Welcome to the trophy guide for VASARA Collection. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Vasara 1 and 2.
Complete Vasara 1 3 times, once with each character, and Vasara 2 5 times, once with each character. To make it easier, set the game to Free Play, and its difficulty to Easy.On the Final Stage, sign in a 2nd player. Make sure there is always a player active by not having both players on the Continue screen at the same time, as this will restart the final level. On the boss you could just spam the power moves of both players and be ready to press the Options button to Continue, keep an eye on the players’ lives making sure that they both don’t lose all their lives at the same time. (If you use the 2 player method before the final stage it is okay to get the Continue screen without it restarting the level) (Note:Only Player 1 will count towards the CONNOISSEUR trophy for completing the game(s) with each character, the character that Player 2 has selected does not count.) There are 2 versions to the final boss on Vasara 1, the real final boss is achieved by beating the game on a 1CC run, or by using a continue 10 times before reaching the Final Stage. You should have no problems during your 3 runs of Vasara 1. With Vasara 2 , select the 12 Stages Rank Mode once to earn the The “Easy” way trophy, then play the 6 Stages version 4 more times to earn the character-specific trophies, again using the 2 players Continue method on the Final Stage.
Stage 2 – Vasara Timeless Mode.
This is where it gets a little more difficult, more grindy, and somewhat luck based. You can play this mode with 4 human players which should make things easy. Complete 1 wave with each character, then stick with Akechi Mitsuhide for the remaining bosses and misc kill trophies, as once you have collected enough power ups things are a lot easier, and his power move is very effective. In order to get some of the bosses to spawn in you need to reach Level 7. Keep playing for the misc kill trophies. Every time you play this mode the levels are different and the bosses you get are random. For the misc kill trophies you can see what the enemy looks like just by looking at the trophy icons. For the Commanders, they are the enemies that have a Japanese banner appear when you kill them, once you kill the end of level boss you can see how many you have killed by which banners light up. You will be playing this game mode many times! Play it for fun and don’t worry about the kill trophies until you only have a few trophies left, which is when you can concentrate on making sure you kill that certain enemy type needed for the trophy.
You can see here that all the people that made it on the leaderboard used Akechi, proving he is the better character to choose.
