Beat the game without using any medipacks

To avoid using medipacks make sure to save regularly, at the start of each level you will begin with full health. Alternatively you can level skip to the final level, defeat the Natla’s new breed boss without using a medipack, then level skip level again to unlock the trophy.

Story Reated – The Natla new bread boss fight is at the start of Level 15 – The Great Pyramid. Circle around it firing, it’s pretty slow but be careful not to fall off the edges. At the end it will explode so make sure to move away from it.

Defeat the third Ruler of Atlantis

Story Reated – Natla is the final boss fight at the end of Level 15 – The Great Pyramid. You will first need to beat her winged form and then a more human form.

Do Uzi This One?
Get hidden Uzis in Egypt

In level 12 – Sanctuary of Scion climb up to the top of the Sphinx’s head and to the Sphinx’s left side floating on an invisible platform you will see the Uzis. You will need to do a running jump in order to grab on to the platform and pull yourself up. Worth making a back up save before doing so.

Shell Sucker!
Defeat Bald enemy using shotgun

In level 13 Natla’s Mines, you will first need to find the shotgun. This is found during the track segment you will need to push a crate, then jump up to the secret area, continue along the tunnel, drop down onto the tracks and then pick up the shotgun. Then defeat bald with the shotgun to unlock the trophy.

Bullseye!
Swan dive in a hole with water surrounded by fire

Story related. In Level 15 – The Great Pyramid you will have to jump into a small hole of water with fire surrounding it before fighting the final boss.

Leave Them Sucking Wind
Defeat every possible enemy in one walkthrough

In total there are a 294 enemies you will have to kill. Make sure on the end level screen your numbers match these.

In level 14 – Atlantis, at the end of the level instead of picking up the scion jump down to the platform below and a red square on the wall to your right will open like a door. Head through it to unlock the trophy.

You Corner Bug!
Get unreachable medipack in Palace Midas

In level 7 – Palace Midas, reach the area with the five levers. You will need to do some platforming to get under the medipack and then jump at a 45 degree angle into the wall to make Lara glitch to the top eventually. Will take some time.

Curses, Like Chickens, Come Home to Roost
Finish Natla with her own production guns

Defeat Natla’s second form in the final level with the Magnums.

Au Revoir!
Make Pierre go away using magnums

Pierre is the boss at the end of Level 9 – Tomb of Tihocan defeat him with the Magnums which can found in level 6 – Colosseum.

Midas’ Touch
Become golden Lara

In level 7 – Midas Palace jump onto the hand from a statue and you’ll be turned into gold.

In the third level titled Lost Valley you will come across a T-Rex, finish the level without shooting it. To do this make use of the caves on the sides to get around it. If the T-Rex catches you it will kill you in 1 hit.

Defeat T-Rex

In the third level titled Lost Valley you will come across a T-Rex, finish the level without shooting it. To do this make use of the caves on the sides and shoot at it. If it leaves your vision leave to cave to get its attention and start shooting again.

Pharming Health
Collect all medipacks in a single level

Easily done on level 1.

Clever Girl
Don’t let velociraptors bite you in Peru

In levels 3 Lost Valley and 4 – Tomb of Qualopec you will come across many velociraptors make sure they do not bite Lara. Use the shotgun to deal with them quickly. You will need to finish level 4 to unlock.

Mummy, I’m Scared!
Make one of Qualopec’s guardians fall down

In level 4 – Tomb of Qualopec after opening the three gates make the guardian (mummy) to the left of the throne fall down by shooting or touching it.

Make all shuttered floor panels crash on a single playthrough

Come out of water on your last breath in Neptune’s room

In level 5 – St Francis’ Folly climb out of the water once your breath meter gets very low, easier done on classic graphics as you can see the water level easier and wait just below the surface. If you are timing it wrong wait till you are taking damage to surface and the trophy will unlock.

