Welcome to the trophy guide for Little Town Hero. This can also be considered a walkthrough and may be used for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam. Achievements for Steam and Xbox are in almost all cases the same as the PlayStation 4 Trophies. A roadmap is provided in the stages below.
Follow us on twitter for the latest news and giveaways.
Stage 1 – Complete the Game on Hard Mode.
Little Town Hero by default starts on hard mode, it’ll prompt you later if you want to switch to easy mode, do not switch. The difficulty of the game is put to a 6 solely based on the visualizing of Ministerror and Megalobird, they are ruthless in terms of difficulty; Expect a 4-5 difficulty for Storyline. The game is generally pretty open to tackling everything how you see fit, with the exception of a few missable sub quests. Below will be the laid out path used to achieve the platinum. So follow the quest-line below and have fun, don’t fret too much though as it’s fairly hard to miss trophies unless your playing obliviously!
Note: The game does prompt you with a point-of-no-return but one of the sub quests needs a chapter delay in-between progress. So it’s best to tackle them in the order below. A few quests like the Elegant one can be obtained earlier, so the trophy descriptions will reflect the order that’s listed in the Stage below.

This trophy is awarded for defeating all the Monsters, that means the human bosses will not count towards this. All of the Monsters are story-related except for 2 sub quest bosses and they’ll all be logged in your scrap book with the exception of Past Hulk Ogre.

Soldier (Chapter 1)
Defeat the boss from chapter 1 in “Hard” difficulty.

The Chapter 1 boss “Hulk Ogre” is not a particular threat. If you execute what you’ve been taught by Angard and utilize the Support Skills found around the map, you shan’t have any troubles. Try to pair this fight with Lethal Matock as well!

Soldier (Chapter 2)
Defeat the boss from chapter 2 in “Hard” difficulty.

Cuatro(?) can be a real threat. He’ll have 2 annoying buffs that’ll either revert your dazzit or do direct damage if it break a dazzit of yours alongside 2 debuffs that’ll weaken your dazzits or increase the summoning requirement. Pair this with it becoming raged (Adding +1 Attack power to all Dazzit’s) when it’s Guts gets broken and it can become a real problem. Luckily there are tips to sufficiently take care of Cuatro(?):
•When you break Cuatro(?)’s Guts, have a Slam ready to use and utilize a Tiny cannon support function to deal immediate heart damage.
•If you have no dazzits, utilizing a Small barrel support function from your Destroy dazzit will hopefully allow you to destroy some of Cuatro(?)’s dazzits.
•You could use the Little chicken support function to remove the special effects (Buffs) from Cuatro(?)’s Dazzit’s, but save some for the Lethal Chicken trophy!
•Remeber to utilize the other support functions, and advice to recieve help and new powerful Dazzits.
The last piece of advice is that using Struggle will hurt you, but it’s most cost effective saving some summoning power for other cards with a chance of breaking the 1 defense enemy dazzit.

Soldier (Chapter 3)
Defeat the boss from chapter 3 in “Hard” difficulty.

In retropsect to the first two bosses, this one will be easier as you don’t (unless you haven’t yet) have to pair this with a specific kill. Yes, this pile of bones can stir up trouble with these skills: Absolute Break (Guaranteed to break Dizzits), Feint (Randomly chooses your Dazzit), Curse (Breaks idea from your head), Chosen Dazzit (Forces you to play) , Grudge (+2 Defenses) or Dark Shroud (Absolute Break on it’s Dazzits). All of those skills do pose a problem and can be annoying but they’re easily overcome. Use these tips to your advantage:
• Use all the field skills.
• You now have the ability to Mix Ideas!
• Your Slam may have Pierce which is very handy for heart damage.
• Your Destroy may have Invincible which is handy against Absolute Break.
• Utilize the Field Support to damage hearts directly.
The last piece of advice is that using Struggle will hurt you, but it’s most cost effective saving some summoning power for other cards with a chance of breaking the 1 defense enemy dazzit. It’s also very handy to use when the Coffin Master has Absolute Break on a 1 defense Dazzit, so you don’t sacrifice your own Dazzit.

Soldier (Chapter 4)
Defeat the boss from chapter 4 in “Hard” difficulty.

