Fancy footwork
You revealed what happened at the Duga complex.

During Chapter 4, you will be instructed to search for documents that are stored on certain computers throughout the area buildings. For this chapter you will need to be as stealthy as possible because you will be killed if you are found. When you find any of the computers to search you will need to follow the directions to be able to see and read the secret documents.

For example, a computer will show what hard drives are available that have “data” (secret documents) on them like “C:\data” or “D:\data”. You will search the list of words to find and select “C:”, then the next list of words you will choose “data”, and finally in the last list of words select “dir” to see and read the secret documents.

After you have viewed all of the documents and done all of the necessary quests during this chapter, you will go to a room with a computer that is surrounded by radiation clouds. If you look around the back of this area you will see a large barrel with a dead solider beside it. There will be a document for you to interact with on the barrel. You will need to choose Choice 1. See the pictures below.

Dies Irae
You decided to act in line with the KGB.

During Chapter 3, you will need to force the civilians to evacuate the village by any means necessary. You will need to make the following choices shown below:

1. Go to the indicated person to talk about evacuating the village. Choose Choice 1.
2. Go to House #3 – Choose Choice 1.
3. Go to House #5 – Choose Choice 1.
4. Go to House #6 – Choose Choice 1.
5. Go to House #7 – Choose Choice 1.
6. You will then need to go and investigate the man who is sick in his house. You will determine that the person has been irradiated and you will report this to the KGB by choosing Choice 1.

Man of the people
You convinced the residents to evacuate.

During Chapter 3, you will need to make the choices shown below:

1. Go to the indicated person to talk about evacuating the civilians from the Zamoysha village. Choose Choice 2.
2. House #3 – Choose Choice 3.
3. House #5 – Choose Choice 2. Run the errand for the woman by getting the grave soil.
4. House #6 – Choose Choice 2. Run the errand for the man by looking for the cat in a tree.
5. House #7 – Choose Choice 3.

It’s just a scratch
You’ve healed 1000 points of health.

Throughout the game you will lose health by getting hurt from fires, electrical wires, and being exposed to radiation. You will need to carry First Aid Kits with you that you can use when needed to restore some of your health points. You can only carry up to 5 First Aid Kits at a time and there are usually a few of them scattered throughout a level as long as you search thoroughly. You may want to save them until you have lost around 25% of your total health. You will earn this trophy as soon as you have healed 1000 points of health.

Lead belly
You’ve removed 1000 points of radiation from your body.

Throughout the game you will be exposed to radiation when you go into puddles of radiation, clouds of radiation, and entire radiation zones. You will need to carry Water bottles with you that you can drink when needed to remove the points of radiation from your body. You can carry up to 5 Water bottles at a time and there are usually a lot of them scattered throughout a level, so search thoroughly. You will earn this trophy as soon as you have removed 1000 points of radiation.

Wind of Change
You listened to the broadcast of “Radio Freedom”.

Between certain chapters you will be in a house with your commander. There will be a Radio on a small table in the kitchen. You will need to tune the Radio to “60” (use the third scale from the top) and then listen to the entire message (only a few minutes). After Chapter 2, 3, and 4 you will need to do this activity. If you miss any, you can easily get them in the Chapter Select after finishing the game once and they will be labelled Hub, Hub 2, and Hub 3.

On mother Russia’s secret service
You concealed what happened at the Duga complex.

For example, a computer will show what hard drives are available that have “data” (secret documents) on them like “C:\data” or “D:\data”. You will search the list of words to find and select “C:”, thenin the next list of words you will choose “data”, and finally in the last list of words select “del” to delete the secret documents.

After you have viewed all of the documents and done all of the necessary quests during this chapter, you will go to a room with a computer that is surrounded by radiation clouds. If you look around the back of this area you will see a large barrel with a dead solider beside it. There will be a document for you to interact with on the barrel. You will need to choose Choice 2. Lesser Evil
In Zamoysha village, you sided with the residents

During Chapter 3, you will need to side with the civilians living in the village. There will be a man that has become sick with radiation poisoning and you will investigate what has happened to him in and around his house. After you have determined that it is radiation poisoning you will not tell the authorities by choosing Choice 2. See the pictures below.

Top Secret
In Pripyat, you decided to help the scientists.

During Chapter 2, you will need to expose the coverup that the KGB is trying to get away with by not letting the scientists know what has happened to this area. You will need to make the following choices:

1. Go to the instructed office to find the document that you need to take.
2. In the room beside the office, you will need to take the film.
3. While in the theatre, you will need to play the film on the projector upstairs.
4. You will need to tell Nadia about the film tape that you found.
5. You will need to tell Nadia about the deleted data.

Spring cleaning
You removed the radiation throughout the entire Zamoysha village

During Chapter 3, you will need to clean a few locations of radiation clouds and puddles as you complete the quests in this chapter. This will include marking where the radiation zones are located within the village. Be as thorough as possible by taking your time in making sure that you have cleaned up all of these areas. You will earn this trophy at the end of the chapter if you are successful.

Comrade citizen
In Pripyat, you decided to cooperate with the KGB

During Chapter 2, you will need to clean a few locations of radiation clouds and puddles. While going through these buildings you will meet a KGB officer who wants you to work with the KGB to help destroy and cover up evidence of what happened. You will need to make certain decisions noted in the pictures below to cooperate and help the KGB with their problems. See the pictures below for more information.

Wetwork Man
You removed the radiation throughout the entire town of Pripyat.

During Chapter 2, you will need to go to all the instructed buildings and clean all the areas throughout them. You will use your Brush Tool to clean the radiation puddles and the Spray Tool to clean the radiation clouds. Take your time and be thorough looking around for all of these and most of them are on or very close to the pathways that you will be following through the quests within the chapter. Check to see if any doors open and look inside to check for any possible radiation puddles or clouds. You will earn the trophy at the end of the chapter if you were successful in cleaning up all the radiation areas.

Medal for “Courage in a Fire”
You have completed Act I.

You will automatically earn this trophy for completing Chapter 1.

Librarian
You found the first document.

As you play through the story, there will be some documents that are scattered around on tables, desks, or even on the floor. You will earn this trophy as soon as you interact with the first document that you find.

Semper fidelis
You completed Act VI

You will automatically earn this trophy for completing Chapter 6.

Memini tui, memento mei
You have completed Act V.

You will automatically earn this trophy for completing Chapter 5.
