This trophy is earned when Jack Tarinton wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “Huckster’s House” (155.88m2).

Having him win the auction requires effort. You will not need to paint. Clean the house and do the following:

~He is a cheapskate, so sell everything in the house except the bathroom stuff.
~He loves bathrooms so finish all the bathroom installations.
~Remember he is a cheapskate, sell the 2 bathroom sinks that come with the house and and replace them with cheaper sinks.
~He loves a good complete living room Buy 2 Couch Archaic’s (Sofas), Coffee table Venne (Tables), and Monitor (Home Electrionics).
~It may be possible he might not be in first yet, if so destroy the kitchen walls extending the living room fully.

 Geek
I’m not a genius, but I am smarter than you are.

This trophy is earned when Chang Choi wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “House that is hiding something” (99.69m2).

Having him win the auction requires effort. You will not need to mount anything or paint. Cleaning the house is very important for Chang Choi as he requires it to be 1st. After cleaning the house do the following making sure to put all purchased furniture in the bedroom!:

~First you will want to sell everything in the house. Including the bathroom pipes too.
~Classic Corner Desk (Desks)
~Single Bed Mantis (Beds)
~Bookcase Venne x2(Cupboards)
~Kids Box Purple Pyramid x5 (Other).
~It may be possible he isn’t first after all the above as sometimes the Family Jonson is stubborn. If that is the case do the following: Destroy the upstairs bathroom walls + Destroy the bedroom walls extending the bedroom into the living room as well.

 Negotiator
Successfully negotiate a sale earning no less than 50,000 Euro

50,000 Euro may seem like a lot but in reality it’s made easier with the most expensive house. Before attempting this, it’s easiest with the highest level negotiation perk. Purchase the Home Alone House and do the following:
~Clean all the garbage
~Mop all the dirt
~Clean all the windows
~Mount all the missing stuff with expensive installs.
~Purchase some of the missing furniture around the house with expensive furniture.

With the above done you should be able to negotiate the required amount (50,000 Euro).

Refer to the currency converter in stage 1 if you’re not playing with the default currency.

 Do it ASAP
Complete an order in less than 1 minute

This is best done after you have achieved ‘Perfectionist’. This way you can complete the job as soon as it can be done, not at 100%. The easiest way to do this is to have the perks:
Negotiation
~Quick Jobs Lvl 3
Cleaning
~Fast Hands Lvl 3.
~Long Range Lvl 2

With the above said and done, you’ll need an order. Luckily, orders can be re-done in this game. Go find Caroline Smith – Cleaning the Garage, it should be the 2nd order.

As soon as the mission starts open the garage. As the garage is opening pull out your mop and start sweeping which’ll clear dirt by the dirt and in the front of the garage. Keep sweeping and make your way to the window. Clean the window then go back to mopping. Once you’ve mopped enough of the Garage you’ll be able to turn the job in at about 60%. This should take you 30 to 45 seconds.

This trophy is earned when Gorgio Shanua wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “Unsatisfying Effect” (143.25m2).

Having him win the auction requires some effort. You will not need to mount anything or paint, though like usual you will want to clean up. After cleaning the house do the following:

~Sell all the furniture in the house except for a specific bathroom’s content (The one with the tub SHOULD NOT be sold).
~Purchase a Double bed Hermes (Beds).
~Purchase Linen Closet x4. Put 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the walk in closet.

 Senior Estate Agent
Sell 50 houses.

House Flipper initially comes with 20 different houses. After the final sale of the 20th house you’ll ‘finish’ the game and you’ll get an on-screen prompt telling you it is now possible to re-sell previous houses. Your job now is to re-sell the houses a combined total of 30 more times. Luckily, there isn’t a pre-requisite for what state you can sell a house in. You can purchase a house, clean up the garbage then mop and sell it to break even. This can take as little as 1 to 2 hours with no effort if you’re rushing it.

 Artistic Soul
Every child is an artist. The challenge lies in remaining an artist as an adult.

This trophy is earned when the Veronica Lipston wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “Pink Kingdom” (133.06m2).

Having her win the auction doesn’t require anything extravagant. You will not need to install, paint, or renovate the house in any manner.

Veronica is an easy soul to please, just cater to her love of art and upset the Jantart Family.

~Purchase Painting Pink trees x4 (Pictures and paintings). One in each of the bedrooms, garage, and as you go up the stairs.
~Sell both TVs.
~Sell all the rugs in the house.

 Perfectionist
Fully completed every order.

House Flipper comes with 2 main modes: Orders and Flipping Houses. Orders are jobs that clients will send you through your laptops e-mail. Fully completing an order means to achieve 100% on it which is never a hard task but sometimes a long task. When you’re done with an order press R3 to prompt the completion. Do not fret if you’re unsure if you’ve completed the order as the game will prompt you with a window showing you your percentage before you confirm the completion. Make sure that percentage is 100% for every order before moving on.

 Mystery
Carpe diem!

This trophy is earned when the Jimmy Traitor wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “Variable woman’s house” (145.50m2).

