Welcome to the trophy guide for Jack Homes: Master of Puppets. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Welcome to Jack Holmes: Master of Puppets! In this first-person survival horror, you must manage your resources well in a fight to survive, whilst you investigate the terrifying locations. Empty your enemies’ magazines while doing everything you can to survive! You’ll face various types of enemies with different mechanics and even bosses – you won’t be able to run or hide from anyone here! Dark and terrifying locations – an abandoned house, a basement where experiments are conducted on children, the old spider-infested mines and even an old-abandoned amusement park. Explore every corner in search of resources to survive. A fair where you can ride the rides! Explore each part of the park with its atmosphere and enjoy all the attractions. But don’t be overconfident, danger lurks around every corner.


Stage 1 – Play through the Story.


The story is linear and as you progress through the game you will naturally earn all trophies with the exception of 3 of them. You will need to make sure to find the Tickets for these 3 rides and then interact with them to ride them as noted below in their trophy descriptions.

Notes:
1. The game has very dark lighting so make sure to adjust the brightness under GAMEPLAY > GAMMA. This will allow you to see more clearly through the extremely low light areas of the game.
2. Do not waste ammo, especially the Shotgun ammo. Use the Pistol on slower enemies, they can need anywhere from 1 – 7 bullets to be killed. Use the Shotgun on the faster enemies and larger enemies, especially bosses. Headshots are the most effective way to kill all enemies. Always pick up all ammo along the way.
3. Pick up Health kits (25% heal and 100% heal) and remember that you can use them mid battle by pressing the Touchpad and applying them as needed.
4. Always use the Telephones (old rotary phones and public pay phones) as this will save the game and avoid having to replay areas.
5. Use your Pistol to shoot any locks that do not have a number code to break them.
6. Red barrels can be shot as they will explode.
7. Picking up Notes in the game is optional as there are no trophies for doing this, however the Notes will often tell you how to solve a puzzle for a code with numbers or capitalized items to find and examine.
8. Most items that you can interact with will have a yellow outline around them like Health packs, Ammo, Guns, Items to Collect, Notes, Dynamite, etc.
9. There are many videos on Youtube that you can reference if needed, but make sure that you do not skip the 3 rides associated with the missable trophies noted below.

If you miss any of the 3 rides that you need to interact with then you will have to replay the game until you have earned the associated trophy for that ride from the amusement park.

A MOMENT OF REST
Ride Meteora.

You will need to find the Ticket in order to be able to ride this coaster and if you do not ride it you will not earn this trophy.
The ticket will be on a red table to the right after going through the entrance to the amusement park gates. After obtaining the Ticket, interact with the seat of the ride at its entrance area. To get off the ride after using it once, press the Circle button. See the pictures below.


LITTLE ********
Visit Animal Village.

In the first area of the amusement park you will find the Animal Village. You will need to obtain the Ticket that is on the ground inside the Gazebo behind the Statue/Fountain. As soon as you enter it you will hear the story of a character as you walk the linear pathway. Eventually you will get to an area where you will be impressed by this environment. Pick up health, ammo, and save your game here. You will need to kill the small animal enemies and then you can avoid the dragon and knight by running to the Lighthouse that is just past the knight and interactive with the door. You can then follow the pathway to eventually exit Animal Village. See the pictures below.


MY DEAR FRIEND
Visit Bubus Funhouse.

After exiting Animal Village you will need to collect the Ticket for Bubus Funhouse from a white table in the enclosed eating area that is across from its exit. However, you will need to complete Carpocalypse before you can enter. After completing Carpocalypse, you will be able to enter Bubus Funhouse. In here you will need to follow the linear hallways and listen to the story being told along the way. Inside here there are many different areas to navigate like:
1. There is a section where you will be chased down the hallways and you will need to break the glass to pass through (with Shotgun preferably) while avoiding being killed by the Rabbit enemy.
2. Next you will need to make it across a platform with glass tiles that you will need to jump over to avoid falling to your death.
3. Then there will be a part where you will need to collect 4 toys (soccer ball on the floor, green robot on the counter, rocket near the rocking chair, and a grey robot on the floor) and put them into a Trunk while not looking away from the large Rabbit enemy as much as possible. Look away slightly and quickly to get the Rabbit enemy to move so that you can get them where you want them strategically.
4. Enter the video game (like Cyberpunk) where you will pick up a Rocket launcher to the right after going over a bridge. Then proceed the other direction and kill all the bunnies that appear. Blast through the large concrete wall and then kill the large boss rabbit enemy. You will need to move backwards while firing about 20 shots at the head of this enemy. After you have killed it escape through the portal.
5. Finally to exit, kill the Rabbit enemy by using the Shotgun with about 10 headshots.


