Stage 1 – Complete the main story and obtain all trophies that aren’t tied to Chaos
GLITCH WARNING!
If playing co-op, it is strongly recommended to complete the quests “The Ditcher“, “The Trial of Crooked-Eye Phil“, and “Walk the Stalk” solo. There have been numerous reports of these quests glitching and only popping for the host.
It is also recommended to save the side quests “Ancient Powers” parts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 as the final side quests of the game. These have reported incorrect quest tracking if done early.
Welcome to the trophy guide for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games. The game is a spinoff of the first-person looter shooter series Borderlands. The story revolves around the “Bunkers and Badasses” game from the Borderlands 2 DLC Assault on Dragon Keep. Nothing in the game is missable. You can free roam and clean up trophies after the story.
For the first stage of this guide, you will want to focus on completing the main story and all of the trophies besides “Thank the Maker“, ““You Mean the Chaos Levels?”“, and “Controlled Chaos“. These will be the focus of Stage 2 of the trophy guide.
To make the game as easy as possible, choose the “Relaxed” difficulty. Another way to make the game easier is to play with friends. Cross-platform play is supported. Split-screen and online co-op/matchmaking are all available. If you plan on playing solo or just want to look at the build used when creating this guide, refer to the “Controlled Chaos“ trophy description. The guide was created while using this build solo for the entire game and didn’t experience a single death.
Keep an eye out for all of the side quests. These will become available throughout the game and some require completion of other side quests. NPCs and items that give a side quest have a yellow exclamation mark over them. Refer to the “Completionist Is Next to Godliness“ trophy description for a list of all side quests in the order they were found and how to find them.
To get the trophy “Mule Character“ you will need a lot of gold. Refer to the “Goldionaire“ trophy description for a gold/item duplication method.
A lot of the trophies will come naturally. Please refer to the individual trophy descriptions for more information on how to obtain them.
Stage 2 – Unlock Chaos Trial level 20.
After completing the main story and the epilogue, you should have a good idea of how the Chaos Chamber in the Queen’s castle in Brighthoof works. To level up your Chaos level, you will need to pick only the Chaos Trial mode and make sure that the level is the highest possible. When you complete the run, you will acquire another Chaos level. Each level gets more difficult. You will need to complete Chaos Trial on level 19 to unlock level 20 and this will pop the trophies not earned in Stage 1 of the trophy guide, along with the platinum.
Chaos Trials are similar to dungeons, except you are given a choice at the end of each stage. The first choice will always be a difficulty modifier given from the Dragon Lord. Always pick the least difficult. Every stage after will end with two randomized portals. Pick them in this order; pending availability: Butt Stallion, small yellow chest, and bigger blue chest. Avoid choosing the enemy icon that looks like a face at all costs. The Butt Stallion portal will guarantee that the next stage completed will result in you receiving a very helpful random blessing from the Queen herself.
Each trial will end in a randomized boss battle from the campaign. Three of the hardest bosses are Dragon Lord, Knightmare, and Son of a Witch. There are lots of smaller enemies to help revive yourself if you are ever need to perform a Death Save. Ignore the smaller enemies where you can to have a failsafe in case you are downed.
Some tips for the Chaos Trials:
- Always look out for shrines that are marked on your map. These will give you a specific buff. Always use the shrines that help your specific build. If using the build mentioned in this guide, you should only use these shrines: Max ward, spell damage, critical damage, gun damage, and damage reduction. If you don’t have one of these shrines on the current stage of the trial, just save your orbs for the next stage.
- Don’t worry about saving orbs for the item room after beating the trial boss. Try to focus your orbs on shrines to make the trials easier.
- Party up! It can drastically decrease the difficulty when playing through the trials with a full party of players that are all on the same page.
- Don’t feel discouraged if the last run was really difficult. You will earn a lot of orbs that you can use on equipment at the end of a trial. Don’t forget that if you don’t use them, you will lose them.
- Be aware that if you do die, the trial isn’t over. You have 3 lives per trial attempt. If you have been following the guide, these will be more than enough. If you are having trouble, you can always use an extra life shrine, but this isn’t recommended.
- Kill all enemies in a stage, get all of the orbs rewarded to you, check all of the shrines in the stage; buy the ones that will help your build, repeat.

