Welcome to the guide for G.I.Joe – Wrath of Cobra. Please note that at the time of writing this guide the game was quite buggy and some video guides were unable to be recorded due to the game crashing every time a trophy was earned. The trophy still counts and gets added to your trophy list. Make sure to skip cutscenes otherwise the game may freeze. A link to video playthroughs of the level of the hardest difficulty is added below to assist.
Stage 1 – 1 Hit Game Mode.
-Play through the game on the easiest setting to unlock all 12 levels, earn floppies (currency) and familiarize yourself with the game. There is no trophy for completing it on the easiest setting.
-Character – Snake Eyes is recommended due to his long-reach attack and Special Move where Timber, his pet Wolf, kills enemies.
-Tip – If you start a level with less than all 3 lives (because you have continued the game after completing the previous level), purposely die then restart the level with all lives to ensure to make it through.
-It may be required to play some more levels after completing the game once, but once 1500 floppies have been earned, purchase the 1 Hit Game Mode from the shop.
-Select the hardest difficulty and play through the levels again in any order with 1 Hit Game Mode selected.
All difficulty trophies will pop together as they stack.
Stage 2 – Misc.
-Now play the levels required for “In Under 3 minutes” or “Without taking any damage” again with the 1 hit game mode selected, but on the easiest setting this time.
-Play the levels required for ‘Without Dying’, select the easiest setting and complete the level without losing a life. These levels could be used with 1 Hit Game Mode selected but probably easier to find health pick ups and keep the health bar topped up.
