Welcome to the trophy guide for Horizon Chase Turbo. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Complete the World Tour
First of all, welcome to the trophy guide for Horizon Chase Turbo.
The world tour is a game mode in which you will need to win individual races throughout the world. You will need to win each race and collect all the blue coins you come across. This is a requirement for the platinum trophy.
So in short:
– Single races
– Win and collect blue coins to complete 100%
– Upgrades available
Stage 2 – Complete the Tournaments
A tournament is a game mode in which you will race in 4 different levels. The number one is the car with the most points. It is allowed to lose a race and still win the tournament. You just need to have the most points in the tournament. Upgrades and blue coins are not present in this game mode.
So in short:
– Tournament of 4 races.
– Have the most points at the end of the tournament to win.
– No Blue coins to collect.
Stage 3 – Complete the Endurance
There are three types of endurance races within the game. These are the 12, 36 and 109. The numbers represent the amount of races required to complete this game mode.
The endurance levels are selected at random and you need to finish at least fifth to progress. If you fail to do so, you will need to start over. This game mode also uses points to determinate the winner. You will use the same car for the duration of the endurance races.
So in short:
– Tournament of 12, 36 and 109 races
– You need to finish at least 5th to progress.
– Random maps selected.
– Upgrades become available after completing a few races.
– No blue coins.
– Have the most points at the end of the tournament to win.

Super Super Trophy
Unlock all Trophies.
You will need to unlock all other trophies before you will pop this one.
King of the World
Beat the World Tour with 100%
The world tour is one of the 3 game modes within the game.
To get this 100%, you will need to:
– Get first in all levels while collecting all blue coins.
The world tour exists out of 12 cities/countries that you will need to complete. Each city/country has an average of 9 races that you will need to complete.
Round the Globe
Beat the World Tour.
For this trophy you will need to complete the world tour. It is not needed to win all races and collect blue medals. However, for “King of the world” trophy you will need to finish first and collect all blue coins.
Master of the Racetrack
Finish all Master Tournaments with gold.
The Master Tournament is by far the toughest game mode.
The A.I will drive like a madman and overtaking is quite challenging. I used the Gentleman for this game mode. It has a decent amount of speed and lots of fuel. It also comes with 4 nitro boosts instead of 3.
The Master Tournament has 12 tournaments for you to beat.
Look Mom, No Hands!
Finish Endurance 109 with gold
For this game mode you will need to complete 109 races in a row. You will need to finish at least 5th in order to progress to the next race. Failing to do so will require you to restart the whole progress.
It is possible to take brakes and quit the game.
I used the Nano car for this game mode. The only enemy is this game mode is running out of fuel. Make sure you pick a car with a lot of fuel.
Tip: Make a save to an USB-Stick while doing this mode. This will make it possible for you to reload it whenever you fail. Try to save every 5 to 10 races or so.
Transporter
Finish a race with every vehicle in the game
You will need to ride a single race with all cars in the game. This will only be possible if you 100% the game. You will need to complete the World Tour, all Tournaments and all Endurance races.