Controlled Chaos
Reach Chaos level 20.
Please see Stage 2 of the trophy guide for information regarding Chaos Trials and reaching higher levels.
The build that is referred to in Stage 2 of the guide is a Spellshot/Spore Warden build. After much character research and testing, this has been found to be the most overpowered class combination currently available in the game. Be sure to use the ability to equip two spells as soon as possible. This is much more effective than transforming an enemy for a short time.
You will want to focus on picking the Village Idiot character background when you create the character for the critical damage boost and low decrease of other skills. Then focus all of your Hero points gained every level into Dexterity until it is maxed out. Focus next on Constitution.
You will want to max the skills in the following order: Prestidigitation, Mage Armor (crucial for the build), Font of Mana, Spell Sniper, Glass Cannon, and High Thread Count. Then, for the Spore Warden tree: Kindred Heart, Eagle Eye, Bullseye, and your last skill point at level 40 will go to the Medicinal Mushroom skill.
When you reach level 40 and begin gaining Myth points, use them to boost your gun damage, frost damage, spell damage, and base skills as much as possible.
For weapons, focus on pistols that have 1 ammo count and 0.9 reload speed. Your character will not regenerate their ward automatically and instead will focus on the quick reload speed to gain 10% ward every reload. If you followed the “Mule Character“ trophy description, you should have 1200 max pistol ammo. This will allow you to constantly shoot when not firing spells to kill enemies and replenish your ward. It is nearly impossible to run out of ammo.
The other critical equipment for this build are two Ice Spike spells. Ice Spike spells have the fastest cooldown and +100% critical damage, making them perfect to use. The spells that say “Simple Cast” in the description are the best to use. Every time you see a vending machine or get a lot of loot from an enemy, check to see if there is a more powerful Ice Spike spell available. If there is, use it to replace your weakest Ice Spike spell.
For all other equipment, focus on a class mod that gives +30% damage to Spellshot and +15% damage to Spore Warden. Always focus on boosting the Spellshot class. Use 2 rings that give +15% spell damage and the rest of the equipment focusing on spell damage or gun damage.
The strategy to success with this build is to launch both spells simultaneously at an enemy, keep firing to deal damage + recover ward, and repeat until the spells cool down and can be cast again. If you are downed and are trying to get a Death Save, shooting both spells at a single normal enemy will almost always kill it and get you back on your feet.
Refer to the images below for examples of the build described above:

Living Legend
Reach level 40.
Level 40 is the cap in the base game. This should come naturally when going for the platinum.

Put the RNG in Orange
Find an enchanted legendary item in the wild.
This should come naturally late in the game. When enemies drop a legendary item, they are identified by their orange glow and a star icon on the map. Special legendary items say “Enchanted” in the item description. When you pick one up, you will pop the trophy. If you somehow reach Chaos level 20 and haven’t gotten this trophy, you can run Chaos Trial 20 until one drops from an enemy.

“You Mean the Chaos Levels?”
Reach Chaos level 10.
This will come naturally on your way to reaching Chaos level 20.

Goldionaire
Have at least 1,000,000 gold.
Completing quests, looting, and selling are the main ways to make gold. Farming Chaos Trial level 20 and selling all of the loot is a great way to earn money legitimately after the story. There is also a way to duplicate your gold via a save exploit. This can be done with an online partner or with two controllers on the same console. See below for how to do it:
- Disable save data auto uploads to the cloud.
- Sign into a profile on your second controller.
- Start the game as the main profile.
- Pause the game and press X on the second controller to start a split-screen game.
- Pick a created character or quickly make a new one.
- When both characters are in the game, initiate a trade by pressing the square button on one character and holding the touchpad button on the other.
- Give all of the main account’s gold to the second account and accept the trade.
- Pause the game and quit to the main menu to ensure the game saves.
- Close the game application.
- With the main account, load the cloud save to the console and overwrite the data.
- Start the game and load the second account into split-screen.
- Give all the gold from the second account to the main account. The gold should be doubled.
- Pause the game and quit to the main menu to ensure the game saves.
- Repeat the process of uploading save data to the cloud, giving all gold to the second account, saving, loading data from the cloud to the console, and giving it back to the account until the desired amount of gold has been reached.
Keep in mind that for the trophy “Mule Character”, you will need to purchase all of the inventory upgrades. This will take almost 307 million gold. Keep duplicating gold until you have more than that so you can utilize vending machines to buy better gear comfortably.

Wyvernheart
Reach level 30.
This will come naturally on your way to the platinum.

Mag of Holding
Purchase the final tier of any inventory upgrade.
Refer to the trophy “Mule Character” for more information.

