Stage 1 – Play all 8 Challenges, 1 game of each of the Multiplayer Games.
Welcome to Battle Rockets for PS Vita. This game allows you to play single player and 2 person multiplayer battles with only one PS Vita. The controls for single player and multiplayer 1 (on left) are the D-pad and Left Stick. For multiplayer 2 (on right), the controls are the 4 PS Symbol buttons and the Right Stick.
ADVICE ON MAKING THE GAME EASIER TO CONTROL
Tilt your Vita into a vertical position so that the left hand controls are now at the top. Use your left hand for the analogue stick and your right hand for the D-pad controls.
You will complete the 8 Challenges under Single Player. To select a Challenge, rotate the Left Stick in any of the 8 different directions to highlight which you want to play, then press on the D-pad in any direction to start the Challenge. You will see “Success” if you complete it correctly, or “Failure” if you do not. You can quickly select the game again after it ends.
After completing the Single Player Challenges, play each of the 3 Multiplayer games. There is an specific trophy to earn from each of these games: Duel Shock, Ca$h Grab, and Short Fuse. After selecting a Multiplayer game to play, Player 1 will control the Left Stick for movement and the D-pad to fire bullets while Player 2 will control the Right Stick for movement and the PS Symbol buttons to fire bullets. To select your character to use, rotate the stick in any of the 8 directions, as there are 8 characters to choose from. Press the direction buttons on the D-pad to start the game.

Feeling Suri
Complete the 1st Challenge in Battle Rockets’ single-player mode.
Move to the right and use the weapon direction that sprays bullets in all directions. Cause as much damage to the NPC as possible to have their health (HP) to be a tiny amount left, move your character into the bullets being fired to deplete your own character’s health to a tiny amount. Once these are both to 50 health points (HP) or less each, you will earn this trophy.
Maxed Out
Complete the 2nd Challenge in Battle Rockets’ single-player mode.
The best advice is to remain at the far left of the screen (top if you have your vita tilted vertically), move up and down (left and right if vertical) to dodge the enemy, hold down on the D-pad to constantly shoot off a rapid fire of bullets. You must avoid touching the trail of bullets the enemy leaves behind, it’s a one hit kill, and you will have to start the challenge again.
Making a Miss
Complete the 3rd Challenge in Battle Rockets’ single-player mode.
You will fire off bullets to stop the spread of the NPC’s circular waves of bullets spreading outward. Avoid these as much as possible. as they will damage you a lot when the bullets are together. You need to also damage the NPC to deplete her health completely to earn this trophy.
Challenge 3. Avoid the NPCs bullets or lose lots of HP. Fire bullets at the NPC. Move to avoid bullets while firing bullets.
A Friend in Vee
Complete the 4th Challenge in Battle Rockets’ single-player mode.
Hold down the left D-pad button to fire a spray of bullets at the NPC. Eventually you will defeat her to earn this trophy.

Obligatory Toots Trophy
Complete the 8th Challenge in Battle Rockets’ single-player mode.
Move to the right of the screen and use the weapon direction that sprays bullets in all directions. Move to avoid the blue bullets, collect coins, and break money bags. As the NPC moves toward the left follow while avoiding her bullets to collect coins and hit her so that she looses coins. Once you have collected lots and depleted her amount, you will successfully complete this challenge to earn the trophy.
The Hero’s Tourney
Win every round in a Short Fuse match.
Play a multiplayer Short Fuse match and have one player (left player shown below in picture) win all 5 rounds by hitting the other player. Each time a player hits the other with any of the 4 direction bullets, they will win that round.
Double, Double, Toil & Tumble
End a Duel Shock match where each player has 50 or less HP.
Play a multiplayer match of Duel Shock where you do the following:
Have Player 1 use Right on the D-pad to hit the other player, Player 2 does nothing so that they lose lots of their Health Points, then have Player 2 use the Square button to hit the other player, Player 1 does nothing so that they lose lots of their Health Points. When both players’ have 50 or less Health Points you will earn this trophy. See pictures below.
Guess I’ll Tie
