Hire a team of top-notch experts to improve your skills in the field, unlocking new possibilities for exploration.

Stage 1 – Play through the Expeditions.

Play through the first area of Little Colorado to learn all the mechanics and equipment to is available in the game. Next you will need to complete the two larger areas of Arizona and Carpathians. The expeditions will unlock as you complete more expeditions. The expeditions vary in difficulty from Easy to Very Hard, however you will have choices in some of the vehicles that you choose to use and you can purchase very useful equipment that make the expeditions easier. Two noteworthy examples are the Jack-Screw (for over turned vehicles to go up right) and the Anchors (allows you to place an anchor to use your winch to pull to or push from). Most trophies will come naturally, but some can be farmed as noted in the trophy descriptions below. There are no specific trophies for completing contracts, tasks, and finding all upgrades, but it is recommended to find upgrades for the vehicles you use to increase their performance, as well as to find and unlock the Tatra FORCE T815-7 as this is a very powerful truck and with the right upgrades to its Engine and Tires will be able to get around and over any terrain.

Stage 2 – Miscellaneous Trophies.

If you have completed all of the Expeditions and have not earned all trophies, then look below for the specific trophies you need to obtain for more information.

Trophy Hunter
Get all other trophies.

Congratulations on driving home that shiny new platinum!

Arizona Skies
Complete all expeditions in Arizona.

See the Seasoned Explorer trophy for more information. As you play an Expedition in Arizona and you complete it, a new one or two will unlock from the current or a different map within this region. There are 4 maps within the Arizona region. You can choose whichever ones that are unlocked to complete. Some Expeditions will have you take certain equipment, a Specialist, and/or to go from one map through the tunnel to the new map. Every Expedition mission page will state all the requirements are and what is rewarded for successful completion. Rewards can be Upgrades for vehicles, a new base, money, bonus money for meeting specific criteria, etc.

Start. Crash. Recover
Recover your vehicle to the base over 100 times.

You will need to recover your vehicle to a base at least 100 times. At any point while playing on any map, you can use the Touchpad to bring up the map of the area. You can then see the Menu>Objects>Outposts & Gates, you can choose the base that you would like to recover your vehicle to. The first recovery is always free so this is advantageous to use to move to a different point on the map if you have more bases open on the same map and need supplies or to get closer to another objective within the expedition. Subsequent recoveries on this same map, without exiting the map, will vary in cost depending on your vehicle’s recovery cost. If there is no base open on this map, then you will not be able to recover the vehicle.

Seasoned Explorer
Complete all expeditions in the game.

As noted in Stage 1, there are 79 Expeditions in the game to complete. These are divided between Little Colorado (5), Arizona (37), and Carpathians (37). Little Colorado is set up to be the tutorial levels in the game to explain all the mechanics and equipment in the game. All of the Arizona and Carpathians Expeditions will unlock as you complete them one by one. Some maps in these areas will require you to travel from a map with a base to the tunnel that transports you to the newly discovered map. There are many hazardous slopes, terrain, rocks, mud, water with different depths, etc. However, you are use your Binoculars and Drone to help you reveal the obstacles and determine the plan that you will take. It is always recommended to Free Roam a map when it unlocks so that you can explore to reveal more of the map, build bridges, find shortcuts, Upgrades, Airdrops, etc. After you complete an Expedition, you do have the choice to stay in that map and you can free roam as you like so this would be a good time to find Upgrades, complete some Contracts or Tasks. However, you cannot start a new expedition until you leave the currently finished one by pressing Options>Return to Headquarters.

Notes:
1. If you are finding an Expedition too difficult then you should try using a different vehicle, upgrade the vehicle you want to use to improve it, and take your time while driving. If you use the Touchpad to show the map, you can press L3 to change the time. There are 4 time settings: morning, daytime, evening, and night. Driving in the daytime is ideal for ample light to see all obstacles. There are also many videos on Youtube that show specific Expeditions and there are websites that are currently in the process of making details maps of the locations of all Items in every location: bases, tunnels, Airdrops, bridges, avalanches, shortcuts, climbs, fords, Contracts, and Tasks.
2. If you have completed all the Expeditions for Little Colorado, Arizona, and Carpathians and you have not unlocked this trophy, then you will need to be in an in-game map (any Free Roam), press Options>Profile and you will earn this trophy. The reason this may have not unlocked naturally is because you may have gone into the Mod Browser from the Title Screen Menu.

The Truck of Theseus
Fix 10000 points worth of damage in total.

You will need to use L1 dial wheel to fix any damages to your vehicle and this can be done at any time by selecting the broken item and pressing X to repair it. The amount of 10000 points worth of damage is quite a bit so it is best to use a map to Free Roam in it where you have a base near a cliff or deep water so that you can drive off the cliff and/or into the water to cause lots of damage. When a vehicle is in too deep of water, its motor will start to get damaged and this will continue until the engine is broken. Quit the map and restart the map so that you can repeat this process. This is an easy method to earn 400 – 600 damage points per attempt.

Eurotrip
Complete all expeditions in Carpathians.

See the Seasoned Explorer trophy for more information. As you play an Expedition in the Carpathians and you complete it, a new one or two will unlock from the current or a different map within this region. There are 4 maps within the Carpathians region.

All the Money in the World
Earn 1 500 000 credits in total.

You will need to have earned 1 500 000 in credits, this amount does not need to be on hand at one time. An easy method is to buy a vehicle or sell one, preferably one of your more expensive vehicles that you currently own. Then repeat the opposite action to purchase/sell a vehicle from/to the Truck Store. The amount you pay for a vehicle is the same as its selling cost and this will count towards you earning the 1 500 000 credits in total. Repeat this until you have earned this trophy.

You could also use Free Roam to go into a map to collect any Airdrops that are close by and then recover to another base that has Airdrops close by and collect as many materials as possible. Then press Options>Return to Headquarters to return to the Expeditions Menu as you will automatically sell all unused items from your Inventory. Repeat this process as much as you like. See the pictures below for more information.

Anchor Management
Pick up 100 removable anchors.

There are special anchors in the game that are quite rare to find. These types of anchors will have an anchor symbol with a circle with two arrows on it with screws. These can only to found in Airdrops that are in-game while in a map. If you have found or scanned an area with your binoculars or drone, you will may have found Airdrops. Sometimes you may uncover a “?” but not checked it out. On your map you can hover over it to find out what it actually is. Every time from now on when you enter into this map, all Airdrops will show on the map what is contained in them and they will randomly rotate their contents. Sometimes the Airdrops may not even be in the map the next time you enter, but eventually it will appear again.

When you do find one of these removable anchors, you will need to collect it from the Airdrop. Place the removable anchor, attach your Winch to it, detach from it, and then hold Triangle to collect it back to your Inventory. Repeat this process for a total of 100 times. It is best to use this method as there are very few within the game. Within Little Colorado there is always an Airdrop near the Main Base that will have one within it. See the pictures below for more information.

You can use your Binoculars to help you locate one of these on your map. Sometimes there will be an Upgrade that is located close to a base or near where the objectives lead you to within the game. You will only have to collect one of these to earn this trophy, however, it is recommended to find Upgrades as these will help in improving your vehicles and making your game easier. Some Upgrades are specific to one or a certain number of vehicles. Upgrades are from the categories of Engine, Gearbox, Suspension, Tires, Winch, Diff. Lock, and Snorkel. Some Upgrades are earned by completing Expeditions while others must to found and collected in the wild of the maps. There are video guides on Youtube that will show the locations of whichever specific Upgrade(s) that you are looking for.
