Welcome to the trophy guide for Flat Kingdom Paper’s Cut Edition. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, 5, Xbox One, Series X and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4/5 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.

Stage 1 – Complete the game
Welcome to the trophy guide for Flat Kingdom Paper’s Cut Edition. The platinum will take around 20 minutes for you to complete.
You can change your shape by pressing Square, Triangle or Circle. Do this a total of 10 times for the “Shapeshifter” trophy. Beat an enemy of each type once for the “Flat Smash“, “Fear my Sharpness” and “Don’t be a Square” trophy. Earning those three will also pop the “Shaping Up” trophy.
As soon as you reach the first level (FlatForest 01) you’ll be able to find an enemy that has 2 shapes. Defeat it for the “Complicated Foes” trophy. It’s on the main path and looks like the enemy shown below.
The main goal is to keep following the path until you beat the second boss and pick up the special ability shortly after.

Beat a circle enemy
You’ll come across a circle enemy during the tutorial. Beat him by shifting to triangle form.
Flat Smash
Beat a triangle enemy
You’ll come across a triangle enemy during the tutorial. Beat him by shifting to square form.
Don’t be a square
Beat a square enemy
You’ll come across a square enemy during the tutorial. Beat him by shifting to circle form.
Learning the Ropes
Get your First special Ability
The special ability can be found right after beating the second boss (Arachne) and is located on the main path.
Rookie Hero
Finish your first side quest
The first side quest is mandatory to complete in order to progress out of the tutorial. You’ll need to find a key by switching 3 levers

Activate the first Checkpoint Guard
You’ll find multiple checkpoints during your road to the platinum. All on the main path, not missable.
Salad to go
Defeat Plantosaurus
As the fight starts, dodge the projectiles fired at you. Stand around halfway so that the Plantosaurus does his charge attack. Now jump (circle) and dash (square) onto his head. The plant will open up. Do the same to the seed. Repeat this 3 times and he will be defeated.
Shapeshifter
Change your shape 10 times
Shift your shape a total of 10 times.
Eight Legged Freaks
Defeat Arachne
As soon as the fight starts, you’ll need to make your way upwards. Once on top, you can jump (circle) and then dash (square) onto the moveable pillar, dealing damage. Do this three times and the spider is dead.
Complicated Foes
Defeat an enemy with two or more shapes
A two-shaped enemy is found on the main path.
Shaping up
Use your three forms to fight
Use all 3 forms once to kill an enemy.
