Got through the Flappy Duckling level.
 
See Behind the Waterfall trophy description for where and how to get to this secret area in the game. Once inside this hidden area, you need to play the Flappy Duckling game by pressing X to fly over/between the vertical obstacles. When you successfully reach the end of this area, you will earn this trophy, and will also obtain Relic 10 (Ceramic Bowl).

 Gotta Catch ‘Em All
Found and possessed all available legendary animals

There are 6 Legendary Animals that you will find and possess. They are easy to spot, as their bodies have a shiny golden glowing outside skin/fur. See the Collectible Locations video above and the pictures below.

 The World is Yours
 Found the golden statue.

During Chapter 6: Temple of the Sun, proceed to climb up the stairs and then interact with the red smoke (memory). Next, possess one of the wombats in this area. Go into the nearby tunnel. and upon exiting you will be in the Temple of the Sun.

 Everything
Played all animals.

There are 17 animals in total that you need to find and possess. See the Collectible Locations video above.  

 Shine Shine Sunshine
Found and possessed 3 legendary animals.

 Landscaping Star
Found all mushrooms.

There are 142 mushrooms (divided into 6 types) to find and collect in the game. See the Collectible Locations video above.  

 The Munchies
Had too many berries.

During the Prologue, when you possess the wombat inside of the cave, there will be an area with berry bushes nearby. Interact with the berries 10 times to eat them.

 I Remember
Triggered all memories.

There are 42 memories to find in the game. There is red smoke indicating a memory and you interact with it to make it count as being collected. Some memories will trigger more memories and it is possible to scan an area to reveal these memories. Interact with all of these memories.

 Behind the Waterfall
Found an odd mini-game.

In Chapter 2: Igniting the Fire, there is a log bridge you pass over, there will be a pond on your left up a little bit. Turn into the pond area and possess a duck or duckling here, then swim toward the waterfalls and there will be a secret tunnel to the right. Go through the tunnel, leading into this hidden area to find the mini-game.

 Scarf Glider
Found a weird fashion-shaped thing.

 This is Getting Heavy
Found 50 relics.

Rolled for a mile.

You will need to possess a wombat, as it is the only animal that is able to roll. As a wombat, roll for a cumulative total of 1 mile.

 The Cake is a Lie
Found a weird cube-shaped thing.

 Splish Splash
Spent a bunch of time underwater.

As a fish you will spend plenty of time collecting items and navigating to different areas in the game. You will earn this through the natural progression of the game.

 That’s a Pretty Garden
Found 50 mushrooms.

Find and collect 50 mushrooms. See the Collectible Locations video above.

 I’m down here!
Spent a bunch of time underground.

After possessing an Armadillo, you will be able to borrow underground where you can search for collectibles and pass underneath above ground obstacles. There are many opportunities in the game where you need to possess an Armadillo to progress the story and/or to find collectibles.

 Wrecking Ball
Damaged over 20 remains from the old days.

Throughout the game there are clay pots and boxes that you can run into to damage them. Do this 20 times to earn this trophy.

 Landscaping Starlet
Found 70 mushrooms.

 I Need More Colors!
Spread spores of each mushroom kind.

Find at least one of the six types of mushrooms in the game. The types are: Spotted Crown, White Cloak, Azure Trumpet, Sandy Needling, Cupling, and Druffle. See the Collectible Locations video above.

Played 10 different animals.