A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD
Play Carpocalypse.

You will need to pick up the Ticket for Carpocalypse from the wooden play structure on the children’s playground to the left of Carpocalypse. To play Carpocalypse you will need to steer your Car to the end of the track by avoiding the obstacles along the road pathway. When successfully completed you will activate the door to Bubus Funhouse to unlock. See pictures below.


FEAR OF HEIGHTS
Ride the Ferris Wheel.

To ride the Ferris Wheel, you will need to go through Bubus Funhouse because as you exit that area, you will be inside a metal fenced area where you will need to pick up a White Bucket with Lubricant. Then jump up onto the boxes to get out of the fenced area and proceed to the ladder that is on the side of the Ferris Wheel. Go to the top area and interact with the Electrical Panel and this will turn on the Ferris Wheel. Go back down the ladder and then take a seat on the Ferris Wheel. See the pictures below.


WILD WILD WEST
Ride Slaughter Gulch.

You will need to find the Ticket in order to be able to ride this coaster and if you do not ride it you will not earn this trophy. The ticket will be in the second floor room 13 of the Hotel on a side chest. You will get this Key from the Phantom Mansion. After obtaining the Ticket, you will need to interact with the seat of the ride at its entrance area. To get off the ride after using it once, press the Circle button. See the pictures below.


ALONE IN THE DARK
Visit the Phantom Mansion.

You will need to pick up the Ticket for the Phantom Mansion from the inside the Church on the podium. This will open the gates to Phantom Mansion. Inside the Phantom Mansion you will be:
1. Killing dolls, skeletons, and spiders as you progress through this linear area.
2. There is a second floor bedroom where you will need to get a code from the numbers on the Dress, side of the Piano, side of the Clock on the floor, and by looking into the mirror. This code will be used on the room lock next door.
3. Some doors that fold outwards to open will require you to find the wheel crank on the walls within the near vicinity of these doors. This first one will have a wheel crank in the back right corner near in the room with all the caged dolls.
4. An enemy will spawn and there will be a short chase. You will need to go through the area where the enemy spawned from and follow the pathway to the left to escape. Use the caged dolls to get the enemy out of the way so that you can run down the pathway.
5. There is also an area where you will need to shoot out the lights in order to see the green ghosts. You cannot touch the ghosts or you will be injured.
6. Next go through the basement and eventually you will need to jump up to the first floor where you will pick up the Hotel Keys that is beside a corpse. In the next room the code for the door is on the right side on a blackboard.
7. Turn 3 wheel cranks within this room to open the locked door.
8. Upon leaving the Phantom Mansion as you enter the open area, you will be bombarded by enemies with guns and dynamite.


YO-OH YO-OH
Visit The Secret of Kraken Island.

Inside the Hotel you will need to interact with the fabric in the open window of the second floor bathroom. Follow the pathway to get to the next area of the park. You will then need to kill the enemies in this area that have swords and shields. Avoid their hits and shoot them while their shields or weapons are lowered. Follow the pathway to see the ride entrance to Kraken Island. In order to gain access to this area you will need to have the Ticket that is on a table in a building located the left of the entrance to the Kraken Island. Finally enter through to Kraken Island. After arriving at Kraken Island you will not be able to get another the next boat ride until you have fixed the water problem in the basement below. In the basement you will need to find the water pump control terminal. Pump 1 control terminal will be a wheel crank under the platform where the water pump control terminal is along the wall in the far back corner. Pump 2 control terminal will be in the shower area that you will find by following the pathway through the basement area. There you will find a wheel crank, turn it, then head back to the water pump control terminal and turn the final wheel crank. Next go all the way back to the entrance to this area and ride on the boat ride. See the pictures below.


