Welcome to the trophy guide for Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Roadmap.

Play on Padawan Difficulty (Easiest). Save often as the checkpoints are few and far between. (Every time you save it creates a new save file, if you reach about 50 files the game will not let you save so back up and delete some older ones. Don’t delete Profile Data, Auto Save or Secret save files).

Stage 1 - Kejim Post

Stage 1 – Kejim Post (2 Secrets)
-Secret 1/48.
–What’s behind this door? Trophy – Found first secret.
-Got it before it got you Trophy – Shoot the trip mine(s) to the right of the door in the 1st secret area before leaving.
– Kyle shot first Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable. Behind the shuttle at the beginning are 2 Stormtroopers. Kill one for the trophy.
-After using the cannon to destroy the door, the game will make its first checkpoint. Walk past the cannon and fall to your death for –Watch your step! Trophy. Press R2 to carry on from checkpoint.
–Droid Cruelty Trophy – Kill a Gonk Droid. About half the size as a stormtrooper, black square shape with feet making a ‘gonk’ sound. Shoot it a few times to make it explode. Video Here.
-Secret 2/48
-Prepared Trophy – Hold 5 Biotech canisters. Collect these health pickups and don’t use any to regain your health, store up 5 for this trophy to pop. This is trophy can be achieved anywhere in the game but easily done during Stage 1. Search areas and look inside crates. Many are found in the secret areas.

Stage 2 - 3

Stage 2 – Kejim Base (3 Secrets)
-Secret 3 – 5/48
– Crystals Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable. Complete this stage.

Stage 3 – Artus Mine (1 Secret)
-Secret 6/48
–Hot Tub Trophy – Fall into Lava – After riding the mine cart, dealing with the little creatures in the mine shafts, and pressing the button to start the mining machine, SAVE YOUR GAME. Shoot away the furthest grate to be able to drop back onto the mine cart. Drop down to the ledge with the stormtroopers on, make your way to the opposite corner of the room where there are power cells on the wall rack (right of the hole you dropped through), drop down from the ledge into the lava for the trophy. If you do it from any other position it won’t work as it prompts the fall animation, even stepping into the lava from ground level doesn’t seem to work. Reload save file to continue the game. Stage 4 - 7

Stage 4 – Artus Detention Facility (1 Secret)
-Secret 7/48

Stage 5 – Artus Topside (1 Secret)
–The bigger they are Trophy – Use the cannon to destroy an AT-ST at the beginning of the level. Unmissable due to the fact that if you don’t kill the AT-ST, too many rebels will die and it will be game over.
-Secret 8/48
–Jan! Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable.

Stage 6 – Yavin Temple
–An old friend Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable.

Stage 7 – Yavin Trial (1 Secret)
-Secret 9/48
–I’m just a guy with a lightsabre Trophy – Story related, so unmissable.

Spoiler title

Stage 8 – Nar Shaddaa Streets (6 Secrets)
–Mr. Just a Guy Trophy – After the cutscene with the bartender, clear out the enemies, then go into the glass room upstairs. Flick the switch to release the shutters around the bar, go to the bar and flick the switch to trigger a cutscene with the bartender, then kill him. Video here.
-Yes, disintegrations Trophy – After killing a Greedo-looking enemy (Green skin, 2 big black eyes), pick up his weapon. If it is a Disruptor Rifle, use it on an enemy by aiming down sights with L2 (press it slowly), charge up the shot by holding R2 once you have zoomed in all the way, then release R2 to kill the enemy. A perfect chance for getting the Disruptor is after the last bartender cutscene, there will be an enemy shooting at you from the ledge with this weapon.
It is also possible to get this trophy by deflecting a shot from a Disruptor with your lightsaber and getting a kill with it. Like seen in this video.
-Secret 10/48
–Hide and secret Trophy – Discover 10 secrets.
–Secret 11/48
–See ya! Trophy – Press L1 with Force Push equipped, and the reticule aimed on an enemy to Force Push them off the ledge to their death. Exit the Cantina from the 2nd floor and there will be a Greedo-looking character to your left that you can push off. There will be many other opportunities, made easier from Stage 11 onwards as the Forces are stronger.

Stage 9 – Nar Shaddaa Hideout (7 Secrets)
–Secret 16 – 19/48
–Getting the band back together Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable.
-Secret 20 – 22/48

Stage 10 – Nar Shaddaa Starpad (3 Secrets)
–Academy Training Trophy – Press up against a wall and walk along it. Press X to begin wall running, then press X again to Force Jump. Easily done at the start of this level.
-Secret 23 – 25/48
–Found You Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable.
–Jailbreak Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable.