Having him win the auction doesn’t require anything extravagant and is rather quite speedy too. You will not need to install, paint, renovate or clean the house!

As soon as the house loads, ignore all cleaning and everything and do just the following:
~purchase Wall-mounted TV x3 (Home Electronics). You’ll put 2 in the living room and one in the green bedroom.
~Sell everything in the bathroom connected to the green bedroom.

 Estate Agent
Sell 20 houses.

Selling houses in this game is one of two main features this game is all about. Refer to ‘Senior Estate Agent’ for more details.

 Game Over
Finish the game.

The term ‘finish the game’ is a rather ambiguous one. It’s not clearly stated, but it’s a rather simple one: To complete House Flipper you will need to sell one of every house. That is all. This will come naturally as you work towards 50 houses sold.

You won’t need to worry about which houses to sell either as you can’t sell repeat houses until after you ‘finish’ the game. So Flip all the houses in the purchasing section.

 You`re doing it wrong
Killed a cockroach with a hammer.

Cockroaches are a common occurrence in dirtier houses in this game. You’ll run into them on jobs and while flipping houses, you’ll need to to vacuum them up. Instead of pushing the button to switch to the vacuum, pull out your Demolition Hammer and crack a roach with it.

 Car Mechanic
You’ll need a car mechanic.

This trophy requires you to hit a car with your Demolition Hammer. Due to jobs only giving you the required tools for the job, it is easiest to attempt this when flipping houses as you’ll have all the tools at your disposal. Whenever you purchase a house that comes with a car, pull out the demolition hammer and take a swing at the car.

 Millionaire
Earn your first million Euro

This trophy will come naturally as you’re flipping the 50 houses to sell. It will pop when you have 1,000,000 Euro on hand. Refer to the currency converter in the first stage if you do not play with the default Euro currency.

 Junior Estate Agent
Sell 10 houses.

Selling houses in this game is one of two main features this game is all about. Refer to ‘Senior Estate Agent’ for more details.

 First Money
Complete first order

Story-Related. The first order in the game will come from Sara Lewis. It is an order to clean her house and replace a stolen radiator due to her ex-boyfriend.

 Family Man
Family isn’t just an important thing. It’s everything. 

This trophy is earned when the Family Jonson wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “House after the flood” (79.06m2).

Having them win the auction doesn’t require much effort. You will not need to paint or renovate the house in any manner. Clean the house, mount all the radiators, fix the outlets, pretty much all the maintenance that’ll show up on your mini-map. Once the house is clean, they have an easy exploit to win favor.

The Family Jonson has a lot of likes and dislikes which normally would require quite the effort. Though if you appease just the parents, it still works like a charm.

~The Family Jonson cares about bedding with a great appeal! So your first task is to sell the green bed that you’ll find in the house.
~Replace that sold green bed with the Double bed Dora (Bed).

 Just Enough
Age is just a number. Live life fully, no matter how old you may be.

This trophy is earned when the Jantart Family wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “Burned house” (36.94m2).

Having them win the auction requires little effort. You’ll need to work on the Jantart’s likes to put them at the top. You will want to fix all the outlets, places all the radiators, and fix the toilet as well. Once all the renovation is complete there is minimal effort left.

~They don’t like too many rooms, destroy the wall between the Bedroom and Living Room.
~They like plants, purchase a Monstera (Plant).
~They don’t like empty walls, purchase a Photo of Temple (Picture).
~They don’t like bare floors, purchase a Single-colored rug (Rug) + Patterned Rug Round (Rug).


After you have done the above changes, they should have the most favor for the house. if not, add a little more furniture in the above likes.

 Strongman
Do you even lift?

This trophy is earned by lifting a car.

The earliest you can achieve this would be your 2nd or 3rd offer, depending on your choice of order, and is from Caroline Smith. You are to clean her garage, pick up the car in her parking space.

 Pro-creative
You know, when you’re in love, you can’t get sleep… because of your kids screaming around the clock!

This trophy is earned when the Smoth Family wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “Many generations house” (79.94m2).

Having them win the auction doesn’t require anything extravagant. You will not need to purchase, install, paint, or renovate the house in any manner. Clean the house and sell it as is.

 Worth Every Penny
Mind over matter. Money over all.

This trophy is earned when Dolan Trusk wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “Abandoned house” (36.94m2).

Having him win the auction doesn’t require anything extravagant. You will not need to purchase, install, paint, or renovate the house in any manner. Clean the house and sell it as is.

 Alpha Male
What happens in the cave stays in the cave. 

This trophy is earned when Raphael Erko wins the auction on purchasing your house. An easy way to obtain this trophy is to purchase the house: “Connoisseur’s house” (78.69m2).

Having him win the auction requires little effort. You will not need to paint, or renovate the house in any manner. Clean the house, mount all the radiators, fix the outlets, pretty much all the maintenance that’ll show up on your mini-map. Once the house is clean, Raphael has a very easy like to please!

~Raphael likes his TV’s in his bedroom, purchase a Wall-mounted TV (Home electronics) and place it in the bedroom.