I Am No Heracles
Climb upside unharmed before boulder ends its ways in Atlas’ room

In level 5 – St Francis’ Folly Go through the Atlas doorway take out the gorilla then make a save. Step on the Omega symbol to open the gate then turn right and run along pulling yourself up before the boulder crushes you.

You Are Really Loki
Don’t let thunder hit you in Thor’s room

In level 5 – St Francis’ Folly in Thor’s room head to the right corner, then go along the wall and jump over the lightning tile. Once you’ve picked up the items in the next room, follow the same path back to avoid the lightning.

Dionysous’ Wisdom
Let only one sword hurt you in Damocles’ room

In level 5 – St Francis’ Folly make a save before entering Damocle’s room, you will likely get hit by a sword as you walk over the omega floor tile, then make you way by slowly walking through the room, this should make the swords trigger but before you reach their landing spot.

Tempered Lara
Catch fire and put it out with water

Can be done in any place where there is fire and water, for example in level 15 there is a room where you will likely catch fire and you will need to extinguish yourself in the water.

Hard Boiled
Beat the game using only Lara’s guns

Lara’s guns never run out of ammo so while they are not the most powerful the game is easily beatable with only the pistols. You can use the level skip cheat to make it to the final level, then beat the boss at the start using the pistols, then level skip again and the trophy will pop.

Tomb Cleaner
Take every collectible item in a single walkthrough

Currently unobtainable, as the game claims 357 collectibles but only 356 are obtainable.

Play It Like You Did on a Console in 1996
Save 86 times or less in a single walkthrough

The game does not restart you where you were when you die, it will give you the option to either restart the level or start from a save. It’s therefore important to make manual saves. However try not to save too much so not to go above the 86. The game gives you the save number each time you make a save so it is easy to keep track of.

Shelley’s Encore
Make Lara scream twice while falling

During the new bread boss fight at the start of level 15 – The Great Pyramid, fall off the edge into the lava and Lara will scream twice.

The Apex Predator
Defeat a wolf while you are both in the air

Wolves will jump at you from time to time as they attack. You will need to make sure the killing blow both Lara and the wolf are in the air. May take a few tries but there are many wolves to do this on.

Pet This Cat
Do a handstand on the Sphinx’s face

In level 12 – Sanctuary of Scion climb on the Sphinx’s face, make sure you are using modern controls, then hang of it by pressing R2 then Square and left stick up to perform the handstand.

Dances With Wolves
Gather 11 wolves in front of 4 toltec warriors

Unlocked in level 2 – City of Vilcabamba, however it’s best to run through level 1 quickly collecting all of the medikits as you will need them for this trophy. To achieve the trophy gather all of the wolves in the final area with the columns of warriors. You’ll need to open the doors first which will leave you vulnerable to the wolf attacks so use the medikits frequently. Make sure to jump a lot whilst running to try and avoid the wolves.

Ave, Lara!
Stand in emperor’s box and sentence 10 animals on the arena to death

In level 6 – The Colosseum, you will need to kill 10 animals in the arena. There will be three as you get there. To make the rest spawn, firstly head towards the dirt pile in the arena to spawn another lion. Going through the doorway with a slope will spawn 3 more lions, then after getting the key a gorilla will spawn, finally go into the the doorway in the back of the emperors box to spawn two more gorillas.

Only the Brave Deserve the Fair
Swan dive to the floor from a maximum height to stay alive

To perform a swan dive jump wile holding L1 and R1, do this from a not too high ledge. There are some in L1 – Caves that are perfect and Lara will perform a roll while landing.

Lethal and Loaded
Find the shotgun before collecting any cogs

In level 3 – Lost Valley, when you get the choice to head left or right, head to the left and Lara will need to jump across the stream a few times and you’ll get to a bridge with cogs in front of you which you will need to find to complete the level. To the right is a skeleton and next to it is the shotgun.

