Stage 1 – Complete all 20 tracks with 3 stars on Normal Difficulty.
Welcome to the trophy guide for Hide & Dance!, a rhythm game from Kemco. Please note the difficulty and time to complete this game are heavily skill dependent on your ability to complete a song Perfect combo on Extreme difficulty. Veterans of rhythm games should have no problems.
For the first stage of the game the focus should be on completing all 20 songs on normal difficulty with 3 stars. To complete a song with three stars you have to finish the song without missing any of the button cues.
You will need to unlock 15 songs by purchasing them for ten coins from a randomized “toy vending machine” the missing 4 characters are also unlocked this way. Coins are earned for finishing songs with a combo and as button cues in the song. Additionally in the shop are two “cheats” – adjust note speed and Family on/off. Purchase these as they make the game easier.
Stage 2 – Super Star! Trophy.
The hardest trophy in the game. To unlock it, you must complete a song on Extreme difficulty getting a Perfect on every cue. It is advised to save this trophy for last. Before starting, it is recommended to unlock the Adjust Note Speed for 100 coins and Family on/off for 200 coins from the shop and make sure both are turned on. Play as the Flea as it is the least distracting character and select song 2 ‘1-2-3 and Cute Magic Girl’. You will first have to complete the song on Normal and Hard difficulties with three stars to unlock the Extreme difficulty. Start on normal speed and learn the button combinations once until you feel confident you have good muscle memory for the track. Increase the speed to 1.5x. The reason for this is because at this speed, getting a perfect score for each cue is more lenient with your timing, whereas at the lower speeds you need to be more precise.

Cleared a stage for the first time.
Clear any stage on Normal difficulty.
Look! Behind!
Found by family for the first time.
During each song, your mom will will open the door, and if she catches you dancing, you will get a game over. To get this trophy, instead of pressing L1 and R1 to hide, get caught.
School Star!
Obtained three stars for the first time.
To obtain three stars for a song, you must not miss any of the cues. You do not have to get a perfect for each one but you do have to end the level with a combo. You need to obtain three stars to unlock the next difficulty of the song.
Research Student!
Cleared all stages in Normal.
To unlock this trophy, you need to complete all 20 songs with any grade. You do not have to get 3 stars for each level to unlock this trophy, but you do have to get three stars in each song to unlock “Star”.
Major Debut!
Cleared one stage in Extreme.
To unlock a track in Extreme, you must first complete Normal and Hard difficulties with three stars. To complete a level with three stars you must not miss any of the cues and end the level with a combo. Once you have unlocked a track in extreme finish the song with any rating. Track 2 is a good song to unlock this trophy.
Star!
Unlocked all the stages in Hard.
To unlock this trophy, you need to complete all 20 songs on Normal difficulty with a three stars grade. To do this, you cannot miss any of the cues and must finish the level with a combo.
Super Star!
Obtained a perfect combo in Extreme.
The hardest trophy in the game, to unlock it you must complete a song on Extreme difficulty getting a Perfect on every cue. It is advised to save this trophy for last. Obtained all tracks and dancers.
At the start of the game you will start with 2 characters and 5 tracks, collect coins as cues in the songs and as bonuses for finishing with a combo. Then head into the shop from the main menu and spend ten coins in the “toy vending machine” you will get a random prize and will need to unlock the remaining 15 tracks and 4 characters this way.
