles to solve this puzzle. The first candle will be to your right as you head into the gymnasium on some boxes. In the gym while avoiding the enemies on the ground or wandering in the room, the second candle will be on some boxes in the middle of the room. The third candle will be on a ping-pong table that is behind the bleachers. The fourth candle will be a side room office on a desk. Go back to where you entered this section and go into the side room and place all 4 candles on the pentagram. You will be rewarded with an axe that you will need to pick up. If you do not pick up the axe then you will not have a melee weapon to use in the rest of the game. See the pictures below for more information.


Blade of Terror
Chop the head of the prisoner.

After solving all the disc puzzles from Echoes of the Enigma, you will enter an area with prison cells along a hallway. You will need to approach a large switch that is on the right and interact with it where it will chop the head off of the prisoner inside.


Handy Handgun
Get handgun.

While you are in the gymnasium, there will be a side washroom where you can open the second stall and on the ground will be a handgun that you can collect. If you do not collect it, you will not be able to get the handgun at all. Also, pick up the key that is to the left of the handgun. See the picture below for more information.


Sanctum of Madness
Complete the Sanctum of Madness location.

This is story related and you will earn this trophy as you progress through this part of the game.


Electrifying Executioner
Execute the prisoner on the electric chair.

After defeating the kitchen boss, you will need to go into the back room of the kitchen and look in the freezer of the refrigerator. Inside you will need to pick up a key that you will use near where you started this section. The door will be a cell door that you will open up and go through. Then go upstairs and to the right you will go to the wall to open a door. In the next room turn to your right and go through another door and then around to the left on the back of the stairwell will be a closet. Open the closet door and move the mannequin out of the way and interact with the power panel on the wall. Then head back the way you came out of these rooms into an auditorium where there will be an electrifying display on stage.


Blood in the Jar
Solve the specimen jars puzzle.

This puzzle will require you find 4 specimen jars in various locations. They can be found:
1. The first specimen jar is inside a room with a keypad code of: 734851 on a small table beside a bed.
2. Upstairs from the 1., go to your right and enter the room to find the second specimen jar on a wheelchair.
3. Go to the left end of the hallway from the second specimen jar and go down stairs to find the third specimen jar behind the stairs.
4. From 3., turn to your right and enter the first room to find a key in a back cabinet. Then go back upstairs and go to the right and the other stairs and go down them. Then go right and enter the room to get the fourth specimen jar on a bookshelf. Make sure to interact with the top right drawer of the desk in this room to get the chalice.

Once you have all 4 specimen jars you will need to go to the back upstairs. Go left to the end of the hallway and enter a room on the left. There will be a table to set all 4 specimen jars down onto. See the pictures below for more information.


Screams in the Sawmill
Slice the prisoner with automatic saws.

Near the beginning of the game after starting you will need to go down a hallway all the way to the end. There will be a lever on the wall near a jail cell and you will need to interact with it.


Monstrous Mindscape
Complete the Monstrous Mindscape location.

This is story related and you will earn this trophy as you progress through this part of the game.


To Your Health!
Fill the chalice with blood.

After earning the Blood in the Jar trophy, there is a small cabinet to the right of where you have to place all 4 specimen jars. Open the cabinet and collect the key on the bottom shelf. Then turn to your left and open the padlock on the refrigerator. Open the refrigerator and take the body bag. Go back into the hallway and down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs go left and into the left room. You will need to place the chalice on the pentagram on the floor and then interact with it to fill the chalice with blood.
