Raise current funds to 100.000.
This requires that you have 100,000 at one time. It is not accumulative and must be on hand at one time.

Tycoon
Reach factory level 40.
Once you have completed all of the perks that are possible in the game, completed all of the business associates challenges, and the champion milestones, you will need to grind to Factory Level 40. To do this complete the associates orders that you find easy, can make efficiently, and earn the most profit from. Always have your employees busy and not just idling drinking coffee in the staff room. Speed up production, speed up time periodically, gave an abundance of coffee and vending machines, and have efficient equipment. Only hire more employees as you require them. When an employee has worked at your factory and reached at least one star, they can then specialize to become more efficient at a certain task. This decreases the time that it takes to make parts and products. The market changes every two days so it’s best to be working on two or three orders at a time. A couple of the business associates orders, making sure that your are not overlapping a lot of the same equipment as this will slow down production. Always complete the basic orders where you can send finished products to the market as you complete partial or full orders. These orders do not have a time constraint, but you do not want to keep inventory on hand too long as it could take up valuable floor space and cause your employees to not be able to effectively move around inside your factory.

Senior position
Have a factory older than 180 days.
Your factory needs to be operating for at least 180 days (half a year) without going bankrupt. Make periodic saves just in case your factory runs into financial problems or you have a glitch save happen. As soon as you achieve 180 days of being open producing goods, you will earn this trophy.

Steve’s Best Friend
Completed Crazy Steve’s final challenge.
Complete crazy Steve’s final challenge which is shown under the Challenges in the Market as a starred order. You will need to be at Level 5 Friendship with him. Plan and make these items. As soon as you successfully make and deliver this order you will earn this trophy. See the picture below.

Massive order
Deliver more than 50 products to the market.
This requires that you deliver 50 of the same product to the market at one time. It’s best to use a basic item that is quickly made, the market allows for or is trending over the next four days to allow 50 or more to be sold at one time.

G-Man
Completed IncoInc’s final challenge.
As you fulfill the requests of Incolnc, you will eventually be at Level 5 Friendship. At this point there will be a request from him that has a star on it. This is the final challenge from him. It’s a larger and more time consuming challenge that requires a lots of space. Make sure that you have lots of employees, many sets of the equipment needed, use your perks for materials and employees. Always check your blueprints to see the amount of time needed to make the parts that are needed for making the finished products. The more complicated a blueprint is, the more likely that there will be choices in the equipment and materials involved. Use a variety of equipment, especially the ones that have over 100% efficiency, low production times, and that are specific for certain materials involved.

Explorer
Unlocked all plots.
Eventually you will have access to buy more plots of land. It’s recommended to wait buying plots until you really need a larger area for your factory. You will need enough money on hand to keep buying materials to manufacture goods, buying new equipment, and expanding your factory. When you feel comfort to buy plots of land start by buying what you can afford. Also, there is a R&D Perk to lower the price of buying plots of land. (As you can see in the pictures below, the price has changed as the R&D Perk was bought.) Once you have bought all 7 of the available plots of land, you will earn this trophy. See the pictures below.

WROOOOM!

Horrible working conditions
Have five collapsed workers at the same time.
This can be achieved by disassembling all your coffee machines and vending machine. Make a manual save before doing this so that you do not lose money from orders not being completed. When the coffee and vending machines are not available to the employees, turn on the Overdrive Setting and speed up time so that you will have 5 employees collapse at the same time from being overworked.

Creative accounting
Survive having less than zero money.
It is possible to go into debt by spending more money than you have. You can go into debt to a maximum of $5000, before your factory will go bankrupt. If you do go bankrupt then you lose and your factory is finished. Plan this carefully by strategically making a manual save before you start going into debt. This way you can reload the prior save so that you can attempt coming out of debt again. To come out of debt you should have your workers building items. When the order is almost coming to fulfilment, spend money to go into debt. If your timing is right you can go into debt enough and then earn your profits from the successful delivery of your manufactured items. This is a good way to buy equipment, hire employees, and expand your factory’s floor space. Remember early in the game you do not want to spend money beyond your means to earn the profits to cover your expenses.

