Welcome to the trophy guide for Maitetsu:Pure Station. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Complete all the routes.


Maitetsu:Pure Station is an absolute gem of a VN in the game itself and in terms of trophy hunting! Each route only has 1 choice to make, making this a very straightforward platinum with a couple slightly hidden trophies. Follow the guide below to obtain all the main story routes.

~Click on Start Story.
~After half a dozen hours give or take some, you’ll earn the Trophy: Running 8620 alongside the first choices in-game (Embedded immediately below).

The first set of choices leading to 3 different routes.

Hachiroku’s Route
~Before making a choice, Create Manual Save #02
~Following chronological order as in-game, you’ll pick “Pick Hachiroku’s suggestion”. (These 3 main routes are the longest in-game)
~At the end of this route you’ll earn the Trophy: Get Hachiroku To Like You.

Paulette’s Route
~Load Manual Save #02
~Following order, pick “Pick Paulette’s suggestion.”
~At the end of this route you’ll earn the Trophy: Get Paulette To Like You.

Hibiki’s Route
~Load Manual Save #02
~Following order, pick the last choice “Pick Hibiki’s suggestion.”
~At the end of this route you’ll earn the Trophy: Get Hibiki To Like You.”
~Seeing Hachiroku’s, Paulette’s, and Hibiki’s routes are a flag that’ll unlock the remaining routes.

~Back at the main menu when you click on Start Story, you’ll be presented with choices now unlike before (Image embedded immediately below)!

The new Start Story choices.

Makura’s Route
~Routes no longer needs saves/loadings as the only choices for endings are from the Start Story section now. (They’re shorter than the main routes too!)
~The first four (Marked off for convenience) are the endings you’ve already done. So naturally, choose “Makura Route”. (You’ll be going chronologically again.)
~At the end of this route you’ll earn the Trophy: Get Makura To Like You.

Kisaki’s Route
~Following the order, choose “Kisaki Route”
~At the end of this route you’ll earn the Trophy: Get Kisaki To Like You.

Nagi’s & Fukami’s Route
~Following the order, choose “Nagi & Fukami Route”
~At the end of this route you’ll earn the Trophy: Get Fukami To Like You. (Nagi has an extra condition that’ll be covered later to earn)

Reina’s Route
~Following the order, choose “Reina Route”
~At the end of this route you’ll earn the Trophy: Get Reina To Like You.
~Now that you’ve completed all of these side-routes you’ll have reached another flag unlocking the last playable route (Embedded immediately below).

The Final Route Selction

The Grand Route
~Clicking Start Story will now show a new route to choose.
~Clicking the bottom choice, “Grand Route” will play the final route.
~At the end of this route you’ll earn the Trophy: Get Everyone To Like You.

Stage 2 – The Special Trophies


There are only 2 remaining trophies and they only take a minute each really. So from the main menu click the Special option.

~In the image above you’ll see you want to go to “BGM Appreciation” and play the song “Tender Greenery” for the Trophy: Get Nagi To Like You.

The Tips sections for the final trophy.

~In the image above you’ll see you want to go to “Tips”.
~Now open each letter starting at “A” and look for greyed out text. (The image above shows an example boxed in green)
~These are the missing tips you need to become an expert, your final missing tip should be in the “I” section.
~You will now earn the Trophy: Maitetsu Expert & Maitetsu:Pure Station

 Running 8620
Running 8620

Story-related. The 8620 is a steam locomotive paired with the Raillord Hachiroku. In the beginning of the game it derailed causing a great deal of damage to the locomotive. Years later you’ll find Hachiroku and the infamous 8620 in it’s dilapidated state. The first half of this game is the progression towards it’s repair which is no easy task. Upon the repair of the 8620, you’ll celebrate with Hachiroku, Pauelette, and Hibiki in the onsen where you’ll discuss the direction to go now. This trophy will pop at the this choice selection screen.


 Get Hachiroku to Like You
Hachiroku appears to like you now.

Getting Hachiroku to like you, like all other routes is choosing her route. She is part of the 1st set of routes you can choose from in the onsen after repairing the 8620. Choose “Pick Hachiroku’s suggestion.”


 Get Fukami to Like You
Fukami appears to like you now.

Getting Fukami to like you, like all other routes is choosing her route. She is part of the 2nd set of routes you can choose after completing the main three characters. Clicking Start Story you’ll be able to choose Nagi & Fukami Route which will play their route for this trophy.


 Get Paulette to Like You
Paulette appears to like you now.

Getting Paulette to like you, like all other routes is choosing her route. She is part of the 1st set of routes you can choose from in the onsen after repairing the 8620. Choose “Pick Paulette’s suggestion.”


 Get Reina to Like You
Reina appears to like you now.

Getting Reina to like you, like all other routes is choosing her route. She is part of the 2nd set of routes you can choose after completing the main three characters. Clicking Start Story you’ll be able to choose Reina Route which will play her route for this trophy.


 Get Kisaki to Like You
Kisaki appears to like you now.

Getting Kisaki to like you, like all other routes is choosing her route. She is part of the 2nd set of routes you can choose after completing the main three characters. Clicking Start Story you’ll be able to choose Kisaki Route which will play her route for this trophy.


 Get Makura to Like You
Makura appears to like you now.

Getting Makura to like you, like all other routes is choosing her route. She is part of the 2nd set of routes you can choose after completing the main three characters. Clicking Start Story you’ll be able to choose Makura Route which will play her route for this trophy.


 Get Hibiki to Like You
Hibiki appears to like you now. 

Getting Hibiki to like you, like all other routes is choosing her route. She is part of the 1st set of routes you can choose from in the onsen after repairing the 8620. Choose “Pick Hibiki’s suggestion.”


 Get Everyone to Like You
Everyone appears to like you now.

This trophy will be earned when you have achieved all endings in-game. Though it says all characters, You won’t have gotten Nagi to like you at this point but it will still pop. After you have seen everyones routes, a new route under Start Story will appear titled “Grand Route”. Playing that will earn you this.


 Get Nagi to Like You
Nagi appears to like you now.

Getting Nagi to like you isn’t like the other characters in Maitetsu. After you complete Nagi’s & Fukami’s route you’ll only earn Fukami’s trophy. After you have gotten all the other route related trophies you’ll need to play Nagi’s song to get her to like you. The song is under the “BGM Appreciation” section, and you’ll want to play “Tender Greenery”.


 Maitetsu Expert
You can now call yourself the Maitetsu Expert.

Maitetsu Expert is for have reading all the TIPS within the game. 99% of them will appear throughout all the roues during natural play, the few that don’t are accessible from the Special Menu. After you have completed all the routes, visit the TIPS section and read all the ‘greyed out’ tips for the remaining TIPS you haven’t learned.