Supersonic
Reach 230 mph (370 km/h).
Select the campaign mode and go to Japan -> KYOTO -> SPIRAL. Select the nightrider. Once you go downhill, activate the turbo and you should reach the 230 mph.
Living Legend
Reach 1st in 20 consecutive races.
You will need to win 20 races in a row. This can be done in any game mode, on any map. Simply win the first level in world tour 20 times in a row. You could combine this trophy with “Transporter” Trophy which requires you to win a race with all cars.
Marathonist
Run a total of 500 miles (800 km.)
When going for the platinum trophy this should occur naturally.
I got this trophy while completing the World Tour. An average map is around 4km long. This means you will have to complete around 200 races for this trophy.
Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
Install all upgrades.
This trophy is obtainable in the World Tour mode. Each country has a special upgrade race that you will need to win, in order to obtain the upgrade. The races are:
1. California – Death Valley.
2. Chile – Easter Island.
3. Brazil – Chapada Diamantina.
4. South Africa – Madagascar.
5. Greece – Bay of Kotor.
6. Iceland – Gullfoss Waterfall.
7. United Arab Emirates – Al Gharbia Qasr.
8. India – Valley of Flowers.
9. Australia – French Polynesia.
10. China – Hong Kong.
11. Japan – Sapporo.
12. Hawaii – Na Pali Corst.
Completionist
Accumulate 12000 points.
This trophy is obtainable in the World Tour mode. You will need to collect a total of 12.000 points. You will get this amount of points when you complete all levels 100%.
If you finish a level with spare fuel, you will get some extra points which will help you reach 12.000 points. However, using the extra fuel points is not needed if you complete all levels for 100%.
Now Go Play Outside
Finish Endurance 36 with gold
For this game mode you will need to complete 36 races in a row. You will need to finish at least 5th in order to progress to the next race. Failing to do so will require you to restart your entire progress.
It is possible to take breaks and quit the game.
Tip: Make a save to an USB-Stick while doing this mode. This will make it possible for you to reload it whenever you fail. Try to save every 5 to 10 races or so.
Survivor
Finish Endurance 12 with gold
For this game mode you will need to complete 12 races in a row. You will need to finish at least 5th in order to progress to the next race. Failing to do so will require you to restart your entire progress.
It is possible to take breaks and quit the game.
Go-Kart Champion
Finish all Amateur Tournaments with gold.
You will need to finish the amateur tournament. There are 4 different tournaments present within this game mode. You shouldn’t have too much trouble beating this.
Golden Passport
Beat the World Tour with gold in all races
You will need to finish the World Tour while being first in all races. For this trophy you don’t need to collect any blue coins. However, for “King of the World” this is needed.
Getting Famous
Finish all Professional Tournaments with gold
The Professional tournament is a bit harder than the amateur one. You should still be able to beat this. Just like the Master tournaments, use the Nano car. This tournament has 8 different tournaments for you to beat.
Volcano Surfer
Obtain 100% completion in Hawaii Cup.
This trophy is obtainable in the World Tour mode. You will need to complete the last world(12) with 100%.
Pump my Ride
Install an upgrade
This trophy is obtainable in the World Tour mode. When you win the first upgrade race in California, this trophy will be yours.
That Was Close
Win a race with less than 0.1s of difference from the runner-up
This trophy should come naturally while playing through the game. You will need to finish 0.1 seconds before the car in position 2 does.
Example: If you finish with a time of 1:03:10 (1 minute, 3 seconds, 10 of a second) the number 2 will have to finish before the timer hits 1:03:20.)
Carménère Taster
Obtain 100% completion in Chile Cup.
This trophy is obtainable in World Tour mode. You will need to complete the second world(2) with 100%.
Driver from Ipanema
Obtain 100% completion in Brazil Cup.
This trophy is obtainable in World Tour mode. You will need to complete the third world(3) with 100%.
Pathfinder
Obtain 100% completion in South Africa Cup.
This trophy is obtainable in World Tour mode. You will need to complete the fourth world(4) with 100%.
Can’t Touch This
Win a race without hitting anything
For this trophy you will need to win a race in any mode without hitting a car or obstacle.
The best way to get this trophy is in the:
Race track: Spiral (Kyoto, China).
Car: Royal.
The car is not that important, just pick the car you are most comfortable with.

Win a race after running out of fuel
This Trophy can be achieved in:
Racetrack: South Africa – Madagascar
Car: Night Rider
When the game gives to message “OUT OF FUEL” you can win the race using your turbo. You could also pick up some fuel AFTER the message “OUT OF FUEL” has been shown.

Lose a race running out of fuel
This trophy can be obtained in any race. Simply lose a race because you ran out of fuel.

Obtain 100% completion in Greece Cup.
This trophy is obtainable in the World Tour mode. You will need to complete the fifth world(5) with 100%.
The Iceman
Obtain 100% completion in Iceland Cup.
This trophy is obtainable in World Tour mode. You will need to complete the sixth world(6) with 100%.
Otaku
Obtain 100% completion in Japan Cup.
This trophy is obtainable in the World Tour mode. You will need to complete the eleventh world(11) with 100%.
Quickie
Finish a Tournament race.
This trophy can be obtained in the Tournament mode. Simply finish a race and this trophy will be yours.
Oil Tycoon
Obtain 100% completion in the United Arab Emirates Cup.
This trophy is obtainable in World Tour mode. You will need to complete the seventh world(7) with 100%.
Bollywood Star
Obtain 100% completion in India Cup
This trophy is obtainable in World Tour mode. You will need to complete the eighth world(8) with 100%.
Brave and Bold
Finish an Endurance race
This trophy can be earned in the “Endurance” mode. It should come naturally when going for the 3 endurance trophies.
California Dreamer
Obtain 100% completion in California Cup
This trophy is obtainable in World Tour mode. You will need to complete the first world(1) with 100%.
Crocodile Hunter
Obtain 100% completion in Australia Cup
This trophy is obtainable in the World Tour mode. You will need to complete the ninth world(9) with 100%.
The First of Many
Finish a World Tour race.
This trophy is obtainable in the World Tour mode. Simply complete your first race and this trophy will be yours.
Old Master
Obtain 100% completion in China Cup
This trophy is obtainable in World Tour mode. You will need to complete the tenth world(10) with 100%.
I Need a Bigger Garage
Unlock a Car
This trophy can be obtained in any game mode.
You will get cars when you complete races while finishing first.
In the World Tour you will also need to collect the blue coins in order to unlock all cars.
Ghostbuster
Beat a ghost.
When selecting a level, press triangle to enable the ghost. You will need to improve your ghost-time in terms of overall time.
This should not be too difficult, as you get faster cars you will be able to pull this off without any problems.
