Welcome to the trophy guide for Collector’s Cove. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Roadmap to Platinum

Welcome to a cosy game where your main objectives are farming, fishing and exploring little islands. As you gather resources, you may build your own place on your boat with decorations, farming spots and workstations. As you play, keep the following in mind:

– You will need to catch each fish once, alongside the so-called “Fabled” condition. This can be achieved as follows:
a. Catch a fish x times to unlock the bait
b. Use the bait x times to catch the ‘perfect’ species (requires bait maker and resources)
c. Unlock the fable condition. Use the bait alongside the fable condition to catch the fable species.
or;
Unlock the bait & fable condition by unlocking it at the secret vendor and skipping part A & B.
Unlocking this, however, is expensive and will cost you some resources. This is best done during the Galaxy Glaciers world, as the amount of fish required is high.

– You will need to grow all vegetables once, alongside the so-called “Fabled” condition. This can be achieved as follows:
a. Build planter boxes and Tree planter boxes
b. Grow vegetables and harvest them x times
c. Make fertiliser and grow the ‘perfect’ vegetables
d. Unlock the fable condition. Use the fertiliser alongside the fable condition to unlock the fable species.

Unlock the fertiliser & fable condition by unlocking it at the secret vendor and skipping part B & C.
Unlocking this, however, is expensive and will cost you some resources. This is best done during the Galaxy Glaciers world, as the amount of fish required is high.

– You will need to gather decorations. These can be bought from the secret vendor or found in chests on island.
Note: A lot of decorations are needed for fabled conditions, so don’t skip these!
– You will need to gather clothes for your buddy. These can be bought from the secret vendor, found in chests, or by using the companion blessing called “Lucky Flotsam”

Some overall tips and tricks:
– Bait will overrule fish size and will capture the intended fish (time and watertype still apply)
– Companion Blessing “Resources gathering” allows you to gather much more wood, sand and ores from the islands. Make sure to use it!
– The “flotsam Helpers” automatically gather floatsam from the sea. This helps you gather resources quickly!

World 1 – Tropical Cove

Cucumber & Serpent Cucumber	Keep your cucumber plant at least 25% watered at all times
Corn & Popcorn	Keep your harvestable corn next to a source of fire
Blueberries & Fairy Berry	While it’s growing, the blueberry needs to be affected by 3 butterfly boxes or hotels
Mango & Lassingo	Grow a mango in a tree planter box right after you’ve harvested a chili from that same tree planter box
Banana & Banana Split	Be in Galaxy Glaciers with your harvestable banana for 12 hours

Explanations World 1 – Tropical Cove
Parrot (feathers): Parrots are found at random on islands within the tropical cove. They will be sitting on rocks. Walk towards them and they will fly away, leaving behind feathers. Pick those up, attach them to the rod (along with your bait) and fish for a bluegill. Keep the time in mind, as otherwise can consume the feathers aswell!

Higher place: When visiting an island, you may find mountains with some kind of platform from where you can fish. This counts as a “higher place”

Extinguished Tiki Statue: At times when visiting an island, there may be a chest available (Also marked on the map). Those chests often require Tki statues to be hit (light disappears) so that they may open. If you find such a statue, make sure to find for the Mahiki!

Stage 2 – Sakura Shores

Putting the Koi into the aquarium seems a bit buggy. After 12 hours, the fish will be transformed, but putting it in your inventory doesn’t seem to unlock the entry in your compendium. Retrying it a couple of times should unlock the entry.

Brussels sprout & Chompsprout	Have 2 compost bins nearby while it is harvestable
Apple & Gigglecore Apple	Catch 3 fish while near an apple tree
Pear & Ghost Pear	Bring a ghost back to its grave while the pear is harvestable (See explanation)

Decorations that are light sources: Night Stand (Available by default), Paper Lamp (Sakura Shores), Haunted Lantern (Haunted Harbors), Skull Lamp, Jack-o’-Lantern, Jack-o’-Lantern Stack, Cosmic Light (Galaxy Glaciers).
Decorations with bones (Haunted Harbors): Haunted Bed, Haunted Chair, Tomb bookshelves, Skull Lamp, Skeleton Table, Skull.
Ghost: Ghost can be found at random on islands. They are part of the chest islands.

Meteor Shower: A rare event. It’s easiest to notice when a harvestable kiwi (with fertiliser) transforms into a Kiwioid. It may occur in all worlds, but the Galaxy Glaciers seem most likely.
Telescope: A Galaxy Glaciers decoration. Build it near the crops and interact with it. Don’t forget the fertiliser!
Floating Bubble: May be found on any island within the Galaxy Glaciers