Generic furniture company
Unlocked Swekia.
Eventually after you are making items for Crazy Steve and other items, you will get a phone call from Swekia. Answer the call and you will have access to Swekia’s orders. He will give you access to new items to build like: Chairs, Couches, Filing Cabinets. Make the items that he has available so that you earn trust and XP from his jobs. Levelling up in the game will give you access to R&D Perks to increase your abilities. These are important as they make earning money as you can unlock special abilities for your employees, have access to better equipment and materials, unlock new items for your factory, and overall make your company more cost efficient. See the picture below.

Starting out
Have a factory older than 10 days.
Start by making basic items while only buying the necessary equipment. Hire only a small number of employees to save money. When planning an item to manufacture you must meet the basic requirements so that you can then actually make the item in your factory. Only be concerned with meeting the basic requirements to complete the planning of an item. Once the plan is completed you can see how much it will cost to make and how much profit you will earn. It’s important to maximize profits so that you earn money to buy equipment and hire employees as needed to complete more complicated and higher profit margins from better planned items.

Educated foreman
Complete the tutorial.
Follow the tutorial to complete the ‘how to’s for the game.

Mastermind
Plan a product before accepting a contract.
Plan an item before manufacturing it is necessary so that you know you have the right equipment, materials, time to make an item, and how much profit you will earn. You will be choosing a number of different items and equipment for the product’s Blueprint. Check the Logistics tab so you can see the details for making the item. Be aware of Logistics that take: too much time, lead to lost profits, or need too expensive of equipment and materials, then wait to make those items until you are able to meet their requirements.

Brand name product
Sell a product worth more than 2500.
A Brand name item is a more complicated and time consuming item to make. When choosing what item to make for this look under the Advanced Category for these more higher valued items.
Note: early on in the game when you have only more basic equipment, few employees, and a lower XP level, do not attempt to make a large number of these items. The market for how many and how much an item sells for will change. It’s important to read these individual graphs correctly. The graphs will predict two advanced updates for the market. This means that you can see what will be happening to the items up to 4 days in advance. Knowing this you will want to make sure that you will have the needed time to fill an order, maximize profits, and not be stuck with inventory or items that you cannot sell. There is very little way to keep an inventory of items that you cannot sell within a few days. Otherwise your employees will have no where to put items, efficiency will be terrible, and you will lose lots of money. Ultimately your company will probably go bankrupt. So knowing all of this only take on orders that you know you can successfully complete within the requirements given.

Expansions!
Expand your factory by building a new room.
Expansions are when you add floor space to your factory. Move any equipment where you would like before you start to add floor space. This way you can put a door on the wall that is involved in the addition to your factory. If there isn’t a door put in then the construction workers will become trapped in your factory. When adding floor space try to plan it strategically do that the room isn’t too big as this will cause a penalty to the Mood rating for the room. Plan the room to be able to add equipment and Positive Mood Perk items so that your employees’ happiness or comfort is high. Positive Mood Perk items are: plants, water dispensers, arcade machines, popcorn machines, etc.

Center of attention
Link a billboard to five workstations.
Install billboards to link multiple copies if equipment together. When planning an item assign the specific equipment tasks to the billboards so that the employees will be able to access any of the linked equipment. When you have 5 workstations that are the same, you can link them to a billboard to earn this trophy.
Note: Billboards can be connected to one or more of the same equipment. If you try to add equipment to a billboard while an item is already in production, your employees will not be able to access the newly added equipment. Billboards can be placed anywhere within the factory where there is space. Billboards are also a great way to check your equipment to see their: wear and tear percentages, allow you to request repairs, and check on which equipment is being used currently.

Lazy Pete
In any given week he will do about 15 minutes of real actual work.
Lazy Pete after skipping the tutorial (see ‘Too Cool for School’ trophy description), there will be 2 employees in your 3 room factory. Order a vending machine and television. Assembly them in one room to make a staff room. Assume North is the road directly in front of your factory. If you move the camera to the South East corner of the desktop map surface you will see a little house on top of a book. See pictures below. Move the camera so that you can go through the house walls to see Pete laying in a chairs taking a break. Advance time for a few days. Next click on Pete and he will disappear. Go back to your factory and Pete will be sitting on the fence near the large Red Telephone. On Day 7, click on Pete. He will now be inside your factory and you will earn this trophy.