Your first real troubling boss will be the Venuseater. Yes, this overgrown weed can stir up trouble with these skills: Thrash (Prevents a Dazzit use), Spike Vine (Deals damage to your body equal to number of your Dazzits), Buzz Calls (Summons flies), Large Flies On Map (Makes enemy stronger), Benumbd (-2 to one Dazzit).
There’s a few things that you can do to manage this battle though:
- It is imperative you visit spaces for new ideas! This is super important. Venuseater eats flies to power up and it gets really high dazzits. You’ll want Tangle (Permanent -3/-3 to enemy dazzits for the remainder of battle) and Swipe (destroys enemy dazzit and changes one of your dazzits for another Swipe).
- Try getting Free Mobility often after the Buzz Calls because it’s made much simpler if the Venuseater isn’t eating more flies.
- Try to save Throw for the chicken as Venuseaters bonus effects are seriously aggravating.
- You can destroy flies with Red Dazzits, to target them though they’re oddly under the support feature by pressing L1.
The last piece of advice is that using Struggle will hurt you, but it’s most cost effective saving some summoning power for other cards with a chance of breaking the 1 defense enemy dazzit. It’s also very handy to use with Venuseater as before you cast Tangle, you’ll want to use a Dazzit to defend against the 7+ attack Dazzits or else it’ll destroy your guts fast.

Soldier (Chapter 5)
Defeat the boss from chapter 5 in “Hard” difficulty.

The Chapter 5 boss is Megalobird, and compared to the prior boss is a pushover. Yes, the Mega bird can still stir up trouble with these skills though: Jolt (Adds pierce effect to all Dazzits), Mystery Move (Transforms into a 5/1 Dazzit if not broken), Counter (Deals 3 damage when broken), Wobble (Transforms a Dazzit into a 1/2), Wobble Dance (Turns all Dazzits into 1/2), Block Mode (It’ll counter your All-Chance Attack). A few pointers for this boss:
- This Monster isn’t too threatening as it’s Dazzits aren’t overly powerful, but the threats are almost all it’s special effects on their Dazzits; use chicken support functions.
- Make sure to nab the Dazzits the villagers will give you from the yellow “!” spaces as they’re a huge help!
- For Eureka’s: an upgraded Pelt, upgraded Firecracker, and upgraded Improvise are really helpful.
- Try to get “Free Mobility” often, ensuring you can manipulate the spaces you land on. Using Support Functions to tear down guts/attack hearts is important.
- Unlike prior bosses, it isn’t recommended to use Struggle this time. You’ll need all the guts you can have due to the Monster’s Counter. Don’t worry about Ideas running out, you’ll have plenty enough points to use the refresh as this Monster isn’t particularly difficult to All Break.
- This boss has an annoying counter when you attack his hearts directly. If he blocks/defends while you attain an All Break, make sure to retreat or else he’ll auto-counter with a 4 damage attack.

Soldier (Insectnocide)
Defeat the Insectnocide in “Hard” difficulty.

Your first sub quest boss will be the Insectnocide. It’s not as tough as the Venuseater but that doesn’t mean it won’t cause trouble with these skills: Ire (+2/+1 to a Dazzit when broken), Invincible (Made invincible the turn it appears), Absolute Break (Breaks a Dazzit regardless of defense), Vengeance (Breaks 3 enemy dazzits), Thrash About (Makes all Dazzits invincible). As mentioned it’s easier than Venuseater but there are helpful tips still:
- Utilize all the field support and support functions you can.
- During it’s Thrash About your guts with upgrades should be sitting around 9 Guts. Take some purposeful damage by using Struggle on the weak attacked Dazzits, and block the higher attack with your weak Dazzits. This’ll prevent you from losing too many Dazzits and managing just fine.
- Having an upgraded Improvise by this time will give some good steady 0 cost Dazzits for early battle.
Besides the above, the Insectnocide isn’t hard he’s just bloody annoying will all his special effects. Endure it and expect to whittle it down slowly.

Soldier (Chapter 6)
Defeat the boss from chapter 6 in “Hard” difficulty.

