Welcome to the trophy guide for Tanks, But No Tanks. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Farm kills
Welcome to yet another easy platinum game! The game doesn’t have a storyline or anything. It’s a PvP or PvE game. You should get started right away with the requirements for that shiny platinum trophy!
Most of the trophies can be farmed using the shop area. The cars respawn here, allowing a quick and dirty grind for most kills!
To get started, host a game with the following settings:
P1: You
P2: Second controller (Press ready)
P3: Second controller (Sign in to a third profile, press ready)
P4: Second controller (Sign in to a fourth profile, press ready)
Gameplay: Free for all
Number of Rounds to win: 6+ (You can quit as soon as you can’t progress anymore)
Shop enabled: Yes
Rounds between shop visits: 1
Start with upgrade: Explosive bullet
Now kill all 3 players and make your way to the shop. Here you can grind up the kills. Do this for the following trophies:
– “Gottem” – Destroy 75 Tanks With Explosions
– “Automation Sensation” – Destroy 75 Tanks With A Turret
– “Watch Out” – Destroy 75 Tanks With A Lethal Dash
– “Senseless Violence” – Respawn 100 Times In The Shop (This also counts when other players respawn)
– “Making Mayhem” – Destroy 100 Tanks
– “Better Together” – Play A Game With 4 Players
Stage 2 – Get Coins and open chests
Another big part of the trophy list is getting coins and opening chests. Coins are found during the levels. The chests are found in the shop part.
You can buy up to 8 passive perks. These are usually cheaper than active perks. Active perks can be swapped between by buying a new one.
The best map to get coins is the one showed below. The coins spawn in a circle here, allowing for an easy pick-up. Make sure you set-up a game with a second (idle) player, so nothing kills you. You need to keep the following trophies in mind:
– “Treasure Hunter” – Open 100 Chests
– “Greedy” – Collect 500 Coins
– “I Meant To Do That” – Destroy A Tank After Ricocheting Off 3 Surfaces
Buy this passive upgrade 3 times
– “Connoisseur” – Purchase Every Type Of Upgrade
There is a single trophy remaining that needs some context:
– “Unstoppable” – Win Against 3 Very Hard Bots
This is best done in Free For All. The bots will kill each other, leaving you with a 1v1 remaining!
