As you complete renovating rooms and rent them, you will get a star rating for your hotel. As you get better feedback, you will earn more towards your star rating for your hotel and when it is a 4-star hotel, you will earn this trophy. See the You’re a star trophy for more information.

And so it begins
You’ve picked a name for your hotel.

At the beginning of the game you will need to choose a name for your hotel to earn this trophy.

Top spot in town
Your hotel is now the talk of the town! You’ve finished the Splendor and Glory quest.

This is the final quest for the main story campaign. Continue to play the game in your current hotel. This is also the most expensive and longest quest in the game as you will need to upgrade a number of items and add 3 new levels to the hotel that you fully renovate. To gain access to the Floors 4, 5, and 6, you will use your Tablet, and under Booking is a plus sign in the bottom left corner that you will need to interact with. If you have enough money, you will be able to unlock these floors. You will then still need to unlock the ability to use the Elevator for those floors within the Elevator. You then will be able to go to the new floor(s) through the Elevator to start these renovations. After completing all of the upgrades, earning a 5-star hotel rating, and finishing the 3 new types of floors fully, you will earn this trophy. See the pictures below for more information.

Reunited
Nothing can stand in the way of true love! You’ve finished the main story quest.

This is the last main story quest that deals with grandpa Roy. Once you have completed the quest called “Party Time”, you will earn this trophy.

You’re a star
Fifth star unlocked! How does it feel to own a 5-star hotel?

At the beginning of the game you will only have access to 1-star furniture with a 0-star rating for the hotel. As you renovate and earn positive feedback from the guests, you will eventually move to the next star rating. When this happens, you will want to only use the highest star rating furniture. Continue this process for the 2-star, 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star so that you will earn the highest feedback and progress more quickly through the game.

Also, to earn more money, you can do three easy methods:
1. Sell lower star furniture in rooms you have previously renovated and place your highest available star furniture. When you go to rebook the room, it will earn more more per day and a better feedback rating.
2. Complete all quests given that may interrupt your current renovation be careful with some quests as some of these are time limited.
3. Change the speed of time in the game from 1X to 2X to 3X as you like to earn a day’s worth or more of income.

As you complete renovating rooms and rent them, you will get a star rating for your hotel. As you get better feedback, you will earn more towards your star rating for your hotel and when it is a 5-star hotel, you will earn this trophy.

King of hospitality
Occupancy limit reached! You’ve rented every room in your hotel.

You will need to renovate all the rooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor of your hotel. There are 8 rooms on Floor 1, 4 rooms on Floor 2, and 1 room on Floor 3.

Aesop’s fable
Found all golden eggs!

You will need to find 15 golden eggs scattered throughout your hotel. There are more than 15 in the game. They can be in any room, on any floor, including the basement, and out on the terrace. You can check your Tablet under Journal > Collectibles to see where and how many you have found. See the pictures below for more information.

No need to call anyone
You busted the ghost! Is there anything that you can’t do?

You will get a random notification that there is a disturbance in the hotel called either “Haunted Room” or “Demon of Destruction”. The game will tell you what floor it is on. When you are on that floor, you will notice sounds and visuals that there is a ghost in one of the rooms. Enter the room and place a Ghost Trap, which can be found under Furniture > Star. Next, when the ghost is approaching you, use the Vacuum Cleaner and hold down “X” so that you get ahold of the ghost. The ghost will start to get squeezed and turn a shade of yellow. Eventually, the Ghost Trap will close and the ghost will be inside the trap. The final step is to sell the Ghost Trap. You will immediately earn $10,000 and this trophy.

Moving up
You’ve unlocked the second star! Keep up the good work.

As you complete renovating rooms and rent them, you will get a star rating for your hotel. As you get better feedback, you will earn more towards your star rating for your hotel and when it is a 2-star hotel, you will earn this trophy. See the You’re a star trophy for more information.

Still more work ahead
You’re making a name for yourself. You unlocked the third star.

As you complete renovating rooms and rent them, you will get a star rating for your hotel. As you get better feedback, you will earn more towards your star rating for your hotel, and when it becomes a 3-star hotel, you will earn this trophy. See the You’re a star trophy for more information.

Broken heart
Found a golden ring at the bottom of the pool. It looks like somebody got dumped here.

After completing the quest of “Top of the World”, you will be given a quest called “Brilliant Memory”. To complete this quest, you will need to go into the pool on the terrace and pick up the Box containing a Ring. This will be followed by a cutscene and at the end you will earn this trophy.

Humble beginnings
You’ve rented your first five rooms, congrats!

As you progress through the story, you will be renovating rooms and then putting them up for rent to finish them. After you have rented your 5th room, you will earn this trophy.

Roll with it
Wow, you’ve beaten the hen in a game of dice. What an achievement.

This is a random event and it will happen multiple times throughout the game. There is a chicken on the lose in the hotel. You will get notifications that there is a disturbance on a particular floor in the hotel. When you go to that floor, you will need to find which hallway or room it is in. You will then be prompted to play the Dice Battle with the chicken. The dice battle game has random rolls of the dice consisting of five rounds. Win the game and earn this trophy. If you do not win the first time, you will eventually win as you will have multiple chances to win this game of dice throughout the story.

Good start
When you’re at the bottom, the only way is up. You got your first star!

As you complete renovating rooms and rent them, you will get a star rating for your hotel. As you get better feedback, you will earn more towards your star rating for your hotel and when it is a 1-star hotel, you will earn this trophy. See You’re a star for more information.