Hero Protagonist
Reach level 20.
This will come naturally on your way to the platinum.

Take This
Trade with another player.
This can be done with another player online or on a split-screen with another controller. Have one character approach another and press the square button. The other character must accept by holding the touchpad button. Trade any item or amount of gold and press accept as both characters.

Shop, Drop, and Roleplay
Pick up and redeem a cosmetic item.
Cosmetic items are a fairly common drop. They appear as a purple rarity. Pick one up and use it from your inventory menu to unlock it and pop the trophy.

Quest Get!
Complete “Bunkers & Badasses”.
Complete the quest “Bunkers & Badasses”. This is the first mission in the game.

Luck Amok
Have at least 3,000 total Loot Luck.
When playing through the game, make sure to unfog and explore every map you visit. There are items called a “Loot Die” that will roll and drop random loot. The higher the number rolled, the better the gear. Each die found will also give a small boost to your loot luck. Every time you pick one up, you will see a tracker on the left side of the screen that will tell you how many remain on that particular map. If you explore all maps and the Overworld thoroughly, you will easily find enough to reach this trophy before the end of the game. You do not have to find every one of these for the trophy. If you need some more loot luck when you start earning Myth points after reaching level 40, you can invest points into a node that will increase your loot luck. This is not necessary, but it is available if you need it.

They Haven’t Invented Podcasts Yet
Pick up a lore scroll.
Lore scrolls are found all over the game in both hard and easy to reach places. Here is a picture of one of the earliest lore scroll locations in the game:

Keep On Rollin’
Enchant or re-enchant an item.
After the main story, you will begin a quest called “Epilogue”. You will learn how to enchant/re-enchant items. Do either once to pop the trophy.

Dungeon Ender
Complete every Dungeon Door in the Overworld.
Dungeon doors can be found in the Overworld. They are identified as a large door with flaming eyes. When you complete one, there will be a flag outside of it. These are very easy to find through normal exploration of the Overworld. There are 7 door locations:
- To the right of the Weepwild Dankness.
- In the area past the bridge you build in the side quest “Working Blueprint”
- After entering the second Overworld section that used to be the ocean, it will be on the right side
- Complete the side quest “Lens of the Deceiver” and you will gain the ability to see bridges that are in between large pillars all over the Overworld. Cross the unseen bridge in front of the Drowned Abyss. Complete the mine encounter to get to a new area. Follow the path and another bridge to reach the dungeon.
- Complete the main quest “Mortal Coil”. You will see an eraser bridge in the area. Use it and the dungeon will be on the right side.
- Complete the side quest “Pocket Sandstorm”. The sand next to the quest giver will be blown away and you can reach the dungeon.
- In the desert area of the Overworld, you will find a mine entrance on the far west side. After you complete it, walk into the wind that you will find in the new area. This will launch you over to the final dungeon.

Back Off!
Stun an enemy chasing you in the Overworld.
Shortly after learning about enemy encounters in the Overworld, you will learn how to press R3 to melee the enemy to stun them and prevent the encounter. You can even melee them as they are spawning while they are covered in purple mist. Do this once to pop the trophy.

Fired Festival
Clear out 10 encampments in the Overworld.
There are lots of encampments in the Overworld that can be cleared. They are identified by campsites that have smoke coming out of them and will make a battle horn sound when approached. You can farm this by clearing an encampment, fast travelling to Brighthoof, and clearing the encampment again. Clear 10 however you want to pop the trophy.

Thank the Maker
Complete a Chaos Chamber run.
This will come naturally on your way to reaching Chaos level 20.

Bursting Coffers
Have at least 100,000 gold.
See the “Goldionaire“ trophy description for more information.

Reversal of Fates
Get a Death Save off a badass or a boss.
When you lose all of your health, you will be downed and a meter will appear. If the meter runs out, you will die. If you get a kill before the meter runs out, you will get a Death Save and revive will full ward and half health. Simply kill a badass enemy or boss when you are downed to get a Death Save off them and pop the trophy. This can be done as early as the first enemy with “Badass” in their name in the Snoring Valley level.

Brighthoof Calls for Aid
Complete “Hero of Brighthoof”.
Story related trophy.

Grab My Hand!
Revive a partner.
This can be done in an online co-op or split-screen with a second controller. Have your second character go down in combat and approach them with your main character. Hold the square button until the revive meter fills all the way up and the second character will revive and the trophy will pop.