Stage 11 – Bespin Undercity (3 Secrets)
–See ya! Trophy (If not done on Stage 8) – Press L1 with Force Push equipped on an enemy to push them off a ledge to their death.
-Secret 26 – 27/48
–Looks like a Jedi, and walks like a Jedi Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable. Found at the top of the wind tunnel section. Use Force Speed to be able to get a few lightsaber hits in without him blocking.
-Secret 28/48

Stage 12 – Bespin Streets (3 Secrets)
– Mynock Hunt Trophy – Force Grip on standard enemies (Not Reborn or Sith) Equip force grip, aim at enemy, press L1 to choke them, then press L2 to throw the lightsaber.
-Secret 29 – 31/48

Stage 13 – Bespin Platform (1 Secret)

-When you meet Tavion, SAVE as soon as the cutscene ends (BOSS FIGHT) – Where’s your master, apprentice? Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable.

–These aren’t the droids you’re looking for Trophy – Equip Mind Trick and press L1 while aiming at an enemy.
– Birds of a feather Trophy – With Force Pull equipped, jump into the air when 4 enemies are close and press L1.

Pause the game by pressing Options, press Up then Down on the D-Pad, then press L3, R3, L3. Select a cheat (God Mode recommended). Unpause the game. Finish this level with it activated. –Embrace the dark side Trophy –

Stage 24 - Yavin Final Conflict

Stage 24 – Yavin Final Conflict
-Overgrown Kowakian monkey-lizard Trophy – Story related, so it is unmissable.
– Padawan – Difficulty Trophy

Select New game, with Jedi Master highlighted input the cheat code, press Up then Down on the D-Pad, then press L3, R3, L3. Press X on Warp Target until Yavin Final is shown, select Warp.
Input the cheat menu code again once the level has loaded and select GodMode. Save game before the Desann fight. The second you kill him pause the game. Enter cheat menu. Turn off God Mode. Save your game. Quit game to the main menu. Load save. Trophies will pop as credits start.
– Jedi – Difficulty Trophy

An Old Friend
Meet with Luke Skywalker.

Unmissable. This trophy will pop during/once you have completed Stage 6 – Yavin Temple.

Force Sight
Discover all secrets.

Please see the roadmap at the top of the guide, and follow the videos for guidance. This trophy will pop during Stage 22 – Yavin Canyon. The text “Secret Area” will show once you find a secret area.

“Secret Area!” will be displayed across the screen.

Jedi Master
Defeat the game on Jedi Master Difficulty.

Select New game. Select Jedi Master, and with it highlighted input the cheat code. Press Up then Down on the D-Pad, then press L3, R3, L3. Press X on Warp Target until Yavin Final is shown. Select Warp.
Input the cheat menu code again once the level has loaded and select God Mode. Save game before Desann fight. The second you kill him, pause the game. Enter cheat menu, turn off God Mode, save your game, quit to the main menu. Load Save. Trophies will pop as credits start.

Overgrown Kowakian monkey-lizard
Defeat Desann.

Stage 24 – Yavin Final Conflict.
Pull out the 2 panels either side of the room, first is located on the wall to the right of the starting position and the other is opposite the room. Pull the 2nd one out once Desann has moved away from the column. Now drop to the column and jump into the beam once it appears, this grants you temporary invincibility. Use Force Speed and get a couple of lightsaber hits in on Desann. (Press R1 to switch lightsaber style to strong, the bar in the bottom right of the screen will be red.)

Your shields will fall
Defeat Galak Fyyar.

Stage 20 – Doomgiver’s Shields.
Use Force Speed, get in close and hit his force field with your lightsaber, once that disappears hit him with your lightsaber lightning can also help. Rinse and repeat until he dies.

Where’s your master, apprentice?
Defeat Tavion.

Stage 13 – Bespin Platform
When you meet Tavion, SAVE as soon as the cutscene ends (BOSS FIGHT) Story related, so it is unmissable.
As with most lightsaber fights and bosses, using Force Speed and getting some lightsaber hits in is the best way to win the fight.

Escape!
Escape the Doomgiver with Jan.

Unmissable. This trophy will pop during/once you have completed Stage 19 – Doomgiver’s Detention Facility.

Crystals
Complete Kejim base.

Unmissable. This trophy will pop during/once you have completed Stage 2 – Kejim Base.

Jan!
Complete Artus Prime.

Unmissable. This trophy will pop during/once you have completed Stage 5 – Artus Topside.

Jedi Knight
Defeat the game on Jedi Knight Difficulty.

