Welcome to the trophy guide for The Expanse A TellTale Serie. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Complete all 5 Episodes
Welcome to the trophy guide for TellTale’s The Expanse. The game has a lot of missable trophies, however make sure you get all the collectibles and keep all of our crew alive for the Trophies “No Belter Left Behind”, “Scavenger Star”, and “Data Collector”, as this will mean you are on the right path for the other missable trophies. It will become important to know that decisions made in episode 1 will have an effect on later episodes so be sure to choose the correct options from the beginning.
Episode 1
Trophies – “Doctor Approved”, “Captain Drummer”, “Urshanabi Hoarder”, “Data Logger”
Salvage 8

Important decisions:
Break up the fight between Rayen and Arlen,
Ignore Khan provoking you.
Very important to pick up the Laser crystal and cigar as these are needed to keep Khan alive later. These count as salvage.
Let the cargo go instead of chopping Rayen’s leg.
Do not kill Cox by throwing out of the airlock, throw him in the brig instead.
Episode 2
Trophies – “Stogie for Fogey”, “Drug Gifter”, “Spore Taste”, “Thorston Mayer”, “Bottoms up!”, “Martian Music”, “Celebrations are in Order”, “Data Master”, “Debris Spree”

Important decisions:
A lot of the important decisions require you to pick up salvage while searching the debris field. Most importantly are the Mushroom Powder, Medkit and Data cube hacker.
Tell Arlen and Rayen that you trust the doctor.
Give Khan the cigar from episode 1.
Take the whisky from Cox’s old room and later on take it to him in the brig.
Check the note in one of the rooms and then go to the doctor room to hack his computer with the data cube hacker.
Give the medicine to Arlen and Rayen
Give the mushroom powder to the doctor, then tell him you are both enemies of the UNN.
Interact with the music player and listen to Maya’s Mars music.
Spend the night with Maya.
Episode 3
Trophies – “Impossible Objects”, “Grave Robber”, “Scavenger Star”, “Data Recoverer”

Important Decisions:
On the station, talk to Maya, Rayen will interrupt.
At the end when Arlen betrays you, trust Rayen, Then ask him to help take on Arlen. This will protect Maya from being killed if playing along.
Episode 4

Important Decisions: No important decisions. Avoid the lasers for the trophy “Drone Dodger”.

Important Decisions:
Fight back against Tor, saving Rayen
Stay and help the doctor.
Choose the following dialogue options: “Things are bad, but you’ve been through worse”, “You’re afraid of being killed”, and “You can go back to being our medic”. Finally, choose the option “Not mine to give”.
With Khan, succeed in all the Quick-time Events.
Speak with Rayen in the medical bay.
In the cargo bay, succeed in all Quick-time Events and get through the dialogue.

Collect all Trophies in The Expanse.

Doctor Approved
Found a Laser Crystal for Virgil.
In episode 1, one of the Salvage pieces is the Laser Crystal. It is very important to pick this up as it affects whether Khan stays alive later or not. Please refer to the video above for it’s location.
Stogie for Fogey
Give Khan a Gift
In episode 1 one of the salvage pieces is the cigar, give it to Khan at the start of Epsode 2, it’s very important to whether Khan stays alive at the end. Please refer to the video above for it’s location.
Drug Gifter
Give the Twins some Medicine.
In episode 2, one of the pieces of salvage will be some medicine. Take it to the twins when back on the spaceship. Please refer to the video above for its location.
Spore Taste
Give Virgil the Mushroom Powder.
In episode 2, one of the pieces of salvage will be some mushroom powder, take it back to Virgil, the doctor, when back on the spaceship. Please refer to the video above for its location.
Bottoms up!
Give Cox the Bottle of Scotch.
At the end of episode 2, while back on the spaceship, head to Cox’s room. In there pick up the bottle of Scotch and give it to him in the brig.
Martian Music
Listen to Maya’s Music.
At the end of episode 2, interact with the music player and agree to listen to Maya’s music.
Thorston Mayer
Discover the truth about Virgil’s past.
In episode 2, one of the pieces of salvage will be the Data Cube Hacker, Please refer to the video above for its location. When back on the spaceship make sure to check the note in the bedroom and then hack Virgil’s computer. Then when speaking with him, say you are both enemies of the UNN.
Drone Dodger
Made it past the Drones in the Mines without being caught.
In episode 4, make it past the three drones, about halfway through the episode.
Brother’s Reaper
Rayen kills Arlen.
Follow all the steps for getting the trophy “Miraculous Maya”, and additionally in episode 5, choose to fight back against Tor not killing Rayen. After helping Khan go to the medbay and speak with Rayen before challenging Arlen.
Heal Thy Medic
Help Virgil overcome his panic attack.
In episode 5 choose to fight back against Tor, saving Rayen, then in the medbay choose the following options: “Stay and help the Dr.”, and then the following dialogue options:”Things are bad, but you’ve been through worse”, “You’re afraid of being killed”, and “You can go back to being our medic”. Finally, choose the option “Not mine to give”.
Miraculous Maya
Keep Maya alive.
Maya’s survival depends on if Rayen likes you or not. In episode 1, break up the fight between Arlen and Rayen, and choose to “Lose the vault”. In episode 2 give the medicine to Arlen and Rayen, and in episode 3, speak with Maya in the space station. When Arlen betrays you, trust Rayen and ask him for help to take on Arlen. This will stop Maya from being ejected into space with you.
Khan’s Revenge
Keep Khan alive.
To keep Khan alive find the Laser Crystal and the Cigar in episode 1. In episode 2, give her the cigar and have a conversation. In episode 5 make sure not to fail any of the Quick-time Events during the gun battle.
Call it Even
Keep Cox alive.
In episode 1, you will have the choice to throw Cox into the brig or to send him out into space. Choose the brig option.
Bosmang
Complete all Episodes of The Expanse.
Story related.
No Belter Left Behind
Keep All Possible Crewmates Alive.
To keep all crew alive, you will have to find certain items to obtain information and generally keep Rayen on your side. Please refer to the walkthrough above for the important decisions to unlock this trophy.
Scavenger Star
Find all the Scavenge Items in the game.
There are 24 Scavenge Items in total, and they are found in the first 3 episodes only. Please refer to the videos above for their locations.
Data Collector
Find all Data Logs in all Episodes.
There are 20 Data Logs in total, and they are found in all episodes. Please refer to the videos above for their locations.