FOR THE ALLIANCE!
Ride the Medieval Madness.

You will need to find the Ticket in order to be able to ride this coaster and if you do not ride it you will not earn this trophy. After going on the boat ride in Kraken Island you will exit the ride by pressing the circle button when back at the start. You will then exit the area back into the park area where you entered Kraken Island ride. Next kill all enemies and go to the left over the bridge that now allows you to get tot he next area. The Ticket will be inside the washroom to the right. Inside the washroom will be a hole in the wall that you can duck through and pick up the Ticket. After obtaining the Ticket, you will need to interact with the seat of the ride at its entrance area. To get off the ride after using it once, press the Circle button. See the pictures below.


STOP THE MADNESS
Stop Fredrick.

After riding Medieval Madness go back through the washroom and to the area where you found the Ticket for Medieval Madness. Go through this room and stock up on Shotgun ammo and health before going into the final battle area. Save your game with the Telephone. You will need to headshot the enemy to inflict the most damage to it and then run away to the left or right to avoid the swings of its weapon. Reload your Shotgun while running to a safer area or while the enemy is swinging its weapon. After hitting the boss about 20 times, the boss will be defeated.


COLD AND WET
Survive the basement

At the beginning of the game you will need to exit your home and then follow the linear pathway to eventually get to small cabin. From here continue along the pathway to get to a fenced-in property. You can find some boxes to jump onto to get over the fence. Try to enter the front door of the house and find out that you can not enter here. You will need to down to the boat/dock area and jump down into the water and enter through a storm pipe. This will bring you into the basement. In this area there will be spiders. Be sure you avoid them until you find the Pistol and ammo. Then you will be able to navigate through the hallways and shoot the spiders that block your pathway. Eventually you will get to the exit for the basement by going up the stairs to be on the first floor of the Fredrick’s house.


BOOM!
You have destroyed Fredrick’s house.

Inside the house you will need to kill all the dolls and spiders on the first floor, second floors, and attic. You will need to search all the rooms that you can enter. There will be (plus doll enemies to kill):
1. A switch beside the teacher’s desk in the classroom on the second floor that opens up a door to a locked bedroom area. There is a doll sitting on a chair with Keys to the First Floor locked doors in its mouth.
2. Open the office door on the first floor and obtain the Second Floor Keys from on top of the television inside the office. You will also need to find the part to fix the overhead projector in the office.
3. Go upstairs and open the bedroom door closest to the stairs to find the overhead projector parts on the desk.
4. Go back to the office and interact with the overhead projector and this will reveal a code that will be used on the second floor inside the room further down the hallway from the stairs. Interact with a book to move the bookshelf and then use the code to open the secret door.
5. You will need to go through the area that will lead to the attic. Up the stairs and to the right through to the next room will be a note on a desk with a code for the lock that is in the opposite room to where you came up into the attic. Use the code to open the lock and you will eventually interact with the Heart on the wall that will cause the house to be destroyed.


SPIDER MOM
Destroy the spider nest.

After destroying Fredrick’s house you will need to follow the pathway through the forest and you will come to an area enclosed by a fence. In this area, you will need to jump up onto a construction machine, walk along a fence and jump onto some container crates. Drop down into the area and go to the left to enter a mine shaft tunnel. Inside the mine shaft there will be a lot of spider enemies. You will need to turn on the generator to start the elevator and then take it down into the mine. Kill more spiders by following the linear pathway. Use dynamite by dropping it and then shooting at it from a safe distance to make it explode. These explosions will break barricades and kill spiders nearby. Follow the pathway to eventually kill larger spiders the deeper you go into the mine. Avoid being run over by the boss spider as it travels through the mine. Eventually you will be knocked down deeper into the mine and then you will need to jump down small narrow rock platforms that will lead to the area of the final boss fight. Pick up health and ammo along the way and use the Telephones to save! You will need about 20 or more Shotgun ammo to kill the boss. Aim for the head after firing a couple of shots and then run left or right and reload as you move or in a safer area. Continue until you have defeated the boss and then proceed through the area that is lite in a green glow. This will exit into the entrance area of the amusement park.