Let there be light
You brought the power back on your hotel.

This will be a random emergency quest that occur throughout the game. You will need to go to the basement and there is a Fuse Panel directly down the stairs at the bottom in the basement. Hold the “x” button to turn the power back on at your hotel. The first time you complete it, you will earn this trophy. Do not ignore this quest as it can affect your star rating for your hotel.

Excellent service
Made your first money from tips.

After you have rented a room and the guest has finished their stay, they will give a number satisfaction rating for their feedback. You can open your Tablet and select Booking to see how you are doing with these at any time during the game. When you have a great satisfaction rating, guests will leave a higher tip amount (money – bills or rolls) somewhere within the room. Most of the time you will notice these from the hallway if the room doors are open as they will give off a sparkling shine. Go into any room with a tip and collect it to earn this trophy.

No pressure
Found a letter from grandpa. Let’s make him proud and restore the hotel.

You will be notified that there is an item for you at the Lobby Desk. Go to the Lobby and collect the envelope from the Lobby Desk top. You will read the letter automatically and then earn this trophy. See the pictures below for more information.

Love is in the air
You found a picture of grandpa Roy and his love interest.

You will find a picture of grandpa Roy and his love interest when you are notified that there is an “Unexpected Delivery” for you at the Lobby Desk. Interact with the picture to collect it and earn this trophy. See the pictures below for more information.

Big fortune
Found a newspaper clipping on how grandpa Roy came about his fortune. Guess, sometimes all you need is a bit of luck.

When you are renovating Room 202, when you approach the Upright Piano and interact with it you will get a quest called “Secret Tune”. This quest will have you look and find Music Notes so that you can play the Upright Piano. This will then unlock the door that is close by to the Upright Piano and you will get a notification for “Lucky Race”. Open the door and enter to find a newspaper clipping on how grandpa Roy came about his fortune. Interact with the picture to collect it and earn this trophy. Soulmate?
They say that it’s not a coincidence when you keep running into someone.

You will get random quests that notify you that there is a disturbance on a particular floor. When you go to that floor, you will need to go to the room/hallway indicated and find the chicken. The chicken may have broken an item or two so make sure that you interact with the broken item(s) to fix them and allow the room to continue to be rented with the potential for a good satisfaction rating from that guest. There will also be a random quest that involves the dice battle game with the chicken as stated in the Roll with it trophy. After you have completed a few of these run-ins with the chicken, you will earn this trophy.

I think you dropped this
You’ve returned the wallet. Glad to know that getting rich from someone’s misfortune is not your style.

There will be a random quest that someone has lost their wallet in the Lobby. This is a time limited quest of 48 hours. When you go to the Lobby, the best way to find the wallet is to use the Vacuum and go all around the room, especially where the furniture is located, as the furniture will move up in the air to reveal what is below. When you find it you will need to stop using the Vacuum and then collect the wallet. You will then choose to Return the Wallet to earn this trophy. If after using the Vacuum you cannot find the lost wallet, you should look on top of furniture like lamps, plants, and cabinets as they are probably sitting on top of them. Hotel sleuthing
You found all the lost instruments. Maybe the banc will write a song in your name?

When you are renovating Room 204 during “Lost and Found” quest, you will need to find an Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, and a Microphone Stand. Interact with each to collect them. See the pictures below for more information.

Fine, I’ll do it myself
Did you fix it all by yourself? It’s better not to pay for something you can do yourself.

There will be random Event in the game like “Elevator Malfunction” or “Cracked Pipe”. When you are addressing the problem, you will have an option to either Hire someone or Fix it yourself. Choose to Fix it yourself and then complete the action to finish the Event to earn this trophy.

Unstoppable
You’ve unlocked every skill, almighty one.

As you progress through the story, the skills that you can buy to upgrade the hotel will be shown in your Tablet under Skills. After you have completed or earned your 5-star rating for your hotel, you will have access to purchase all the skills. You will need to buy all 9 of the skills. The skills are pictured below in the order that you can purchase them as they unlock from progressing through the story. See the pictures below for more information.

Note: When you unlock these skills in the story, you should start to use these as they will improve your guest satisfaction rating and save you time cleaning/renovating. Place Automatic Cleaning Robots in Guest Rooms, Hallways, and Lobby to help your guest satisfaction rating.

Memento
You found a bellboy uniform. It looks like it belonged to grandpa Roy.

When you are on the “Full Moon Guest” quest, you will need to go to the Basement for them. This also triggers the quest of “Grandpa’s memento” where you will need to collect the bellboy uniform from the Chest in the Basement. See the pictures below for more information.

Island boy
Found a postcard from a tropical island. Could this be where grandpa Roy is?

You will find a postcard with a tropical island on it when you are getting rid of the Trash in Room 203, which is from the quest “Old flame”. Interact with the postcard to collect it and earn this trophy. See the pictures below for more information.

Kaboom
You’ve used the dynamite for the first time. Don’t try this at home.

You will be able to purchase the skill of Dynamite before or during the “Top of the World” quest. After obtaining the Dynamite skill, you will need to go to a room or an area that has Trash (hallway, basement, terrace, room, etc.). Equip the Dynamite which is under Cleaning. To ignite the Dynamite, hold down the “x” button and then throw it in the direction of where you want to get rid of the Trash. There will be a flash and then all the area will be empty with bare ceiling, walls, and floor (the floor may have Trash in small amounts). This is the quickest way to clear an area. The first time you use the Dynamite, you will earn this trophy.