See the Jedi Master Trophy.

I’m just a guy with a lightsabre
Recover your lightsaber.

Unmissable. This trophy will pop during/once you have completed Stage 7 – Yavin Trial.

Found You
Defeat Reelo Baruk & his henchmen.

Unmissable. This trophy will pop during/once you have completed Stage 10 – Nar Shadaa Starpad.

Defeat an AT-ST.

Stage 5 – Artus Topside – As soon as the level starts, go through the door on the left, kill the Stormtrooper and imperial, press the switch. Leave the room, on your left will be a lift, step on it. Step off the lift once at the top and go through the door on the left, kill the imperial and press the switch. Exit the room and get on the cannon on the left. Shoot the AT-ST situated below you, where the level started. After a few hits, you will destroy the AT-ST and get this trophy.

Hide and secret
Discover 10 secrets.

Please see the roadmap at the top of the guide, and follow the videos for guidance. This will pop during Stage 8 – Nar Shaddaa Streets.

Droid Cruelty
Eliminate a non-combat droid.

Kill a Gonk Droid. About half the size as a Stormtrooper, black square shape with feet making a ‘gonk’ sound. Shoot it a few times to make it explode. First seen on Stage 1.

Defeat your first Stormtrooper.

Behind the shuttle at the beginning of the game are 2 Stormtroopers. Kill one for the trophy.

Got It Before It Got You
Destroy a trip mine with a blaster shot.

At the beginning of the game, to your left, is a door. behind the door on the left are some trip mines. Shoot one with your blaster to make it explode and get you this trophy.

Prepared
Hold 5 Biotech Bacta Canisters.

The first Canister is located at the beginning of the game, in the room on your left in the secret area, up on the shelf. Collect 5 of these without using them to heal yourself, and you will get this trophy. Possible to get in many locations of the game. Canisters can be found in various places including inside crates.

Yes, disintegrations
Disintegrate an enemy.

Stage 8 – Nar Shaddaa Streets

Embrace the Dark Side!
Complete a level with a cheat code enabled.

Recommended on Stage 23 – Yavin Courtyard due to the amount of lightsaber fights and no secret areas or misc trophies related to this stage.
Pause the game by pressing options, press Up then Down on the D-Pad, then press L3, R3, L3. Select a cheat (God Mode recommended). Unpause the game. Finish this level with it activated.

Watch your step!
Fall to your death.

Stage 1 – Kejim Post. After using the cannon to destroy the door, the game will make its first checkpoint. Walk past the cannon and fall to your death for this trophy. Press R2 to carry on from the checkpoint.

Force push an enemy to a deadly fall.

Press L1 with Force Push Equipped, and the reticle aimed at an enemy, to Force Push them off the ledge to their death. As mentioned in the roadmap – Stage 8 – Nar Shaddaa Streets. Exit the cantina from the 2nd floor and there will be Greedo-like character to your left that you can push off. There will be many other opportunities, made easier from Stage 11 onwards as the Forces are stronger.

Padawan
Defeat the game on Padawan Difficulty.

Once you have completed all 24 stages, this trophy will pop as the credits start to roll.

Discover your first secret.

There are 2 secrets on Stage 1 – Kejim Post. The first being in the building to your left as you start the game. See roadmap and videos linked for guidance.

Birds of a feather
While airborne, force pull 4 enemies into the air.

With Force Pull equipped, jump into the air when 4 enemies are close and press L1. Recommended on Stage 18 – Doomgiver’s Communication Array, as there are many enemies in proximity during this stage.

Jedi
Defeat the game on Jedi Difficulty.

See the Jedi Master trophy.

Academy Training
Force jump into a wallrun, then flip off the wall.

Press up against a wall and walk along it, press X to begin wall running, then press X again to Force Jump. Easily done at the start of Stage 10.

Mynock Hunt
While force griping an enemy, finish them off with a lightsabre throw.

From Stage 12 – Bespin Streets onwards, Force Grip on any standard enemy (Not Reborn or Sith). Equip Force Grip, aim reticle at the enemy, press L1 to choke, then press L2 to throw your lightsaber.

Reunite with Jan.

Unmissable. This trophy will pop during/once you have completed Stage 19 – Doomgiver’s Detention Facility.

Escape Nar Shadaa with Lando.

Unmissable. This trophy will pop during/once you have completed Stage 10 – Nar Shadaa Starpad.

Getting the Band Back Together
Reunite with Lando.

Unmissable, this trophy will pop during/once you have completed Stage 9 – Nar Shadaa Hideout.
