Stage 1 – Play the game collecting HP.
Welcome to this guide for Dead Dust, a western themed twin stick shooter published by ChilliDog Interactive. This guide will use an invincibility cheat that makes this game very easy to complete. Without the use of this cheat this game becomes much harder.
For the first stage we will not be using the cheat as it means medkits cannot be picked up. Start a new game and play normally looking for boxes (chests) which will contain money, bullets, or medkits. Once you found three medkits for the “Farmacia de guardia” trophy, move onto Stage 2.
Stage 2 – Invincibility.
At the main menu enter the code UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, UP, UP, RIGHT, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, TRIANGLE. If done correctly you will hear a cheering noise. You are now invincible. Play through the game and complete all levels, making sure to kill 1 enemy by throwing a tomahawk with L2, kill 1 enemy by throwing dynamite or blowing up a dynamite barrel. Buy 1 item from the store in level 2. Fire 777 bullets, and kill 150 enemies. You may need to do a little bit of farming depending how many enemies and bullets you fired in stages 1 and 2. The remaining trophies are related to completing levels.

Tomorrow’s platinum is promised to no one.
Deadly Jackpot
Shoot 777 times.
Make sure to pick up ammo, avoid using melee weapons. The Minigun found later on comes with a lot of bullets and will help with the target.
The Song of Hiawatha
Kill an enemy with tomahawk.
Tomahawks can be found in level 1. To unlock this trophy, pick one up, aim at an enemy, and press L2 to throw the Tomahawk. Slashing with R2 does not count for this trophy.
I’m T.N.T., I’m dynamite
Kill an enemy with dynamite.
Can be done two ways, either blow up a dynamite barrel while an enemy is stood next to it, or pick up a stick of dynamite and throw it at an enemy with R2.
The Good
Kill 50 enemies.
Simply kill 50 enemies in any way. Target is accumulative and can be earned over many playthroughs.
The Bad
Kill 100 enemies.
Simply kill 100 enemies in any way. Target is accumulative and can be earned over many playthroughs.
The Ugly
Kill 150 enemies.
Simply kill 150 enemies in any way. Target is accumulative and can be earned over many playthroughs.
Rise of a new star
Complete the first level.
Complete the first level.
Dechieftainification
Kill the chieftan.
The Chieftan is found in the third level. He is hiding in a tent, and when you approach he will reveal himself. He has more HP and is a tougher enemy.
When the west was wild
Complete 3 levels.
Complete the third level.
Kings of spaghetti western
Complete 6 levels.
Complete the sixth level.
A fistful of dollar
Earn 1$ in savings.
Coins are dropped by enemies or can be found in chests, or by blowing up barrels. Pick up 1$ to unlock this trophy.
Money for nothing
Make a first purchase at saloon.
The earliest you come across the Saloon is in level 2. Head inside and buy any item for a dollar to unlock this trophy.
Too early for me to die
Collect a medkit.
Medkits are randomly found in chests, find one and then pick it up to unlock this trophy. Cannot be picked up if at full health, so this trophy will not be obtained if using the invincibility cheat.
Farmacia de guardia
Collect 3 medkits.
Medkits are randomly found in chests, find one and then pick it up, do this three times to unlock this trophy. Cannot be picked up if at full health, so this trophy will not be obtained if using the invincibility cheat. Can be done over many playthroughs.
Whats inside?
Open a box.
There are many boxes found in most of the levels. They contain money, medkits or ammo.
Perfect looter
Open 5 boxes.
There are many boxes found in most of the levels, except the horse level, which has none. They contain money, medkits or ammo. Open five to unlock this trophy.
I’m going off the rails…
Complete the “train level”.
Complete the train level. This is a good level to use Dynamite in as there are plenty of chances to unlock the “I’m T.N.T., I’m dynamite” trophy if you did not obtain it yet.
The elusive avengers
Complete the “horse level”.
It is very easy to run out of ammo in this level, so be cautious with your ammo and make sure to use up all ammo before you switch guns.

Complete the game.
