Welcome to the trophy guide for Gigantosaurus: Dino Kart. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Welcome to Gigantosaurus: Dino Kart. You will race around Cretacia in a prehistoric kart championship for up to 4 players of all ages, where you can play as your favorite dino friends and even bump into the mysterious Gigantosaurus himself! This racing adventure is full of awesome obstacles and power-ups found only in the world of dinosaurs. Out-run dangers like hot lava eruptions from Mount Oblivion, or feel the power of the famous Gigantosaurus Roar. Charge through the pack by picking up special skills that give you a shortcut, or a jetpack-powered boost… or a way to knock out your rivals. There’s a play style for every ability level, including auto-steering karts and on-screen text read aloud by Mazu, the ankylosaurus. With 15 tracks and 8 characters to choose from, there’s a whole world of dino racing to discover. So, get the whole family together for a fast and fun party that’s almost as big as Gigantosaurus’ appetite!
Stage 1 – Play the Adventure Mode
Complete the tutorial of the game to learn the mechanics and earn the first few trophies. You will earn all the trophies no matter what difficulty level you choose to play at (Easy | Medium | Hard). Play through the Adventure Mode and earn 1st in all the races. The tournaments each consist of 5 races.
Do these throughout your races:
– Get as much air time from jumps as possible and drift (R2) your vehicles as much as possible as these are tied to some trophies.
– Use the Booster Pads as much as possible to gain air time and speed boosts.
– Activate the items that you receive while passing through the Mazu Packs (skill bubbles) on the track.
– Run into Giganto at least once when you see him on the track for a trophy.
– Use shortcuts as much as possible to help earn more first-place wins.
Stage 2 – Play Local Co-op with 4 Players
You must play a local co-op game with 4 players/controllers and win first place.
Stage 3 – Play “Race” mode to Unlock All Vehicle Skins
While playing the “Race” mode you will get a skin for every 3 wins. You will need to win a total of 24 races in “Race” mode. You may pick any maps you like, and even play them multiple times.

Booster
Step on a boost pad 30 times
There are many Boost Pads on any given track. They have colored arrows and sometimes also have a jump with them. Use them at least 30 times to earn this trophy.
Jungle’s journey
Complete the Jungle Cup in Adventure
In Adventure Mode, you will complete the 5 races and win first overall. You will need to earn first place in all of these tracks eventually for “Unbeatable” trophy.
The 5 tracks in this tournament are:
1. Jungle Sprint
2. Crystal Cave
3. Tropic Lake Tour
4. Route over Rapids
5. Jungle Tour
Welcome to Savannah
Complete the Savannah Cup in Adventure
In Adventure Mode, you will complete the 5 races and win first overall. You will need to earn first place in all of these tracks eventually for “Unbeatable” trophy.
The 5 tracks in this tournament are:

2. Canyon Rush
3. Giganto’s Rock
4. Slalom on the River
5. Savannah Tour
Cretacia Champion
Complete the Mount Oblivion Cup in Adventure
In Adventure Mode, you will complete the 5 races and win first overall. You will need to earn first place in all of these tracks eventually for “Unbeatable” trophy.
The 5 tracks in this tournament are:
1. Mount Steps
2. Geyser Plains
3. Lava pools
4. Volcano Circuit
5. Mount Oblivion Tour
Unbeatable
Win all the adventure races in first position
There are 15 tracks in the game. You will need to place first in all of the tracks. When selecting your choice of track to play on, you will see three spots under the icon of the track that is either:
– blank (no top 3 position);
– Green (for easy);
– Blue (for normal);
– Purple (for hard)
You can also look under Main Menu>Collection>Track Stats to see the same type of information.
Drift over Cretacia
Accumulate 10 minutes of total drift
As you are playing through your games, you will need to drift as much as you can so that you end up with 10 minutes of total drift. To drift you will need to be moving (by holding down the X button) and then press R2 and move the LS button. Smoke and sparks will be seen from your wheels. If you release the R2, you will boost ahead so this is an easy way to gain more speed in the game on any track.
Stylish
Unlock all vehicle’s skins
While playing the “Race” mode you will get a skin for every 3 wins. You will need to win a total of 24 races in “Race” mode. You may pick any maps you like, and even play them multiple times.
Dino Friends
Win a 4 player split-screen race
You will need to play a 4-player/controller split-screen race. You should try to win this race so that you will also complete the “Challenger” trophy at the same time.
A new driver
Finish The Tutorial
When you begin the game, you will need to choose to learn how to play the game. This is the tutorial of the game and after you have successfully played and learned how the game works, you will earn this trophy. If you skip the tutorial, you can access it from Main Menu>Race>Tutorial.
First Victory
Win the first race in single player
As soon as you win your first race for placing 1st, you will earn this trophy.
Explorer
Unlock all tracks
As you play through the Adventure Mode, you will unlock the tracks. As soon as you complete the 3 tournaments in this mode, you will have unlocked all 15 tracks in the game and earned this trophy.
Among the best
Win all the adventure races in third position or better
You will need to place in either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd for all Adventure Mode races. However, you will also need to place 1st in all the races as indicated in “Unbeatable” trophy description.
Just getting started
Win The first race in adventure
In Adventure Mode, as soon as you place 1st in one of these races, you will earn this trophy.
Master
Use all skills
As you are playing through a track, you will notice there are Mazu Packs (skill bubbles) throughout the track. You will need to drive through these to get a skill and then you will need to press the square button to use it. There are a total of 8 skills available:
1. Boost (Only available if you are in 7/8th position)
2. Purple bomb
3. Coconut shooter
4. Shield
5. Coin ring (Only available if you are in 7/8th position)
6. Rocket (Only available if you are in 7/8th position)
7. Roar
8. Screen Splatter

Find a shortcut
There are shortcuts on some of the tracks. Sometimes they are hidden by small bushes or are just a part of the track where you choose which direction to go (choosing the shorter track section).
In the image below you see a shortcut right after the finish line on the right. This is on the map called “Crystal Cave”.
Challenger
Win a race in split-screen
You will need to play a local co-op game and win. This can be in 2, 3, or 4 player/controller setups. See “Dino Friends” trophy for more information.
Like a pterodactyl
Fly for 5 minutes totally
You will need to accumulate 5 minutes of air time throughout all of your races. There are Boost Pads that include a small jump to earn some air time. However, there are 2 large jumps in all of the fifth tracks of the Adventure Mode tournaments. These tracks are Giganto’s Rock, Slalom on the River, and Jungle Tour.
Unstoppable
Win 10 races
You will need to win first place in any 10 races that you play.
Drift-osaur
Drift for 30 seconds in a race
You will need to drift for 30 seconds in a race. See “Drift over Cretacia” trophy description for more information.
Hi Giganto!
Come across Giganto
You will need to drive into and hit Gigantosaurus when he is on the track. One of the maps you can find Giganto is: “Giganto’s Rock”. The other 2 tracks you can do this are: Slalom on the River and Jungle Tour.
Collector
Unlock all characters
As you place first in your races, you will earn a new character for every third Podium. There are a total of 8 characters, with the first 5 already unlocked as you start playing. The three unlockable are: “Rugo”, “Cror and Totor”, and “T-Rex” .
True racer
Drift for 5 seconds in a row
You will need to drift for 5 seconds with your vehicle. See “Drift over Cretacia” trophy description for more information.
A different Strategy
Use a Skill for the first time
You will need to obtain and use a skill for the very first time. See “Master” trophy description for more information.
