Follow us on twitter for the latest news and giveaways.

Stage 0 – Basic gameplay tips

  1. Don’t die
Save every so often, so that you can reload your save file once you die. Doing this will prevent you from running out of continues.
  2. Keeping your power ups active
Another great reason for reloading your save file is to keep your power ups active! Certain enemies drop them when killed. These power ups will significantly increase your damage output.
  3. Game difficulty
Every game has the option to put the game difficulty on easy. This will make the game a bit easier!
  4. Key Binding
Make sure to put the “X” button on “Missile+”Bomb” setting, so both weapons fire when pressing a single button.

Stage 1 – Sagaia (Sega Genesis)

All related trophies to “Sagaia (Sega Genesis)” have been marked orange.
All related trophies can be earned by playing the following zones:

A → B → D → H → L → R → X
Zone “X” contains a special boss that needs to be defeated.

After completing the normal mode, you will also need to complete the “special mode”. For more information on this, refer to the “Special Mode Cleared” trophy.

The path to zone “X”

Stage 2 – Sagaia (Sega Master Systems)

All related trophies to “Sagaia (Sega Master System)” have been marked blue. Almost the same game as Sagaia (Sega Genesis), but in 8-bit. In terms of time to complete a level, it’s a bit shorter. The following path is recommended:
A → B → D → E → G → H → J

You should not have too many problems with the bosses, as they are the same as in Sagaia (Sega Genesis). The 8-bit part makes the game a bit slower, giving you more time to react.

Stage 3 – Darius Alpha (PC Engine)

All related trophies to “Darius Alpha (PC Engine)” have been marked green. The same game as Darius Plus in terms of boss fights & gameplay mechanics. The trophies in this game are focussed on killing end bosses, and not clearing any specific zone. You can therefor select any zones you want in your playthrough.

Stage 4 – Darius Twin (SNES)

All related trophies to “Darius Twin (SNES)” have been marked pink.
In terms of paths towards the end, you can select any zones you want to play.

Stage 5 – Darius Plus (PC Engine)

All related trophies to “Darius Plus (PC Engine)” have been marked purple.

The same game as Darius Alpha in terms of boss fights & gameplay mechanics. In terms of paths towards the end, you can select any levels you want.

Stage 6 – Darius Force (SFC)

All related trophies to “Darius Force (SFC)” have been marked red.
Darius Force has 3 endings, and 3 trophies tied to it. You are only able to complete one ending in each playthrough. To save time, it’s essential to save at certain points, to reload them after completion.

Take the following paths, and reload where stated:
Path #1 A → C → F → I (Make a save) → L
Path #2 I (Reload save) → K (Make a save) → N
Path #3 K (Reload save) → M → O

Saves are best made just after completing the boss fight! Be quick however, as time is limited.