The Chapter 6 boss is Monster Moby, and it follows suit in being a pushover. Yes, the whale(?) can still stir up trouble with these skills though: Flatten (Turns Dazzit into x/1), Fountain (Deals 1 damage to all when becoming a Chosen Dazzit), Water gun (Deals 1 damgae when becoming a Chosen Dazzit), Whirlpool (Adds Penalty to all Dazzits), Big Wave (Turns all Dazzits to x/1). Besides that, the whale is easily managed:
- Like usual, make most of the support functions and visit the Yellow “!” for new Dazzits.
- The newly upgraded skill tree has great offers; Develop Improvise, Develop Tough out, Develop Pelt, Develop Psyche up, Develop Firecracker. Any of the blue ones are pretty vital as they’ll impact the battle a great deal.
- Having all your Dazzits turn into +1’s isn’t necessarily bad either! The upgraded blues will help you recover from this, or they’re easy enough to break and replace.
The whale doesn’t have much other tips. Everthing of it’s, with the exception of one Dazzit, is weak and easy to manage.

Soldier (Chapter 7)
Defeat the boss from chapter 7 in “Hard” difficulty.

The Chapter 7 boss is Past Hulk Ogre, it’s essentially an upgraded Chapter 1 boss and just as easy. These are the skills that it’ll use: Seed of Anger (Inspires Lash out (2/1) when broken), Angry (+2/0 to all Dazzits), Pierce (Excess damage hurts you), Invincible (Dazzit becomes unbreakable), Tantrum (Adds Seeds of Anger to all Dazzits). Not much is needed in ways of tips, but here’s a few anyhow:
- Like usual, make most of the support functions and visit the Yellow “!” for new Dazzits.
- The newly upgraded skill tree has great offers; Develop Improvise, Develop Tough out, Develop Pelt, Develop Psyche up, Develop Firecracker. Any of the blue ones are pretty vital as they’ll impact the battle a great deal.
- It’s Tantrum isn’t much concern as you’ll have powerful yellow’s and the develop tough out will let you handle all the summoned Lash out’s.
- The invincibility isn’t much threat either. Use a chicken, an Improvised idea to get rid of it, or just waste a Dazzit to get it shifted.
- Besides the above, handle it like you did in Chapter 1.

Soldier (Chapter 8)
Defeat the boss from chapter 8 in “Hard” difficulty.

The Chapter 8 boss is Ministerror, emphasis on the Terror. This boss is unbelieably annoying with these skills: Seed of Anger (Creates a 2/1 when broken), Countdown (Forced to use struggle when reaches 0), Scheme (+2/+2 to all Dazzits), Pressure (Breaks 3 POWs at the start of turn). Not made much easier, but here are some tips:
- Almost every turn he’ll create a Dazzit with Countdown. The timer does not stop during Izzit>Dazzit animations or as effects play out. Not during support function selection or much of anything. So try your best to plan out your move to destroy/damage it before finishing current turns.
- This is a gamble but it’s your best bet; the Dazzit with Pressure is permanent until broken meaning you’ll continuously lose 3 Pow’s every turn. In the very beginning as soon as you pull a Improvise, if you can, choose a Boom Izzit. That way you can immediately break the Pressure Dazzit A.S.A.P.
- As always, chickens and gaining the yellow “!” Dazzits around the map are super helpful!
- If you have these fully upgraded Eureka’s: Tough out, Psyche up, Firecracker, Pelt, and Improvise. Everything to keep your Dazzits from breaking, ripping down his guts, and gaining BP.

Soldier (Nightmare Doll)
Defeat the Nightmare Doll in “Hard” difficulty.

This Sub Quest boss is the Nightmare Doll and can be a nightmare if attempted when first available. Yes, the doll can still stir up trouble with these skills though: Feint (Randomly chooses your Dazzit to use), Jack-in-the-box (Deals 3 damage to body or Dazzit when broken), Devil dance (Transforms all Dazzits into 1/1), Dark laughter (Adds Jack-in-the-box to all Dazzits). With these tips though you’ll have no troubles:
- Wait until Chapter 8. This way you have fully upgraded support functions AND largely upgraded Eureka’s.
- If you have these fully upgraded Eureka’s: Tough out, Psyche up, Firecracker, and Improvise. You’ll be cheesing the doll with all the invincibility and Piercings as her Dazzits aren’t overly strong compared to your upgraded stuff now.
- Utilizing Free Mobility is always a sound strategy to make use of Support Functions and Gimmicks.

