Welcome to the trophy guide for VR Skater. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Complete the Tutorial/Academy
Hello and welcome to the VR Skater trophy guide! This game has a learning curve. At first things will seem pretty hard to master. Give it a few hours and you will be skating like Tony Hawk. For the trophies below only “easy” tricks are used. No advanced tricks in order to keep things easier. You are welcome to chain in advanced tricks in order to grind up more points.
Do note that no advanced tricks are required in order to obtain the platinum trophy! Only for the “Master Of Skateboarding” trophy you will need to perform a few advanced tricks in the academy (to practice).
Stage 2 – Complete the World Tour and Challenges
The world tour and Challenges hold various tricks for you to complete. Take time to practice your basic skills in order to pull off some combo (chained with manual).
Make sure to aim for gold medals, as they are required to reach level 10.
World Class VR Pro Skater
Unlock all base game achievement trophies
Make sure your game is updated as some gold medals did not unlock on the 1.0 version.
Los Franconias Skate Champion
Finish the Los Franconias tour and earn the tour trophy.
The tour consists out of all the worlds the game has to offer. You’ll need to complete the areas listed below. Each area has the elements A-D.
– Neighborhood
A) Spot Challenge
B) Street Run
C) Best Trick
D) Sudden Death
– School
– Business
– Docks
– Industrial
– Subway
– Construction
In order to ‘complete’ it, you need to earn a bronze medal for each (sub)part and the overall district. For the “Elite” trophy you’ll need a gold medal on ALL levels and (sub)challenges.
Perfect Street Run
Finish a street run with a gold medal score and no bail.
You will need to complete any of the street runs within falling once! To make it a bit harder, you will need to earn a gold medal. The video below is the first level (street) available and requires you to earn 60.000 points. Manual chaining is not included, as it is a harder trick without bail. You could use it to speed up points grinding much faster.
The tricks you are going to be using are as followed:
Combo 1: (Flat areas, we call this “Jump” further on)
– Jump (Ollie/Nollie)
– Left stick goes left forward, right stick goes right back. (Spin)
– Tail/front grab just before you land
Combo 2: (Grinding rails, we’ll call this “Grind” further on)
– Jump (Olie/Nollie)
– Hold Triangle AND Cross / Square AND Circle (FS LipSlide)
– Release to jump
– Tail/Front grab while in the air for a better combo
The run:
Section #1 (UP to the car)
– You’ll start with movement and a “Jump”
– Jump the trashcan
– Jump the car
You’ll need between 10.000-15.000 points up to this point.
Section #2:
– 2 jumps
– Grind the wall on the right
– Grind the wall on the left
You’ll need between 20.000 – 30.000 points up to this point.
Section #3:
– Speed up
– Grind the railing on the right
You’ll have around 40.000 points now.
Section #4:
– Grind the two smaller rails.
You’ll have around 50.000 points.
Section #5:
There are a lot of options now. With only a few points to go, you’ll go for the save bet.
– Perform a could of jumps on the straight road.
Go for Gold
Earn a golden medal.
Refer to the “Los Franconias Skate Champion” trophy for more information on this.
Insane Combo
Do a combo with more than 48,000 points.
A combo consisting out of 48.000 points and more can only be done with the “Manual” trick. This allows you to chain tricks together.
a Chain can be performed by pressing:
Ollie + Nollie and then holding Ollie while releasing Nollie while in a air. Keep holding Ollie and jump to a new structure to perform your next trick, as shown below in the video.

Skate to Hell
Skate more than 66.6 miles.
You will earn this while playing the game. Don’t worry about it.
Elite
Reach XP level 10.
In order to reach level 10 you will need to gold medal the World Tour, The Academy and all Challenges available within the game.
Manual Master
More than 1 mile of total manual distance.
A “Manual” trick allows you to chain tricks together. The Chain/Manual can be performed by pressing:
Ollie + Nollie and then holding Ollie while releasing Nollie while in a air. Keep holding Ollie and jump to a new structure to perform your next trick.
The academy has a tutorial available on how to pull this off. 1 mile is very little and you should have it within minutes.
Master Of Skateboarding
Complete all tutorials
The tutorial consist out of Beginner, Advanced and Pro difficulty. Each will be a bit harder then the previous one. Completing them is essential to learn the game and get tricks off during the world tour.

Elite Combo
Do a combo with more than 32,000 points.
Refer to the “Insane Combo” trophy for more information on this.
Map Owned
Earn the level trophy by winning a medal for each mode.
In the world tour you’ll earn a trophy (bronze/silver/gold) if you complete all challenges available for that map. The lowest medal counts. If you earn 4 golds and 1 bronze medal, you’ll get a overall bronze medal.
Daily Soap
More than 10 miles of total slide distance.
A FS Lipslide counts as a slide trick.
Main difference with Grind/Slide is that a grind is straight and with a slide the skateboard goes sideways.
Helicopter
1000 shuv spins (180 degrees).
A Hardflip (Jump + spin) is one of the tricks that counts as a shuv spin.
Like a Train
More than 10 miles total grind distance.
A BS50-50 (Jump +Ollie + Nollie) on a rail counts as a grind.
Main difference with Grind/Slide is that a grind is straight and with a slide the skateboard goes sideways.
Grabfruit
More than 1 minute of total grab time.
A grab can be performed by pressing L2 or R2 while in the air.
Pretending I’m a Superman
More than 10 minutes of total air time.
Spend a total of 10 minutes in the air.
Drill
Flip the board a 1000 times.
One of the standard tricks. Don’t worry too much about it.
Welcome on “Board”
Complete the onboarding tutorial.
Complete the tutorial.
Marathon
Skate 26.2 miles.
Skate a total of 42km.
Daily Grinder
More than 1 mile of total grind distance.

Soapy
More than 1 mile of total slide distance.
Refer to the trophy “Daily Soap” for more information on this.
Love is in the Air
More than 1 minute of total air time.

Heavy Medal
Earn a medal.
Earn any medal on any challenge/tour map.
Awesome Combo
Do a combo with more than 8,000 points.