Exaggerated Threat
Defuse all swords in Damocles without being hurt

In level 5 – St Francis’ Folly make a save before entering Damocle’s room, be careful walking on the omega floor tile, then make you way by slowly walking through the room, this should make the swords trigger but before you reach their landing spot. You can look up to see the swords positions so slowly make your way around each one.

On Incredible Tales
Let centaurs live in Greece

In Level 9 – Tomb of Tihocan, you will come across a centaur before the fight with Pierre, simply run past it. Defeat Pierre and finish the level. Another centaur will appear outside but you can just complete the level to unlock the trophy.

Kong’s Fate
Make the gorilla from the arena die at the highest point possible

In level 6 – The Colosseum, when the gorilla spawns have it follow you up to the side of the emperrors box and kill it from there.

Enter the Crocodile
Take 6 items underwater in one breath

In level 11 – Obelisk of Khamoon, once you’ve unlocked the underwater door. Swim down and pick up the 6 items here in one go.

Be Like Prince
Don’t get hurt through your doppelganger

In level 14 – Atlantis you will come to a room with two aliens, kill them then pull your self up the fleshy pillars, platform along until the doppelganger spawns, then climb up the dark rock pillars, platform to the lever which will open a trap door, than again platform along the fleshy pillars and make the doppelganger fall into the trap.

Consolidate the Material
Beat the game on New Game+

After beating the game for the first time you will unlock New Game+ this mode the enemies will have higher HP making the game more difficult. There are no Medikits in New Game+ also and you will instead need to use save crystals.

Thor’s Mercy
Let the block fall on your head in Thor’s room

In level 5 – St Francis’ Folly in Thor’s room after getting past the lightning, stand on the omega tile then quickly run underneath where the block falls, instead of being crushed you will appear on top of it.

I’m Not Falling for This Trick
Take a secret in Natla’s Mines without stepping on trap slide

In level 13 – Natla’s Mine’s fter going through a wooden gate, there is a hole with a secret area you can run and jump through, the trick here is to not start sliding down the slope you can’t see.

Watch Your Step
Where the pyramid meets the water, step on only one surface square

In level 14 – Atlantis after a swimming section you will need to pull yourself out of the water, then do a run jump onto the pyramid and then roll and do another run jump to the exit the other side before the boulder hits you. The trick is you can only jump on one square of the pyramid so best to make a save before attempting.

Feast Your Eyes on This!
Take a close look at tons of gold

At Lara’s home which is the introduction, in the ballroom is an alcove with a treasure chest full of gold, walk near it to unlock.

May They Rest in Ukhu Pacha
Take a close look at two Incan mummies

There are two Incan mummies, the first is in level 1- Caves in the room with the wolves and the bridges. The second is in level 4 Tomb of Qualopec in the room with the lever and the blocks that move, it is by the second lever.

Circus of Vilcabamba
Look at the bears standing on hind legs

There are three bears you will need to make sure they stand on their hind legs for it to count. The bears are found in level 1 – Caves and the other two are in Level 2 City of Vilcabamba. The game will track the bears so does not need to be done in a single run.

Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?
Take a close look at the snakes

In level 2 – City of Vilcabamba, in the swimming tunnel head left and keep going till you can get out then climb out of the water and walk towards the snakes.

Kon-Tiqsi-Wiraqucha
Go in to get the gold idol and exit through the same window

In level 2 – City of Vilcabamba you will need to collect a gold idol to progress the story. You do this by pressing a switch and jumping through a hole of a wall. Make sure to only break the second breakable tile as you will need the one closest to the hole to get back out. After picking up the idol move the block to jump onto the breakable tile then quickly jump through the hole in the wall.

It’s About Time
Take a close look at all ancient time devices

There are two ancient time devices the first is found in level 1 – Caves head to the left of the room with vines and you’ll find a secret room with the device. The second is found in level 7 – Palace Midas In the center of a room with a gorilla there is a sun dial.

QTN
Stand on the thrones of all three rulers

In level 14 – Atlantis there is a room with three thrones, make Lara climb up all three to unlock the trophy.
