Welcome to the trophy guide for Langrisser I & II. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.
Follow us on twitter for the latest news and giveaways.
Stage 1 – Complete Langrisser I in its entirety.
Langrisser is your standard Strategy RPG just a little less difficult and a more complex story-line branching system. Each ‘branch’ to the story-line is secretively behind a hidden objective that isn’t stated though it’s veiled in ?????? in the Story Tree section until you beat the mission. This means you’ll be jumping a lot of routes, so below is the outlined intended route to follow:
The reason you’ll go to the final Route and work your way up is because you’ll want to buy and item called Infernal Grimoire. This will allow Ledin to achieve MVP status a lot more frequently reducing end-game farming.
Note: Besides the all classes trophies, all of Langrisser’s trophies are story-related.
Stage 2 – Complete Langrisser II in its entirety.
Langrisser II is more difficult and more complicated than Langrisser I. A LOT more sub-objectives, plenty of which are not trophy related whereas Langrisser I’s were all trophy related. That being said, below will be an outline of the route for platinum, make sure to do all sub-objectives (they’re red in the walkthrough below) as they’re prerequisites for later choices to appear in-game. e.g. If you don’t do the sub-objectives in G Route Chapter 8 and 10, the sub-objective in Chapter 11 will not appear.
The reason you’ll go to the final Route and work your way up is because you’ll want to buy and item called Infernal Grimoire. This will allow Elwin to achieve MVP status a lot more frequently reducing end-game farming.

Cleared Chapter 11, Route A in Langrisser I without defeating Lance when he appears.
Achieving this trophy is by completing the sub-objective “Lance appears and isn’t defeated” in A Route Chapter 11.
This is not a particularily difficult sub-objective to achieve as long as you take note of a few things.
Lance will appear during Enemy Phase Turn 4 at the very bottom in the middle. You want to use the first 4 turns to push through the enemy defenses and get up both sets of stairs. When you do, remember to use some mercenaries as fodders, preferably the ones with the lowest attack. This is so if Lance reaches the stairs and attacks your mercenary they’ll do very little damage. Remember to keep the weak fodder mercenaries stocked up to block his way.
Onto the Main Focus! This map has 2 winning objectives: Defeat all enemies (This includes Lance) or Ledin reaches the top floor. To achieve this trophy you will need Ledin to reach the top floor. So every turn possible, get Ledin to rush towards it, the faster the better.
During Enemy Phase Turn 6 two groups of Wyverns will appear in the top right corners. This won’t pose much of a threat as they’ll attack the enemy as well and vice versa. If you’ve been working on Ledin pushing for the top floor as much as possible, you should reach it somewhere between Turn 7 and Turn 9.
Refer to the applicable stage above to see how to reach each route.

Cleared Chapter 17, Route A in Langrisser I without Chris being defeated.
This trophy is obtained when you clear the sub-objective “Chris isn’t defeated” in A Route Chapter 17. In this chapter your army will together in an open field surrounded by enemies. What you’ll want to do since Chris will be under mind-control is before battle unequip her weapon and give her the strongest armor with physical defense. Then you’ll want to focus on clearing the objective of defeating all enemies except Boser.
As for the sub-objective it’s only a little tricky as you can’t heal enemies! Chris will be admist your army so she’ll target you and take damage every round from your units. During set-up put Chris and Jessica on the far right side Do not give Chris mercenaries and give Jessia the weakest attacked mercenaries, 6 of them. Chris will focus on attacking Jessica but due to Jessica’s weak physical attack she won’t be a threat, make sure to put Jessica’s mercenaries on defense in front of her so Chris will target them. Do not move Jessica, she will keep Chris baited. Have Jessica kill the Wyvern army that approaches her and have every else advance and focus on the remaining enemy commanders. You want to kill them all before Chris dies. Beat the level with Chris Alive and the sub-objective will be yours.
Refer to the applicable stage above to see how to reach each route.

Cleared Chapter 12, Route C in Langrisser I without defeating Sar Galious.
This trophy is obtained when you clear the sub-objective “Sar Galious isn’t defeated” in C Route Chapter 12. In this chapter your army will be split up into 2 factions; 1 on the far left and 1 on the far right. What you’ll want to do since you’re underleveled against the main enemy (Digos Lvl 25) of the stage is to put Lance, Ledin, preferably a healer, and one other choice of commander on the Right Side. This will be your team to rush Digos. So ignore as much enemies as much as you can, and rush to kill Digos to clear the chapter.
As for the sub-objective it’s rather easy! Sar Galious will not move if you don’t approach him. So the army you have on the left, do not move them. Have them use skills to gain experience, then just end the turn. You’ll only want to focus on advancing the right team towards Digos. Beat the level, and the sub-objective will be yours.
Refer to the applicable stage above to see how to reach each route.

Cleared Chapter 16, Route C in Langrisser I without Lance being defeated.

What you’ll want to do is to play the chapter like regular working towards the main goal of the chapter except switch Ledin’s and Lance’s starting positions so Lance is on the throne.
As for the sub-objective it’s another straightforward one, Lance is a recruited teammate that will leave your team on Enemy Turn 2. He doesn’t become an enemy but he will become an NPC, so you won’t have free reign of him. This is why you put him in the middle, far away from any bad NPC decisions he may make. Simply finish off the enemies with him staying alive now.
Refer to the applicable stage above to see how to reach each route.

What you’ll want to do is to play the chapter like regular working towards the main goal of the chapter.
As for the sub-objective it’s not too difficult! Betty is an NPC that will appear during the 2nd Turn running away from enemies that’ll spawn in afterwards. Bring your Right-side team up to the bottom right corner of the castle. This will draw the attention from the magic caster and the golems. Betty will run over to you and focus on solely healing you disregarding her own safety. Let the enemies catch up and murder poor Betty. When she dies, finish the chapter like normal.
Refer to the applicable stage above to see how to reach each route.

Cleared Chapter 17, Route E in Langrisser I after defeating Chris.
This trophy is obtained when you clear the sub-objective “Defeat Chris.“ in E Route Chapter 17. In this chapter your army will surround the castle. What you’ll want to do is to play the chapter like regular working towards the main goal of the chapter but make sure Chris is defeated early.
As for the sub-objective it’s another straightforward one, Chris is your old teammate and an enemy from the beginning of the battle in this chapter. Defeating Chris is easy. You will want to defeat her first or close to first, for if she is the last one standing you will fail this objective.
Refer to the applicable stage above to see how to reach each route.

Cleared Chapter 16, Route G in Langrisser I after making Jessica an ally.
This trophy is obtained when you clear the sub-objective “Make Jessica an ally.“ in G Route Chapter 16. In this chapter your army will all be on the right side of the bridge. What you’ll want to do is to play the chapter like regular working towards the main goal of the chapter except ignore Jessica.
As for the sub-objective it’s another straightforward one, Jessica is your old teammate and an enemy from the beginning of the battle in this chapter. Making her an ally is easy. You will want to work on defeating ALL the enemy commanders except her so she’s the last one standing. Without attacking her defeat one of her mercenaries as Ledin and she’ll engage in dialogue resulting in her joining you.
Refer to the applicable stage above to see how to reach each route.

Unlocked all classes for Ledin.
This trophy is similar to Elwin, Transcended just less grindy. It is somewhat unlikely that you’ll attain this through natural cause of leveling as it is a lot of CP to farm. Luckily Langrisser has an MVP bonus at the end of fights granting the MVP bonus CP. You will need to utilize this to farm CP as often as possible.
A good way to ensure that Ledin wins the MVP (MVP is awarded for most enemies killed) is through a learnable summon.