Soldier (Chapter 9)
Defeat the boss from chapter 9 in “Hard” difficulty.

The Chapter 9 boss (There’s 2 but only 1 counts) is Dragorren and it is a lengthy and enduring fight albeit not difficult. Yes, the dragon can still stir up trouble as he goes through 3 different phases:
Phase 1:
Feint (Random Dazzit chosen), Dragon Curse (Breaks Idea in Headspace), Serial Snap (If broken, add a 3/1 Dazzit x3), Gnaw (Prevents location change), Blow away (Changes Dazzit back into Izzit).
Phase 2:
Evil/Snap Jaw (Transforms into a 3/1 Dazzit if not broken), Petrify (Prevents the use of one of each color of Dazzit for a turn), Rip fang (+1/+0 times the number of your dazzits), Roar (Adds penalty to all your Dazzits), Glare (Changes 1 Dazzit to a 1/1).
Phase 3:
Wrath (Breaks a Dazzit), Dark Wave (Turns all Dazzits defenses to 1), Fuming (If broken, add a 3/1 Dazzit x3), Eerie Glow (Breaks 1 Pow).
Besides the above being overwhelming, Dragorren is not difficult with these tips:
- Dragorren’s Guts are unlimited, you’ll have to visit certain Support Function NPC’s during each phase. So prioritize getting these fully upgraded Eureka’s: Charge, Dash Guard, Tough out, Pelt, and Firecracker.
- You’ll be getting a lot of BP with all the All Break’s you’ll be getting, do not swap ideas. Save them for Refreshing your deck.
- You’re main priority is to constantly be getting Free Mobility and getting to each NPC A.S.A.P.
- When using Improvise try to choose Rush as it appears to get more Free Mobility.
- You can save your game in-between each phase, utilize that.
- You’ll get a free Deck Refresh from Pasmina’s Support Function AND very important as Phase 3 refresh is expensive(!) you can utilize Natz to make Refreshing Free!

Minnie’s request refers to “Monster perfume” quest-line and it’s one of the trickier, not difficult quests to achieve. She always hides out in the shop so it could be before, but following above it’ll start in Chapter 5. There needs to be 1 chapter advancement before you can continue. If you need more help, refer to Little Town Hero for more details.

Chapter 1

Chapter 1 is a short chapter that is mostly involved with teaching the basics of the game alongside a tiny amount of story. The argument you have with your mom after injuring Angard, will lead you into a boss fight concluding this chapter.

Historian
Listen to all the historical stories the old man has to tell.

The historical stores refers to “Knowledge is power” quest and it’ll take place first through 3 different parts; Chapter 2, 3, and 4. The easiest quest-line in the game though, you have to listen to 3 different short stories about history. You will find this gentleman at the start of the shops.

Shepherd
Find all the sheep that ran away from Pasmina’s farm.

The Shepherd quest-line refers to “Help out Pasmina” and the entirety of it can be found in Chapter 3. Near the beginning of chapter 3 you’ll have a quest-line “What gift?” with an objective “Where’s Granny Yarne?”. Upon completing this objective, you’ll immediately be able to ask Pasmina to start her sub quest. All 3 sheep are ridiculously easy to find, and all 3 are located on the farmlands. If you have any trouble refer to Little Town Hero for more details or see the pictures below.
1st Sheep 2nd Sheep 3rd Sheep

Good Maintenance
Get Master Anvil to upgrade your weapon.

The upgrading weapon refers to “Anvil’s homework” quest-line and it’s split between Chapter 3 and Chapter 6. You’ll have to defeat a quite a few monsters before your weapon will be roughed up, which is the 3 chapter gap between progression. You’ll have to test the new weapon out on him as well, refer to Little Town Hero for more details.

Chicken Keeper
Find all the escaped chickens from the farm.

The escaped chickens refers to “Capture all the chickens!” and at the very beginning of Chapter 4 this sub quest will become available for you. Head to the far end of the farm to find the NPC to talk to. She’ll ask you to find the 13 chickens that have escaped. Below are the locations of the 13 chickens, and 11 photos of their locations (The event chickens are activated when walked near).:
